Marth and Eir: Fight with Purpose
(Emerald Forest, one large beetle-shaped Grimm with massive horns looms menacingly over four first years, one of which has decided to rush in charging and ends up with half his body planted into the ground)
Eir: *contemplating* A frontal assault would be ineffective against a Scarab. Their armor can deflect even the sharpest of blades.
Marth: *spits soil from bruised mouth* Okay nerd. What do we do then? We can't get back up that cliff with Ol' Beetle Juice here trying to suck out our brains.
Eir: Might I suggest targeting the underbelly? Since there are four of us, we must work in alternating teams of two. One goes for the weakspot, the other keeps the beast's attention. Put enough pressure on it for someone to land a killing blow.
Marth: Hmmm, so you're saying we have to bait it, then stun it, and then hit it repeatedly while in its stunned state so it can't counter or anything, then go in for the kill?
Eir: *nods* Common knowledge really among veteran combatants.
Marth: Alright, you heard the girl! Ike you and Korinna first, then me and her. Let's get this game of Bug Toss on the road ladies and gentlemen!
Eir: Hold on, what about the final strike/
Marth: *flips his golden hilted sword into the air* Leave that to me!
(several moments of gore and maniacal laughter later...)
Eir: *subdued amazement* That was…quite an impressive Semblance.
Marth: Hehehehehe. It's my one-of-a-kind Critical Hit, which reminds me…I'll need you to sign a waiver.
Ok...at this point, the four have met up and formed a team. All they need now is a name. You may also notice that Marth is a little more...forward than his princely counterpart from his home series. Well, I decided that since this MY story, Marth will have to claim a royalty in a rather more...eccentric fashion than a simple campaign of conquest. In fact, I think he might just have his work cut out for him. And what's with this talk about a waiver? All this and more to come in the next support!
P.S. Critical Hit is canon as a major aspect of Marth's Semblance, and just to clarify, this is the Final Smash version of the technique.
