Sorry for not updating this in a while, although to make up for it, I have been posting a lot of other things that were laying around my computer...

They always complained about the property damage. All the buildings and streets I'd torn up. Always blaming me, as if I chose to fight the other ghosts in the middle of the town. What they don't realize, though, in the midst of their trying to track me down to foot me with a multi-million dollar bill, is that there are more important things than their precious property. They never stopped to think about how many people should have been crushed beneath all the buildings that have collapsed over the years. Never thought to thank me for all the lives saved.
We always need to be reminded about heroes on this day of all days, I think.
