ACT 3 - SCENE SET 4

EXT. GRAVELLY POINT PARK - 4.1

START SCENE

The team arrived in their two separate cars at gravelly point again. They soon joined the gaggle of cops, forensics, and press surrounding the newest crime scenes

Rossi: Where's JJ when you need her?

Reid: Huh?

Rossi: To handle the dogs

Reid: Dogs?

It took Reid a second to understand the joke.

Reid: Oh, the press

Rossi chuckled at the kid. After walking up and eyeing the three new bodies, the team let out a collective sigh.

Prentiss: The unsub must be pretty criminally sophisticated if he was able to get back here unnoticed even with the surveillance

Hotch, shaking his head: It doesn't make sense. Officer, how many plainclothes did you have posted?

OFFICER CAMERON: 6. But uh… 'round 11, some of the guys felt real tired.

Hotch, confused: and?

OFFICER Cameron: I said they could go home.

Hotch, flabbergasted: You did what? Do you have no understanding of what 'surveilling' a crime scene in case the PRIMARY SUSPECT shows up? To commit another crime?

Rossi could tell Hotch was about to implode at Cameron (and it would have been with good reason) but it wasn't going to help anything now if the OFFICER and Hotch got into a screaming match. Rossi tapped Hotch's arm

Rossi, whispering: Hotch

Hotch shook his head and walked away before the standoff escalated. Prentiss continued to walk around the perimeter of the crime scene. Sunglasses on, she stared out at the water. Little did she know, someone else stared at her

INT. /EXT. A OLD, GOLD SEDAN in THE PARKING LOT OF GRAVELLY POINT - 4.2

START SCENE

Liam: Well, don't feel too bad about falling for her tricks. She's still hot.

Doyle chuckled.

Doyle, accent thick: Yeah, she is

He looked at her as she faced the water. In the April heat, she wore black slacks that were just a little too tight to be FBI appropriate, he thought. Her top was a sleeveless black turtleneck, and probably because it was hot as hell, her suit jacket was tied around her waist, which only accentuated her figure.

Liam: You should just take the shot now, Ian

Doyle: Not yet. Too easy

Liam shook his head. He pulled out of the spot and drove off. Having Ian stare at her ass wasn't going to help give him the gusto he needed to put a bullet through her brain, not if part of him still had feelings for her.
