"Beca. Hey." Benji brought a hand to Beca's shoulder. Benji, Beca, and Aubrey all in a small market. Beca currently sat against a wall, her knees against her chest while she stared at the floor. Benji had been trying to grab her attention for the last ten minutes while Stacie just walked around the store trying to figure out what to do.

When Beca saw Benji get grabbed by a Rotter, she managed to grab and shoot it only to stumble to the ground when another Rotter appeared. Thanks to Aubrey, she kicked the creature off the tiny brunette with Benji helping Beca up. The three didn't hesitate to run off to the right, not realizing the rest of the group hadn't followed.

"Beca, none of this was your fault." Benji tried. Beca shook her head, bringing a hand to her face. "I'm the one who said we should go to the roof." She breathed. "Flo was not your fault." The Treble assured. "Wasn't she? Chloe was my fault. What was different about Flo?" Beca questioned.

Benji looked to Aubrey who stood at the end of an aisle, looking at them.

"Chloe wasn't your fault, she wasn't going to leave you. The Rotter is what killed her. Same with Flo. She was grabbed. Just like Chloe. Stacie wasn't at fault either, yes, if Stacie reacted a little earlier maybe Chloe would've been fine but we don't know that. Chloe… Chloe put herself at risk multiple times to help us. To help you. Flo, that… that could've been any of us." Aubrey explained weakly.

Beca shook her head. "I can't do this." She sniffled. Benji frowned. He looked to Aubrey who just turned and walked down the hallway. He quickly followed her.

When he made it to the aisle, he found the blonde just staring at a mirror. "Don't tell me you blame yourself too." He said quietly. Aubrey shook her head. "I don't." Then what is it?" "I've never seen Beca like this. It honestly scares me. We got our shit together and actually acted like adults, finally deciding that we were being such children… I just… I worry." Aubrey breathlessly laughed.

"It's Beca, she'll be okay." Benji shrugged. "Did you look at her?" Aubrey crossed her arms. Benji's jaw clenched, he was really just attempting to make Aubrey feel better, but those were obviously the wrong words.

"How the hell are we supposed to help her? This is destroying her." The blonde said shakily. Benji thought for a moment before looking at the floor. "We'll figure everything out. We'll find a way out of here and find everyone. We're all family." He mumbled the last three words.

"I'm not the one that needs to hear that." Aubrey sighed.

Two Days Later:

"She seems…" "Numb." Aubrey frowned. The two watched as Beca just walked through the pharmacy in the back only to stop in one of the aisles and grab a box.

Aubrey walked away from Benji and over to the tiny brunette. The older Bella gently grabbed the box and looked at it. "This is for panic attacks." She said with confusion. "Yeah uh, Chloe had to have this because she'd sometimes have panic attacks. I uh, I found out about them my junior year." The tiny brunette shrugged.

Aubrey looked at the tiny brunette with shock. "I didn't know that." "That's because she didn't want you to know that had like five of them her senior year when you were a jackass to her." Beca confessed with raised brows. Aubrey opened her mouth to say something, but nothing came out.

"She managed to find a way to keep herself calm in tough situations." Beca weakly smiled. "It seems you knew her a lot more than I did and I knew her for over seven years." Aubrey laughed. Beca looked up at the blonde who placed the box back on the shelf. However the tiny brunette only picked it back up. Aubrey let out a sigh, bringing a hand to Beca's shoulder.

"Even something as stupid as this…" Beca mumbled. Before Aubrey could stop her, Beca just turned and kicked the shelf behind them only to instantly regret it. "Fuck." She breathed as Aubrey grabbed her and helped her to the floor.

Aubrey carefully grabbed Beca's shoe, pulling it off, earning a wince from the younger Bella.

"Hey, I think we will actually be okay to stay here for maybe another week or so, we have enough supplies here to last that long." Benji walked up. Except the sight in front of him made him stop. "What happened?" "Just find some gauze please. Pain reliever too." Aubrey pointed. The Treble nodded, turning and walking off to find the supplies.

"Sorry." Aubrey shook her head. "Don't be. You're angry, you get to be. I don't expect you to feel anything but." Beca looked at her foot after Aubrey pulled her sock off. "Well damn." She weakly laughed.

The tiny brunette looked at Aubrey, hoping to find if the blonde knew what to do. All she found was the blonde thinking. "Well…. Don't walk on it for the next week and hopefully whatever we do after that you'll be able to walk without any problems by then." Aubrey said after a moment.

"It doesn't hurt." Beca obviously lied, thanks to this, Aubrey decided to push her finger against Beca's big toe making Beca slap her hand away with a small grunt. "What the hell Aubrey?" She questioned. "It's broken, stay off it." Aubrey warned as Benji walked up.

"Is it bad?" Benji asked while Beca mumbled 'bitch'. The Treble and older Bella just ignored her while Aubrey placed the bottle of pain reliever and began unwrapping the gauze. "She broke her toe. Make sure she doesn't walk for the week that way we don't have to worry about her being to slow when we have to leave this place." The blonde said with furrowed brows. Benji nodded in understanding while Beca crossed her arms.

"I'm supposed to be in New York with Chloe but fuck the world apparently." Beca mumbled.

*Bang*

Aubrey froze as Beca looked to the back and Benji stepped around Aubrey. "Did you guys go to the back?" He asked. "There's a back door back there, I never opened it." Beca shrugged. Benji's eyes narrowed as he carefully walked further towards the back.

"Benji." Aubrey warned. Beca's jaw clenched, but she didn't say anything. Suddenly a loud thud made Beca and Aubrey jump while Benji let out a shriek just before he was grabbed and slammed into the wall next to him.

"Benji!" Beca called out before a woman walked into view, walking past Benji and the man who held Benji against the wall.

"You two better get to your feet before I put a blow your brains out." The brunette with highlights warned, pointing a beretta m9 at them.

Aubrey's jaw clenched while Beca looked to her.

A shorter chapter but that's fine, I'm going to have the next chapter be a little longer. If you hadn't noticed I like writing cliffhangers lol, they are a pain to read though -.- Anyways! Hope you guys liked the chapter :D
