This was created with the permission of the lovely PrincessesneedRocketLauncher's. After reading her story, 'The Tootsuki Decree' I just had some ideas of behind the scenes stuff. Hope you all enjoy!

Disclaimer: I don't own Sokugeki no Souma, or the actual decrees, just the scenarios.

1. All students must wear a uniform properly, and be wearing the Tootsuki uniform (Special shout out: Yukihira Souma, stop wearing the Gakuran!)

There were some things that were acceptable, minor changes to the uniform were fine! They showed the individuality of students, even Tsukasa doesn't wear it 100% properly. Mito was still within the border of being ok at least she wore it, but one day… Isshiki Satoshi decided to show up in one of his three wonders.

After hundreds of tests and making a name for themself in the world of cooking a new and relatively young teacher was hired. While they weren't Tootsuki alumni, they had seen their fair share of wildness that the culinary world could bring, but almost nothing could have prepared him for the eccentric students of Tootsuki. The teacher blinked as they watched over the students cook during class. They thought they saw wrong. They blinked again. The picture stayed. Hands furiously rubbed at eyes. Still there. They didn't see it wrong. There in all his (almost) nude wonder was Isshiki Satoshi. Wearing an apron. And only that. In the middle of class.

As soon as class finished however, the teacher gathered up his courage to approach the Seventh seat about his attire. When he looked up though, Isshiki was properly dressed in his full chef wear. The teacher blinked, sighed, and waved it off as being too nervous and stressed for being a new teacher at Tootsuki.

(Satoshi keeps slipping teachers so think they're delusional until halfway through a Shokugeki he somehow ends up in a fundoshi and only that. The students cheer as if it's a regular occurrence and the teachers finally figure out that they aren't delusional and that the Elite Ten is indeed filled with weirdos.)

BONUS:

Yukihira Souma: PSA for you and only you. In no configuration of the uniform is there a gakuran. If you could str- change into the proper uniform that would be appreciated.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FOR YUKIHIRA SOUMA: drawing on a Tootsuki emblem does not make it any better.

Sewing one on does not make a difference either.

Please do not encourage Yukihira Souma into dyeing his gakuran into school colours.
