Prologue
I just want to let you guys know I've played Pokemon X and Y and watched the anime, but I always had a question? What if the best of both worlds were combined. This story is about the adventures of Calem and his new friends across the Kalos region. One more thing that I wanted to say is that Calem is 13 in this story. Enjoy!
Chapter 1
Grace's POV
Grace, Calem's Mom was currently cooking breakfast in their newkitchen. They had recently moved to the Kalos regions as her husband had been deployed here. This was their first day in Kalos and she was already excited. Well time to wake up Calem, maybe he could say hi to the new neighbors Grace thought!
"Fletchling, can you wake up Calem for me please" Grace said.
"Fletch, Fletch" the bird pokemon said.
Fletchling's POV
Fletchling flew up the stairs and went into Calem's room. It had a nice layout and plenty of room to play with Calem. Fletchling had hatched from an egg when Calem was 6yrs old and the had been best buds since. Calem always wanted to go on a journey with Fletchling but Calem was too young until now. Fletchling flew up the stairs and saw Calem was still asleep. She was happy for him and excited that she was in her home region.
"Ling Ling!" Fletchling said as she pounced on Calem.
"Uhh" Calem groaned as he slowly woke up.
Calem's POV
Calem got out of bed and stretched. He quickly brushed his teeth, combed his hair and changed out of his pajamas. He then decided to put on his usual attire. He put on a white shirt, blue Jean's, a blue jacket and to spice things up a bright red hat with a with a pokeball logo on it. He could already smell breakfast and went down to dig in...
"Thanks for breakfast Mom, Kalos is great" Calem said
"Your welcome, I'm glad you like Kalos" Grace said happily
"Now that you finshed breakfast maybe you should go introduce yourself to the neighbors" Grace said.
"I was planning on doing that" Calem said. Calem grabbed his bag and opened the door..
