Today, this chapter is really special because I got special permission to bring in a new smurf Oc into my story. Yoiu might know her if you are aware of the popular author I.M. Rally. It's that author's very own SmurfAggie! Thank you so much for allowing me to bring her into this story. Now, the disclaimer- I do not own The Smurfs since they belong to Peyo. Aria smurf is my OC, she belongs to me. SmurfAggie belongs to I.M. Rally, she belongs to that author. Now, let's get this chapter underway!
It was a beautiful day in Smurf Village as Clumsy and Aria were in the forest picking smurfberries for the village. At the moment, they found a huge bush full of them as Clumsy said, "Wowee Aria! I've never seen so many smurfberries before"! Aria agreed, saying, "Me, either Clumsy! Papa's going to be so happy when we bring back all these berries." Suddenly, both smurfs froze when they heard a booming voice shouting, "Find them, Azarel! They're nearby"! Clumsy jumped in fear as he hid inside the bush, pulling Aria in with him. Aria wanted to ask Clumsy what it was that he heard, but Clumsy covered her mouth while trembling in fear. Outside, an orange tabby cat, accompanied by a seventy-year-old man with a butterfly net, passed by the bush. The man said to his cat, "Keep looking, Azarel. I heard smurf voices nearby. They must be around here somewhere." Aria whispered to Clumsy, "Who are they, Clumsy, and why are we hiding from them"? Clumsy whispered back, "That's Gargamel and Azarel, the bad guys' Papa was telling you about before."
Aria gasped in shock before saying in confusion, "Wait? You mean to tell me that that disabled man and his malnourished cat are the bad guys who have been after you for many years? Honestly, I don't see how he's so dangerous." However, she was about to eat her words when Gargamel pulled back the bush while saying in a menacing tone, "You're about to find out," as both Gargamel and his cat cackled loudly. Clumsy shouted, "Run Aria," as both smurfs ran for their lives with Gargamel and Azarel pursuing them. As they ran, Aria told Clumsy, "Man, he's persistent. I can see why you guys fear him." Suddenly, Clumsy tripped over a tree root just as Gargamel was about to grab him. Risking her life, she pushed Clumsy out of the way, allowing Gargamel to capture her rather than Clumsy. She glared at the wizard as he says, "For such a rare Smurfette, I'll brew you into a special stew. Azarel, we're dining fine tonight," as they cackled while beginning to head back to their evil lair.
Clumsy ran back to the village to let Papa Smurf know about what had happened. However, what no one knew was that someone saw this occur and began to follow Gargamel, wanting to save Aria. Back at his evil lair, Aria was placed in a tight-knit magic proof cage as Azarel kept circling it, licking his lips in anticipation. Gargamel was using his potions to create a delicious broth. Now usually, someone would be terrified of being captured or being turned into a soup, but Aria was not afraid. She just kept a firm glare on Azarel and Gargamel, shouting, "You won't get away with this"! Gargamel just laughed as he said evilly, "Oh, but I already have, and the sooner you tell me where the village is, the sooner you will be awarded by becoming the main event of my soup." Aria scoffed at him as Azarel tried to swipe at her, with Aria dodging in time. She grimaced while looking around the room, looking for a way to escape.
Luckily, when Gargamel and Azarel turned their backs, she was able to use her strength to pull the bars apart, allowing easy access to escape. Unfortunately, Gargamel noticed as he had Azarel try to catch her again. Azarel chased her all over the castle as Aria did her best to avoid being recaptured again. Suddenly, she found herself cornered, like literally, backed up against one of the corners of the castle. Azarel came eerily close to her as Aria prepared to fight against it. However, what happened next shocked everyone. In the blink of an eye, a figure ran in front of her. In a blur, she swatted Azarel's paw away with what looked like a lightsaber. Azarel reeled back in pain as Aria got the chance to get a good look at the figure. She looked like a smurf, was about her height, had dark brown eyes, and long dark blue hair that escaladed down her back. She wore a yellow dress along with a manly brown vest, as well as matching shoes and a matching yellow smurf hat with a pink bow in the middle. However, her most noticeable feature was the fairy-like translucent wings on her back.
The mysterious smurf looked back at Aria, asking, "Are you ok"? Aria nodded, saying, "Yep. Thank smurf you came in time." The new smurf then took out what looked like a pouch and sprinkled some golden dust on Aria as suddenly, she began to float in the air. Gargamel saw what had happened and ordered Azarel to catch them both. Both smurfs took to the sky and dodged both Azarel's swiped and Gargamel's net. Aria playfully made Azarel collide headfirst into a wall while her new friend led Gargamel into a closet and locked the door behind him. Both smurfs high foured one another before escaping through the window and reentered the forest. Once both smurfs landed on the ground again, Aria smiled, saying, "That was smurftastic! How did you do that? Who are you"? The new smurf smiled as she said, "Nice to meet you. I'm SmurfAggie." Aria and Aggie shook hands as Aria said, "Well, it is nice to meet you too. I'm Aria. Though I must say, I've never seen a female smurf like you before."
Aggie blushed and shuffled her feet, saying, "Well, I'm not a real smurf. You see, I'm actually a human back where I'm from, I was born with these wings, and some of my friends shared their superpowers and magic abilities with me. One of those abilities is being able to change from human to smurf. I travel around to other worlds and universes to spread joy and kindness, while at the same time, teach about human life and make new friends." Aria was impressed, saying, 'That sounds incredible! I wish I could use smurfy powers like that or have wings of my own." Aggie smiled, saying, "It's alright. You're special in your way. I'm sure your friends and family think the same way." Aria was speechless for a minute before answering with, "My friends seem to think so, but...I don't remember my family." Aggie was curious as she asked, "What do you mean"? They both sat on a rock as Aria sighed before saying, "Let me explain. I don't remember having a family because I've grown up alone most of my life. I only remember small things such as being brought to a village by a stork and getting caught in a tornado when I was young. I also remember two words that seem to be significant." When Aggie asked what the words were, Aria answered, "storm and willow, but I don't know why."
When Aria said those words, Aggie's jaw dropped, but before she could ask anything else, a group of smurfs was heading towards them. Led by Papa smurf, the group consisted of Hefty, Clumsy, Tracker, Smurfette, and the smurflings, who were riding on Puppy. They saw Aria as she smiled and went up to the group, clumsy, "Thank smurf you're alright, Aria. I thought Gargamel might've smurfed you into gold or something." Aria chuckled, saying, 'It takes more than a seventy-year-old man and a mangy feline to smurf me down, but I did have some help with escaping. Smurfs, meet my new friend, SmurfAggie. SmurfAggie, these are my friends. This is Clumsy, over there in red is the leader, Papa Smurf, the one with the heart tattoo is Hefty, the one with glasses is Brainy, the one with the red feather is Tracker, and the older female smurf with blonde hair is Smurfette. On Puppy are the smurflings: Snappy, with the yellow shirt, Slouchy, who reclines a lot, Nat, who loves animals, and Sassette, the younger female with pink overalls." They all said hello to Aggie as SmurfAggie was excited and shook everyone's hands while saying, "Howdy-doo every smurf. I'm SmurfAggie, and it's an honor to meet all of you. I love to make new friends wherever I go."
Papa smiled as he said, 'it's smurfy to meet you, SmurfAggie. Do you have a place to stay"? Aggie answered with, "Well, at the moment, no. I have been staying with a village when suddenly, it got windy, and my wings got caught. The next thing, 'I know, I'm blown into an unknown location. I've been trying to find my way back, but no luck. the worst part is that my wings have been feeling sore lately, so I can't fly for a long period, which makes looking for my way back a lot harder." Aria got a great idea as she said, "I know. Why don't you stay with me until your wings recover, and you can find your way back"? Aggie liked the sound of it as she says, "Really? Oh, thank you, Aria," as she gave her a bone-crushing hug. Aria smiled and answered in mid-gasp, 'You're...welcome." Smurfette and the smurflings were excited to have a new friend as Papa was happy that everything turned out alright in the end. With that, the group started heading back to the village, as Aria couldn't help but look back at the forest, wondering where exactly didi SmurfAggie came from, and more importantly, where did she come from as well?
