Hikari: Lacking? Lacking isn't the word it's called lazy….
Me: Ok I was lazy…I didn't have time to update or post anything but now I have time to do so….
Hikari: *sighs*
Me: *chuckles and pats Hikari on the head* Anyways, I hope the last names of Sennen and Ishigami don't belong to anyone for I've been reading stories with these as last names for Yami and thought it be cool to use them. Either way if they do belong to anyone please let me know so I may fix the problem.

Chapter 3: Atemu Arrives
Upon getting off the phone with Yami, Atemu can't help but release a very long sigh. 'Well... This sucks' thinks Atemu after hanging up the phone. For you see Atemu was hoping to catch Arai today for today was the day Atemu would admit his true feelings for the girl even if she didn't share the same feelings in return.
'I was hoping to speak with her...I...I wanted to tell her my true feelings...' were Atemu's exact thoughts as he moves from the spot by the phone as he decides to double check his outfit and appearance before heading over to the Turtle Game Shop where Yugi and Yami were both currently at.
"I guess I'm as good as any" and with that Atemu turns from the mirror he was looking in before walking out the door and leaving, but not before locking the door and making sure everything was turned off for who knew how long Atemu would be gone for and didn't want to risk leaving anything on or open for intruders to enter.
Meanwhile, over at the Turtle Game Shop Yami had just hung his phone up after the line went dead from Atemu calling just minutes before hand as Yami moves to help Yugi finish cleaning up the random items around the house before Atemu showed up.
"You know Yami, Atemu really has bad timing...you know that right" remarks Yugi as he turns to look at his koi for Yugi knew about Atemu's feelings as well...Atemu's feelings were no mystery to anyone in the group except maybe for Arai for she was to wrapped up with Joesaika to pay any attention to Atemu's feelings.
"I know Aibou...but it's Atemu...He can't help but be cautious with Arai..." remarks Yami as he turns ruby hues over to Yugi for you see even though Yami and Atemu were two totally different people and both grew up differently Yami on the other hand could totally relate to Atemu's feelings for he had been in the exact same places as Atemu.
And by exact same place, Yami meant being cautious with his feelings and how he expressed his love towards people because back then Yami was struggling with his feelings for Yugi and the only person Yami could talk to was Atemu who was all but supportive of him during his struggles.
"I know Yami, I'm sorry I was harsh... I forget that Atemu is a lot like you in some ways... Always cautious... always looking for a way to bottle up your feelings" replies Yugi as he walks over to Yami and wrapping his arms around his waist before tilting his face up towards Yami's.
"Bottle up whose feelings" remarks a voice which startles both Yugi and Yami for both had been so captive with each others emotions that neither had heard the door open and close nor the figure who had entered the house until just recently.
"Really Atemu? Now is when you decide to show up" growls Yami as he was the first to notice the new addition to room all the while never breaking hold on Yugi who was still currently holding him within his arms.
"Sorry" chuckles Atemu as he continues to look at the pair before him.
Just then, before anything else could be said the phone rings again causing Yugi, Yami and Atemu to all look at one another. "Who could it be now?" asks Yugi. "Beats me... I'm not calling" remarks Atemu with a shrug for he was already there so he didn't have a reason to call.
Unsure of who could be calling them now Yami makes the decision to answer it but not before hesitating in the process as a faint wave of emotions rush threw him only lingering long enough for him to feel but not long enough for him to put the connections together on where they came from.
"Yami, are you ok?" asks Yugi who noticed that Yami had hesitated in mid reach for the phone unsure if everything was ok with Yami or not while on the other hand Atemu had noticed the same thing which instantly made him worry.
"I'm fine" answers Yami who quickly shakes off the feeling before picking up the phone and speaking. "Hello?".
"Yami? It's Seto...we need to talk" comes the voice over the phone which Yami quickly took notice as Seto. "Uh, now?" asks Yami who wasn't sure why Seto would be calling him of all people when Seto could come over and visit him like he always did.
"Yes now" remarks an annoyed Seto who was hoping to get answers but without breaking his promise to Arai on telling Yami what just happened, at least not just yet anyways.
"But Atemu just got here...He came over to wait for Arai" replies Yami who was still unsure why or what Seto wanted that he had to talk now. "It's about Arai" admits Seto who really didn't want to put the poor girl on the spot like that but didn't know how else to get Yami to listen to him.
"ARAI" exclaims Yami which catches the attention of both Yugi and Atemu who by now had both gathered around the phone as well when Yami's tone suddenly changed from normal to shock.
"Where is she?!" demands Yami who was now in totally in tune with Seto. "She's here, with me..." was all Seto could say without giving to much away or getting the poor girl into trouble for whatever the reason that was behind the events that happened earlier today Seto knew for one thing that he was going to do everything in his power to find out why.
"WAIT! WHAT? WHY IS SHE THERE?!" exclaims Yami who was trying to wrap his mind around what Seto just said.
"I said..." starts Seto only to be cut off again by Yami. "I heard what you said... I want to know why?".
"Your guess is as good as mine..." was all Seto could say before Yami cut him off again. "You know never mind, I'll be right over...make sure she doesn't leave" and with that said Yami hangs up the phone before looking to both Yugi and Atemu.
"Arai is over by Kaiba Corp. I don't know the reason behind it nor do I understand why but I'm going to find out why" remarks Yami as he looks to both before him. "I'm coming to", "Me too" were the only replies from both Yugi and Atemu before the three of them quickly dash out the door and over to Kaiba Corp.
Once off the phone with Yami, Seto turns his colbat blue eyes over to Arai who still laid asleep on the couch. 'I'm sorry Arai...I don't want to break your promise but Yami needs to know...Atemu to' were Seto's only thoughts for Seto also knew of Atemu's love for Arai but knew that as long as Arai and Joesaika were together there would never be a chance for Atemu and with that in mind Seto moves to look towards Mokuba who was still standing within the room.
"There coming? Aren't they?" asks Mokuba who knew that Yami would be heading for them in the long run when anything came down to Arai or Yugi. "Yes" was all Seto could say when rustling could be heard from the couch.
"You told them? Didn't you?" comes the soft spoken words of Arai who was slowly sitting up on the couch, eyes looking down as her bangs cover up her eyes to conseal the tears that where beginning to rise within them.
"No" replied Seto who quickly began to move towards her before pulling her into a warm and caring embrace. "But...But you just said they were coming?!" cries Arai as she moves to look at Seto, tears ever so slowly falling from her eyes.
"I told them you where here...not about what happened" corrected Seto who didn't want the girl jumping to conclusions before she knew the truth. "But you still told...Now Yami will be mad at me" cries Arai who wasn't sure what Yami would do once he knew the truth of what happened earlier that day with Joesaika and the park.
Unsure of what else to say for the first time in a while, Arai just cried, pouring her whole heart and soul out not caring who would see her or if Yami would feel her emotions, for the first time in her life Arai felt completely alone and unloved by anyone.
