Yugi told the officers everything, about how his living hell here started the moment he walked inside the school. They had heard often many complains about this school and how easy they kicked students out with them hardly giving the proper warnings.

They wanted to take pictures form where Yugi's class bully beat him with her goons, and that's where he get scared, grandpa will see the cuts Yugi inflicting on himself since he got here. It's when the female officer asks if grandpa waits outside, grandpa nods and when their alone turns to him. "Listen, I know this is difficult, and I can see you are inflicting yourself by hurting yourself one way or the other, but we want to help you, and for that I need pictures honey." She says in a soft motherly voice.

With a deep sigh Yugi realise she is right, so he pulls his sweater over his head. She takes photos of his torso, back, arms even from how badly the class mentor cut his hair. She gently touches him on his bruises to see if there is more inside damage. One rib close to his lungs makes him yelp loudly when she barely strokes him there. But all he feels is a burning flame running through his body.

"This one is probably broken, I will inform your grandfather to take you to the hospital as soon as possible." She says. "Ask the doctor to contact me for the results." She adds. Yugi only nods, the adrenaline that was coursing through his body since this morning slowly starts to wear down.

"Can I see how it looks down there?" she asks the boy carefully. Because Yugi told them he received a few kicks there besides the pulling.

"I want grandpa." Yugi sobs as the pain suddenly feels as too much and getting trouble breathing, it's becoming obvious the adrenaline is really kicking down.

"Okay, let me help you cover these up honey, but promise me you will tell him okay? And no more cutting, you are way too beautiful for that." She says helping Yugi back in his sweater and strokes his head softly. She orders her co-worker to call grandpa. And poor Yugi feels terrible about the idea of them taking pictures from his manhood all because his previous classmates found it necessary to kick him there with heels.

Grandpa walks in and takes Yugi's hand in his, seeing Yugi is in a great deal of pain, he helps Yugi down his pants making sure he focusses his eyes on his grandfather and his grandfather alone, while they take pictures. When they are ready he fixes Yugi's pants the same way he did when he was still a little boy and needed help when he went to the toilet alone as a big boy but could not close his own pants with his chubby little fingers.

After that is finished the female officer talks with grandpa telling him he needs to take Yugi to the hospital because he probably has broken a rib. Grandpa nods. The adrenaline now is gone completely and he is getting dizzy, and now truly start to feel the extension pressing on his lung, he has trouble breathing and before he realises what is going on his world turns black.

He comes around for a short moment caused by load blaring sounds reaching his ears, something pressed on his face annoys him till no end, and Yugi wants to remove it when a man bends over him. "Leave it there kid, you have probably a lung collapsed so all the oxygen you get now is only for your good." He explains him gently.

"g….gr….gand… Ojichan?" he ask when his English starts to fail him. Grandfather

"Sorry kid, I don't speak Japanese. What does that mean?" the paramedic asks Yugi.

"No….what…..who." Yugi gasps out.

"Okay, is that the old man or the old lady who was with you?"

" Dansei…." What's wrong with me? I know English very well so why do I talk in Japanese? Yugi things to himself. Male

"Nod or shake your head okay? Is that the female." he orders Yugi.

" Josei...no." Yugi says while he shakes his head. Female

"So the male is your grandfather?"

"Dansei… Ojichan…. My blood….yes." He nods and says before he feels his world turning black again.

When he wake up his memory must have left him, he looks around in the room carefully because he is in allot of pain, he feels a mask or something covering his mouth and nose but because the surroundings do not look familiar he leave it there in case he has caught a terrible disease or something. When he looks around he sees his grandpa sitting in a chair next to his bed, head on his arm it is obvious the elder is asleep so carefully to prevent giving him a heart attack Yugi calls out to him. "Ojichan?"

A bit startled grandpa sits up and looks towards Yugi. "Oh Yugi, how do you feel my boy?" What a strange language is grandpa speaking, I know I heard it before, but where? The boy thinks to himself.

" Ojichan, naze anata wa sono kimyona gengo o hasasu nodesu ka?" he asks his grandfather. Grandfather, why do you speak that strange language?

"Why are you speaking Japanese Yugi? We are in America then you need to speak English my boy." He says confused.

"koko wa? nanigo?" Yugi asks confused. Where am I? What language?

Grandpa probably things Yugi losing his mind because he also swaps over to Japanese. "Anata wa nyuin shite imasu. watashi no shonen o nani o oboete imasu ka?" he asks Yugi who can see the worry in his eyes. You are in the hospital, what do you remember my boy?"

"Itami, takusan no itami, mata, akame, shinku no akame, karera wa utsukusidesu." He says feeling himself growing very tired, laying his head against pillow sleep takes over before grandpa can replay. Pain, allot of pain, also red eyes. Crimson red, they are beautiful

When Yugi is asleep the doctor walks in. "Hello doctor, do you have the results in?" grandpa ask right away.

"Well, it's a miracle he held on this long, his left lung was punctured until no repair, he was lucky a donor came in with his blood type, so it's a wait and see and hoping his body accept the new lung. Three ribs broken two puncturing his destroyed lung, we needed to set those back. His right cheekbone was broken but thank goodness on his way to repair, the black eye he will hold for a few weeks. He can be lucky those girls only checked him to be a boy, it appears they didn't rape him. The possibility is that he has a concussion that we can check when he is awake."

"Yugi forgot to speak and understand English it seems he can't remember a single word I taught him. He was awake shortly before you came in."

"With his trauma selective memory lost is a possibility we can add to his condition right now if he truly only speaks his first language, we can be happy it happened after he gave his statement to the police before he passed out, according to the paramedics he started to speak Japanese in the ambulance it was a good thing you told them where he was coming from. Did he before speak only Japanese?" doctor Mika explains grandpa.

"No, I made sure the language was never a barrier for when we went on vacation, I taught him from since he was a baby both the English as the Japanese language. He even speaks Arabic fluent and a few weeks ago he was teaching himself ancient Egypt because he wants to follow in my footsteps."

"Let me guess, archaeologist? And specialising in Egypt?" she asks and the elder nods fondly. "Well in cases like this it needs time, with a bid of luck he will be speaking English like never before again. What can he remember from the ambush?"

"He didn't say much, only that he was in pain, he also talked about his closest friends eyes colour." The elder respond. "I also think he is depressed, I saw markings on his arms he didn't have before we moved towards here"

"Why is this friend so special for him?"

"They were very close, I will not say like brothers but more like lovers, they separated a month ago."

"And are Yugi's parents in play?"

"Sadly no, his father left when my daughter got pregnant, she died at a car accident when he was only 5 years old. And although she tried to be there for him as much as possible, in his eyes I was both his mother and father."

"How did his mother speak when she was pregnant of him?"

"I taught her also from a very young age to speak English, and when she was pregnant she babbled both towards him. He went to a school where they were forced to speak both languages, and from what I heard from his friends, he even texted them with both languages, so I really have no idea how he suddenly forget this language." Grandpa says shaking his head sadly.

"What was his father's origin?"

"A born American, but grew up in Japan. He spoke both flawless."

"Well with a bit of time he hopefully will be fine, he has a visitor may I let her in?"

"It deepens who." The elder say suspicions.

"The lady he went to today after what happened with him." The elder nods and gesture her to let her in. "Okay, if he wakes again, please call me and keep him awake so I can examine him." De doctor says

She walks out and Miss Sennen as she introduced herself when the police was taking the pictures from Yugi's body walks in. "Hello, how is he doing?" she asks right away walking to the bed and strokes the boys cheek softly like a mother would do.

"He was awake for a short moment and is completely fluent only in his Japanese language, are you here only for my grandson?" the elder male ask Miss Sennen and watches her closely.

"No, my own grandson lays in this hospital, he fell into a sudden coma 2 years ago, but he woke up a month ago he is now in therapy. I visit him when he is ready."

"Not to be rude, but what is your origin? I almost would say Arabic, but I notice allot of Egyptian in your acting. Am I correct?" Solomon asks.

"I'm full Egyptian, but teacher myself the Arabic way because that's the common language right now a days, and I have a strong believe both our grandsons will become very close friend's mister Muto." She says sweetly.

"It deepens, how do you make this theory?"

"I fled from Egypt with my comatose grandson when his parents didn't want to pay his medical bills, a year and a half ago, they wanted to pull the plug because they didn't believe in recovery anymore. When Yugi walked into my store a few days back I was thinking it was my grandson who escaped the ward, I wanted to yell at him for being irresponsible and take him back, until I noticed the slight differences, like the skin colour, his height no offence but your grandson is a little smaller than mine. The cute little bang between his eyes, my grandson has three bangs streaking up like a lightning bold, the purple lining your grandson has in his hair is red in mine grandchild. Where my grandson has a more mature face, yours has a lovely boyish look, and then the sharper eyes my grandson has where yours is so round.-"

"Please, what is the eye colour from your grandson?" Solomon interrupt her

"My grandson has the most beautiful crimson red eyes, which are very regal looking and with his character also demands others not to look down on him. But he doesn't want to look like a dominant type." She says very proud. "Even now while still recovering, you can see my grandson is a fighter, and he is ready when he needs to help someone in need. He wants to meet your grandson badly already calling him his new friend." she smiles.

"I'd love to meet him and if your boy is just a lovely kid as you describe these two indeed will become friends, I only hope Yugi picks up the English language again soon."

"Don't worry, he needs time to recover, keep speaking with him in English. He will pick it up soon enough, I'm sure of it." Miss Sennen says and looks towards the clock. "I must go, my grandson is ready in a bit and he wants to have dinner with me. Maybe we visit Yugi later today if that is okay with you of course."

"Well seeing he went to you instead of me I truly believe he trusts you well enough to thank you, so you are welcome. But only if the staff on your boy agrees."

"Make sure you eat as well, Yugi can't have a malnourished grandfather to take care of him. And that won't be a problem, they share this ward." Miss Sennen urges.

"I will, as soon as he is awake and looked after by the doctor." The elder man promises seeing the beautiful woman walk out. He smiles and turns to his grandson again.
