This is the start of a mini story that will help answer a few questions. Plus writing about Davaid being miserable for the next chapter, or even a full chapter wouldn't be fun to read in my opinion. I hope you enjoy it!

I slowly opened my eyes to the sight of both Volpsei and Ruby lying on top of me. Mom was in the kitchen cooking something up, "good morning Davaid," said Snowy, "oh hey Snowy," I laid my head back down. I couldn't get up with two Pokemon laying on me, nor could I get up anyways. My leg was still in a cast, which completely sucked. Thankfully Volpsei being the soft ball of fluff that he was, made being unable to move a bit more pleasant. I patted Ruby's head, which was laid on my neck, "I see you're doing better," said Snowy, "I wish meeting Dad after all this time wasn't so… unpleasant though."

"Snowy, how did Mom even meet a guy some mean anyways?" Snowy tilted her head while trying to think. She took a deep breath, "Davaid… the story I am about to tell you is not a pleasant one. Do you really wish to hear it?"I nodded, "very well, I'm just warning you, you might not like it…" she moved the pillow out from under me, and laid my head on her side, "comfortable? "yup," I stared into her eyes, giving Snowy my full attention, "it all started a couple of years before you were born…"

From this point on, this will be told from Snowy's perspective.

Elizabeth and I got off of the boat, "thank you!" she said, before jumping off the boat with her luggage. I followed after her, "well girl, this island is where we will start a new life," I barked, "does that mean we'll finally get to see our new home?" I asked, I was full of excitement, "of course we will! I think you'll like it," I trotted along, "it's enough room for you and the resst of the team to run around, and it's by the beach," that only served to make me happier about where we were going.

"Hey, you need help with that?" asked some guy, beside him was a Shiny Houndour, "that would be helpful, thank you," said ELizabeth before handing this newcomer one of her suitcases, "hey, it's no problem," the Houndour walked up to me. Its tail was wagging a lot, "hello!" it was probably a puppy judging from its size, "hello there," I let him sniff around me for a couple of minutes. I looked up at Elizabeth, "if you needed help with your luggage I could've lended a paw," she looked down at me, "I know girl, but I didn't want to make you drag a suitcase."

We started walking along while cars passed by at a slow pace, "so, what is your name?" asked the stranger, "I'm ELizabeth, may I know your name?" the stranger pointed at himself, "I'm Tyler," he said proudly. So far he seemed like a nice guy, so I didn't pay him any attention. He did occasionally tell a few jokes and stories. Some of which made ELizabeth laugh, not just laugh, but it was a genuine laugh. The last time she laughed like that was when me and Rush tickled her half to death.

I turned to the Houndour, "so, how are you?" I asked, "I'm doing good, how about you?" I shrugged, "I'm doing well, where are you and your trainer from?" he pointed at Tyler, "he found me in an alley one day, and took me home. We've been together ever since," he put his focus back to what was in front of us. I pawed at Elizabeth, "is our home up ahead?" she nodded, "you bet it is!" I grinned, then took off running, "oh c;mon Snowy! You know I can't run as fast as you!" I swear I could hear Tyler say, "damn Ninetales!" while Elizabeht tried catching up to me. I paid no attention to that, perhaps he just didn't like running, which was what I was making him do.

Mom let the rest of the team out to explore the house while she got things settled in, "thanks for the help, Tyler," he nodded, and raised a thumb, "as I said, it's no problem. You got anything you need to do tonight?" Elizabeth shook her head, "no, not really, Tyler pointed his thumb down the street, "there's a movie playing tonight, wanna come?" Elizabeth put her hand on her chin, "do they allow Pokemon to come along?" he shrugged, "I don't think so," Elizabeth sighed, "well, I'll still come along. I need to unpack all of this first."

Rush sat down next to me while we watched ELizabeth leave that night, "I think she found herself a boyfriend," he said nonchalantly, "I believe so as well," we both grinned. If things went well between those two, we know what it would bring, "well, there's no point in pondering about it. Wanna come with the rest of the team to watch the stars?" I nodded, "that would be lovely."

Weeks have gone by, each night Elizabeth would run off with Tyler to do something. She looked happy whenever she was getting ready for it, so I didn't mind it. Rush and I would constantly go down to the beach when that happened. The Alolan Moon looked absolutely amazing when it shined over the sea, "so, Snowy, what do you think?" I looked up from my dish, "about what?" he rolled his eyes, "what do you feel about Elizabeth going out with his Tyler guy?" I shrugged, "I don't mind it, if she's happy I'm not concerned.

"So you guys, how would you feel about me having a child?" Rush howled and wagged his tail. I was excited, hell, everyone was happy to hear that, "why do you ask?" I tilted my head, "me and Tyler have decided to get married in a few weeks, and start a family!" a huge grin was plastered on all of our faces. She sat down in the center of us, "but first, I need to spend some time with you guys, I haven't been doing that recently," her face faltered for a second. We were quick to pick up on that, "Elizabeth, tell me what is wrong, now."

That was not a question, it was an order, "I love spending time with you guys, but I've been focusing on Tyler too much recently," I climbed into her lap, "Mom, you aren't doing anything wrong, spending some time with us is better than one at all," she nodded, "you're right Snowy, today is a day I'll spend with you six," she called everyone over, and petted all of us. Well, Eniac hated being petted, but did like it when Elizabeth cleaned his metal body, so she grabbed a cloth and started cleaning his face.

That night we all slept in a little dog pile, being with Elizabeth was the best thing we could've asked for.
