Ruby stepped forward after mega evolving, "use Flamethrower!" my father shouted an order at his Pokemon, who had followed through immediately. Volpsei leaped forward and used Protect. When did he learn that? Oh well, no time to think about that, "Ruby use Dark Pulse!" a powerful wave collide with the Charizard, "stop being useless and use Dragon Claw on that Houndoom!" my father said. The Charizard nodded, and its claws started shining in a a shade of purple. It then charged towards us, "on my mark, hit it with Crunch!" Ruby barked before turning her focus onto our target.
"One."
The Charizard was closing in.
"Two"
It was almost right on top of Ruby.
"Now!" the Houndoom lunged forward, avoided the Dragon Claw, and latched onto Charizard's throat. The dragonlike Pokemon roared in pain, and tried getting Ruby off of it. Volpsei ran in, "you damn Charizard! Just kill them already!" that wasn't going to work. The Charizard was obiously struggling with Ruby, and now Volpsei was also getting some sneaky blows in. the latter of which seemed to have taken a few notes from Snowy, attack a lot, and hit hard.
This battle won't last too much longer, which I would have thought, but the Charizard stopped. It turned to my father with a glare that could even make Snowy flinch.
Zacian's POV=
I grunted after taking yet another attack from Zygarde, trying to stop an attack from colliding with Pokemon Center, "Zacian!" Zamazenta jumped in front of me, shield raised, "are you okay?" I nodded, "I am fine Zamazenta," the Zygarde turned its attention to a little girl, it was ready to end her in an instant.
A Blaziken jumped down alongside a man with clothing resembling a hero of some sort, ready to protect her. Zamazenta got down low, before rushing in to protect the three of them. Only for the Zygarde to aim its attack up at one of the destroyed buildings around it. Zygarde had stopped attacking.
Snowy's POV=
I sat inside a Pokemon Center next to Elizabeth, the exact Pokemon Center we were in was filled to the brim. Nearly every single person and Pokemon in here had some amount of injuries. Elizabeth was lucky to not get hurt, but the problem was, the doctors and nurses were too busy with trying to tend to everyone. Our team weren't going to get medical attention anytime soon, which wasn't the biggest issue. Judging from Elizabeth had said, they were all just rendered unconscious. We both sighed, "you know Snowy, not onces in my life did I think either of us would be in a situation like this." she grabbed my attention.
"You know, cowarding, hiding, just hoping that whatever the hell is happening outside would end. After this, I just want to go home. Ignore this whole Pokemon League, what I want is to simply get some down time after all of this." I nudged her with my head, "if that is what you want, I will follow you." then it finally hit me; Davaid, nor did any of his Pokemon show up. My mind started running through every single possibility that could have happened.
Davaid's POV=
The Charizard charged at my father, quickly throwing him into a wall, knocking him out cold, at a minimum. It had maintained its glare for a few moments, before turning to me.
"Uh…" Ruby got beside me in case it tried anything, Charizard made its way over to me, each step making a loud "thump." it was mere feet away from me, "hey there," I waved. The Flame Pokemon lowered its head. What do I do? What does it want? Then an idea hit me, I placed my hand on its head, "hey buddy," with a few pats on the head, I turned to my two Pokemon.
"C'mon, let's get out of here. Mom's probably worried," what was even happening outside? They both nodded, "Davaid, do you think you can walk? Your leg might still be messed up, "I'm sure it'll be fine. If I need help, I'll let you guys know." Volpsei nodded, before leading the way. Charizard then grabbed me with its mouth, "what the he-"
It had put me on its back, and started following Volpsei.
Charizard's POV=
I knew this kid didn't trust me at all, how could he? I was just helping to kill him. After knocking out my "trainer" I figured it's time for a change of pace. Instead of helping Tyler kill somebody for no apparent reason, while also being insulted constantly for slip ups, and being threatened with beatings or even death. It's time I helped out this guy, he seems at minimum, nicer than Tyler.
The Ninetales, who's name is Volpsei, took the kid off my back, and laid him on his own.
"I'm glad that you want to help out, but," he gestured towards Tyler, "we could probably use some help dragging that filth. That way we can turn him into the Police." I nodded and went over to my unconscious trainer. I grabbed his leg, not even bothering to pick him up off the ground, and started dragging him.
The Houndoom got out of its Mega form, then rushed to aid the Ninetales carry their trainer.
Volpsei's POV=
"Y'know Volpsei, it's weird seeing you like this," Ruby said after helping Davaid not slip, "well, it was about time I stopped acting like a Vulpix. Even if it is temporary." I said, "don't worry if it's weird, I'll likely be acting like a Vulpix after this is all over anyways." the Houndoom turned her focus onto the hallway ahead.
"You said acting." I nodded, "yes I did, I just like making people smile. What better way than to act like a pup?" we made it to the hole that I entered from, "now let's get to a Pokemon Center if we can."

So I made a remastered version on Wattpad. Now this version will keep on going, think of this like a webcomic, while the updated version is the Manga adaptation. I am making sure the Watt Pad version is as best as it can I can make it. If you'd like to read it, my name on there is JustASteveGut, and the name of the remaster is "Burning Bond."
Anyways, thanks for reading. The next few chapters will be the end of Burning Bond's Kalos arc. I will then take a break, and then get to work on the Alola ark, which will be shorter. I've realised that having 90 chapter long arcs can burn me out, so I'm going to keep the Alola arc a bit shorter.
