Mom stood in between me and the douche, "sir, I recommend walking away right now, you're pissing off that Ninetales in his arms," she said pointing at Snowy, who was beyond pissed off by now, i patted her on the head to try and calm her down, "and what does that mean?" Snowy used her telekinesis to give the guy a wedgie, and he took off running. Mom and Snowy grinned at each other, "thanks Mom for standing in for me," she put her hands on her hips, "young man, you don't need to thank me, as your mother it's my job to protect you," she pulled me and noogied me.
There was no shot in hell we were going to that party again, so we walked around town, "so Davaid, you said something about a Pokeball Factory Tour, correct?" I asked, Davaid knelt down and patted my head, "yep, what about it?" I pointed over at the factory, "the CEO might give you a free, more in depth tour to us," I started running off towards the factory as fast as I could, "c'mon Snowy! You know I can't keep up with ya!""
Mom had already went off to go take on the Laverre City Gym, so it was just me and my Pokemon going with me, the CEO was standing outside, speaking with an officer, and noticed us running up, "ah, and there's one of the kids who saved me yesterday, good afternoon Davaid," he extended his arm and I shook his hand. The Police Officer closed his notebook and left, "so what brings you back here?" I shrugged, "I was hoping to get a tour, but then Team Flare sorta happened," I answered, "well, why didn't you just ask! I would've given you and your friends a free tour for saving my hide there!"
"Wait, do I have to put my Pokemon in their Pokeballs?" the CEO shook his head, "they're not the size of a Tyrantrum, for this time around, I'll let you keep them out of their Pokeballs," I picked up Volpsei, since I knew he was probably still full of energy, and followed the CEO inside, "before we proceed, I'd like to give you a limited edition hat we made, and were planning to send out to you and your friends," he handed me a snapback hat with a Pokeball design, except it was golden and had "TPC" which was short for The Pokeball Company, written out just above the button, "that hat was designed after a Pokeball we've only ever made once, a GS Ball," I took off my sun hat, and replaced it with the GS hat instead.
Volpsei was very quick to steal my sunhat, but before he could, I placed it on his head, "he really likes hats, huh?" I shrugged, "mostly mine," I joked, getting ready to advance forward, "also, I'd like you to take a recreation of said GS Ball, it's really just a repainted Ultra Ball with a couple of upgrades," it also had "TPC" edged into the front, he handed it to me, and I attached it to my belt. He also gave me several sets of goggles, "that's for you and your Pokemon, for when we go through the manufacturing process," I strapped the goggles onto all my Pokemon first, before I put mine on.
Davaid settled me on the ground, "now, no running off, okay?" I nodded. He ruffled my fur, before picking up Mom, and we stepped through the doors, and the tour started it. First the CEO started going into the history of Pokeballs, "50 years ago, we came up with the first ever Pokeball, we couldn't throw them, due to how fragile they were at first, but it proved we could indeed capture and transport Pokemon, so we improved upon the technology. He went in depth about each and every variant of a Pokeball, until we reached the modern Pokeball, "the Pokeball of today provides a nice, safe place to keep Pokemon, a Pokemon can remain inside of it, and be sustained for weeks before it would needing to be let out to eat."
I looked at Snowy, her tails covered the rest of her body, she looked absolutely adorable! I rubbed her cheek, "Snowy, what is it like inside a Pokeball?" she pointed at the diagram explaining what goes on inside of it, "what the CEO just said is pretty accurate, it's like it transport you to a beach that stretches out all over the world, where we are taken care of for three weeks at a time, it's only three weeks because nobody keeps their Pokemon inside the ball for that long" she explained i held her closer to me, that bath made her too fluffy for her own good, because now I'll be using her as a pillow.
The tour had just ended, we returned the goggles, and thanked the CEO for his time, "take care!" he waved, "cya later!" the tour took much longer than we expected, "hey, you guys want to get some ice cream?" Snowy, Ruby, and Volpsei barked. I sent out everyone else once we got to an ice cream stand, I bought four at first, since Snowy and Volpsei could very easily hold the ice cream with their telekinesis, and most of my Pokemon didn't have hands, so I'd gladly hold ice cream for them. I gave Rexy his ice cream, which was quickly gone in seconds. I sat on the ground, and patted my lap, "c'mere Axl," he laid down in my lap, and patiently let him have at the frozen treat.
We all went back to the hotel room, Mom and Rush were cuddled up, and on the nightstand was a scarf with six Gym Badges pinned onto it, she must've beaten the Pokemon Gym while me and my Pokemon were at the Pokeball Factory getting a tour. I patted Rush on the head, then sat down on the bed. Snowy quickly pinned me down to it, then started licking my face.She giggled as she laid her tails out over me. Ruby and Volpsei were quick to join in on the cuddle, i hugged all three of them, placed my new hat on the nightstand, and took my old, now Volpsei's hat, and set on the other side of the bed. I didn't bother with the blanket, Snowy and Volpsei's tails were the perfect blanket.
This was one thing I always wanted to do when I first evolved! Covering my trainer with my tails each night felt amazing! It kept him warm, and it was a free hug while we slept. I could see why Mom does it all the time, the heat of my tails, and the coolness of Mom's tails quickly made Davaid tired, and fell asleep. I nested into Davaid's side as deep as I could, and started to drift asleep.
I sighed, I laid my head directly on top of Davaid's face, like I had the night before. I wanted to make another dogpile with Davaid, but tonight Snowy and Volpsei were also cuddled up with our favorite human. Davaid wrapped one free arm over my head, then started scratching the side of it, "goodnight guys," he drowsily murmured, I moved my head so we all could lick his face goodnight, and placed it back. I shivered a tiny bit when Snowy and Volpsei used a few of their tails to cover me up as well! My eyes started drooping even more after they did that. I let out a long exhale, yawned, and fell asleep.
