Today was the day, Gohans first day at UA, in the short time between receiving his acceptance letter and now a lot had changed for the young hybrid. Firstly he now lived in the city, courtesy of Bullma, since it would make getting to school less of a trek across the country. His mother made him promise to vist at least twice a month and he knew if he didnt she would get so angery she would go super saiyan. Secondly was the fact that now he had to do everything food shopping, cooking and cleaning where just a few of his new responsibilities that he had to get a handle on before school started. Gohan was no slouch but focusing on getting his new home life in order ment he couldent do any real training, he just hoped the level he was at would be good enough.
With a monthly allowance from Bullma Gohan had plenty of money for food and everything else he would need, although he would often get take out food as he was no master chef. Cleaning was easy thanks to his enhanced speed so his apartment, which was of a modest size only took hima hour to clean fully.
Gohan had made sure to wake up earlier than usual today so he could triple check everything, nothing could go wrong today. His first day of school had to go well since he had no idea what to expect he was a little on edge. This however would not stop him and he would take every challenge UA could throw at him and Keep pushing forward. Gohan got in the shower and started thinking about all the villains he'd faced in his life so far.
His uncle Raditz had kidnaped him when he was four and then a year later he fought with the Z-fighters against Nappa and Vegeta. His mind then went to his battle with the Ginyu force and then the dessperate struggle against the tyrannical lord Frieza, as well as when fireza returned to take his revenge. He thought about the Androids and their climactic battle with broly in the arctic before the Cell Games. He remembered how scareded he felt each time and the hope when his father arrived to save the day, but now he was gone and just like with Cell it was now Gohans turn to step up and be the hero his father believed he could be.
Gohan then stepped out of the shower to dry himself off, he found that by projecting his ki all over his body he could dry himself off in seconds. He then moved into his bedroom where he had layed out his uniform the night before. Overall it was quite simple, a white shirt with dark green trousers. Complemented by a grey blazer with dark green stripes on the collar and wrists and finally a red tie to bring it all together. Gohan quite liked the uniform but given he had nothing to compare it to since this was his first it wasnt saying much.
Once dressed he made his way into the kitchen for his breakfast. He had decided to go with a light breakfast this morning so he only had ten slices of toast, two tins of beans, eight sausages, six eggs and a gallon of orange juice. Withall that down him he grabbed his school bag filled with notebooks and pens as well as other things he might need and made his way outside, thanks to him waking up so early he had plenty of time so he could walk today but he did plan to take the bus moving forward. Today he wanted the time to realx and focus his ki, whilst he wasnt expecting anything too big on the first day but this was the best hero course in the country so it wouldnt hurt to be ready for anything.
The walk itself was quite nice. The morning rush was only just starting so it wasnt very busy, that the slowly rising sun and the cool morning brezze made the decision to walk to school this morning a very good one. As he walked he thought about the people passing him by and what where they were going and what they were thinking about it. Where they having a good day, just going to work, were they worrying about a loved one or trying to meet new people.
After a while he finally made it to the gates of UA, one of the best hero academies in the whole world and possibly the best. As Gohan stood in front of the gates taking it all in a limo pulled up behind him and a familiar looking girl with black hair done up into pigtails emergeded onto the sidewalk. Just as she stepped out she turned around to grab her bag "thanks for the lift this morning dad, will i see you tonight?" she asked the man in the limo. Gohan tried but he couldent hear the response from the man who he now understood was her father. "Oh okay i'll see you in a few days then" she repilde with obvious sadness in her voice.
Soon after a short delay, her father saying goodby, the limo took off down the road with the girl watching as it made its way down the hill. It was then when Gohan remembered where he had seen the girl before. She was the girl he saved from the zero pointer back in the entrance exam, so she had passed. "Um I dont mean to pry but is everything ok" he asked, giving the girl a shock clearly she hadn't noticed him standing behind her.
Once she had collected herself she answered "yea its fine i guess, just one of the things you have to deal with when your father is super famous" she sighed and turned to look at Gohan, looking at him quizicaly before seemingly realizing something. "Say aren't you the boy who helped me with the zero pointer?" pointing at him with a threatening look on her face.
Gohan jumped back slightly not expecting this much hostility from somebody he saved from being crushed. This girl clearly had a lot of pride, which means the best way to deal with her would be to stand his ground or at least he hoped it would. He stepped forward and responded "yea that was me and if i didn't 'help' you you would have been crushed, i dont want a thank you but you dont need to be so confrontational everyone needs help every now and then". Gohan mentaly patted himself on the back and hoped he hadn't mabe the wrong move with meating her head on ilke that.
The girl just stood and glared at him. She sood still as if ponder how she sould reply to him for a solid minute, Gohan feelt like she was trying to kill him by staring at him. This only ending when she finally spoke. "Fine whatever thanks for your help i guess but i dont need any help from anyone i'm gonna be the next number 1 so just stay out of my way, you may be strong but i've been training my whole life to be the best, my names Videl Satan and you better not forget it" she said with confidence as she shoved her way passed him and made her way throught the gate.
Gohan just stood there speechless, unable to respond "damn she is almost as prideful as Vegeta, i hope she's not in my class and the world needs to hope she's not in the same class as explosion boy". Gohan shiverd imaging them in the same class, the world would be a better place but the universe likes to mess with people so knowing his luck they'd both be in his class.
After the strange second meeting with Videl he made his way through the gate to the main entrance of the school. Once inside he made his way to the reception where he found a notice board with class lists on and directions to the classroom. Gohan quickly scanned the lists and found his name on the list for class 1-A alongside Videls, "great one of of two" he said under his breath to himself praying to Dende explosion boy wasn't in his class.
Then after quicly memorizing the directions to class he made off in that direction, judging by the lack of people in the halls he was either one of the first there or the last, which would be very embarrassing.
Quickly making his way throught the quit halls of UA he noticed that all the doors were almost twelve feet tall, at first he thought it was a bit weird to have doors that big he later reasoned that they might be people with quirks that make the a lot taller than others and thus unable to use normal doors. Shortly after this he arrived at class 1-A. He took a moment to compose himself and opened the door.
"Oh is you again" Videl stated almost bored as she sat alone in the room, Gohan sighed internally, even though he knew she would be here he still wished she wasn't. For a brief moment Gohan entertained gathering the dragon balls and wishing for her to be in a different class but he knew he didnt have enough time. "Look I think we got off on the wrong foot, why dont we start again. My name is Son Gohan it's nice to meet you Satan-san" Gohan said as he made his way over to where she was sitting.
"Whatever i thought i already told you i'm gonna be number one and you dont get there by being nice. I'm not here to make friends so just leave me alone, unless you want me to kick your ass" she stated looking at him with the same anger as before, luckly Gohan knew from experience she was serious and he would rather avoid geting into a fight on the first day. So he simply walked over to his seat in silence and waited for more people to arrive.
It didnt take long for people to start triceling in, each with their own unique appearance. In one instance there was a boy with the head of a bird "i wonder what powers he has. Probably something to do with birds" Gohan thought as he watched the boy move towards his seat. Then there was another kid with half white and half red hair, he walked in with a cold expression on his face which made Gohan shiver when they made eye contact. Much to Gohans relife the boy didn't challenge him. in fact he, like the others, hadn't said a word apon entering the room.
However this wouldn't last long as a girl with pink skin and horns entered the room. Gohan quickly recoginsed her as the girl who talked to him on the day of the entrance exam, however before he had a chance to speak she had already noticed him and made her way over to him "nice to see you again Son-san, man i can't believe i'm actually here you know?".
Gohan tried to keep his cool, he thought it was strange how he was so confident when Videl came at him so aggressively but now with Mina being so nice he was so flustered. "Hi Ashido-san it's nice to see you too, I agree it's almost unreal actually being here isn't it" He managed to get out.
Mina just smiled at him "it's so unreal, i cant believe im gonna be a hero one day" she replied but Gohan could see her making a great hero even without knowing what her Quirk is. For one she was kind and was always smiling, that and her attitude to others was a lot better than a certain other classmate of there's. "We should talk more after homeroom, i think we could be friends" she said waving to Gohan as she moved to the other side of the room to her seat.
Well at least he now knew that one of his classmates was nice and wanted to be his friend, that would be nice a friend his own age. The next person to enter was the boy he helped in the physical exam, the one with the red hair. He didnt seem to notice Gohan as he went over to Mina. They looked pretty friendly so he just assumed they probably went to middle school together.
Shortly afer this the doot burst open and Gohans worst nightmare came true as the boy with the explosion Quirk walked in. luck for him and probably the whole school he just walked over to his seat without saying a word, although Gohan knew he and Videl would clash at some point he just hoped he was nowhere nere when it happened. As Gohan was worrying about the two most aggressive members of his class becoming aware of each other the rest of the class started to arrive and the room began to fill, and most of them seemed friendly
As more people arrived Gohan became less worried as most people seemed to avoid the two and neither sat close to each other. However he didnt expect a certine student with engines in his legs to light the fuse.
"Exsuse me but could you please remove your foot from that desk! Such an action is insulting to thoses who came to UA before us" Gohan looked over to see the explosion boy with his foot on the desk and him arguing with someone, he quickly reqougnised him as the person who asked about the robots during the entrance exam and for calling out the other kid for mumbling. "Damn he really is strict'' he said, making a mental note to avoid him where posible.
"Well he did just say he's from a private school so you can't really blame him" Gohan jumed whilst he was focused on the more aggressive members of class he hadn't noticed someone sitting at the desk next to him. He was shocked again when the person next to him appeared to be just a floating outfit although he quickly composed himself "yea i guess that does make sense, my names Son Gohan it's nice to meet you".
Gohan went to shake but then realised he didnt even know if this person had arms "hiya my names Toru Hagakure, it's nice to meet you too" Gohan then felt something that felt like a hand grab his and shake and then a light bulb whent of in his head as he figured out her quirk.
"Oh i get it now your quirks is invisibility right that's so cool" in that moment he imagined all the ways that power would have been useful in the past and how that would actually be one of the better powers for a hero to have.
"That's it, although it's not that hard to guess. I dont think i could guess your quirk just by looking at you, do you mind telling me what it is" just then before Gohan could answer Videl stod up and shouted across the room at the two students who were still arguing "if you to dont shut up i'm gonna come over there and kick both of your asses"
There was silence for only a moment before the guy in glasses just lookes shocked and gohan couldn't blame him, explosion boy reacted just as exspected "oh yeah i'd like to see you try, your father might have beaten Cell but im gonna surpass him and All Might so unless you want to get blown up i'd suggest you stay in your lane extra".
The two of them were now locked in one of the most menacing staring contests ever neither of them willing to back down, the whole room was stilent nobody really knew what to say to defuse the situation. Gohan thought about trying to talk them down, he knew it probably wound't work but at least theyed be focused on him and not each other. But thankful he wouldn't have to do this as just as he was about to intervene the door to the room opened and drew away everyones attention.
There at the door stood a short boy with curly green hair, he looked very startled which was fair since everyone was staring at him, thankfully both explosion boy and videl were distracted by his entrance as well.
Suddenly the guy with glasses made his way over and seemed to apoligize before a girl with brown hair came up behind them and joined the conversation. Gohan sighed with relief knowing that the arrival of these two might have just averted a fight but now they both knew the other existed and it would only be a matter of time before these two were at each ohers throats again.
"If your here to make friends then you might as well leave now" Gohan nearly jumped out of his skin as a man in a sleeping bag stood up anb began talking to the crowd leaving him to wonder whether or not he was there the whole time."it took you 8 seconds to quiet down. That is unecseptible, time is a precious resource and it's not rational to waste it" now out of his sleeping bag Gohan could get a better look at him, he was tall and skinny with long shaggy black hair. His eyes seemed dropy and had a lot of bags under them making Gohan question how much sleep he got. His outfit seemed simple: a black bodysuit with a utility belt and a large white scarf.
Whilst Gohan would say this man didnt look like a teacher or a pro hero he didnt really know what most teachers or pros looked like so it would be foolhardy to judge. He almost reminds him of Mr Piccolo with his remark about how precious time is and how foolish it is to waste.
But before gohan could give it more thought the man continued "my name is Shota Aizawa and i'm your homeroom teacher, pleased to meet you" he then reached into his pocket and pulled out a capsule a there it infront of him revealing a large container, he then reachedin and pulled out a gym uniform "quickly now come and get a gym uniform, get changed and head out to the grounds". This seemed to shock most of the class but since Gohan had nver been to school before he just went with it.
The girl with brown hair protested saying "but won't we miss the entrance ceremony and the guidance sessions?" but Mr Aizawa didn't seem to care, he quickly shut her down "no time to waste on that stuff if you want to become heroes, now hurry up we havent got all day" with that the whole class seemed to all get up at once not wanting to make the situation any worse thay all grabed a unifore and made there way to the closest changing room.
The gym uniform was very comfortable. Tight enough as to not be a hindrance during physical activity but loose enough to allow it to breath. It was blue with the UA initials on it in a vertical orientation, the letters were white with a red trim giving the unifor a good look over all even if it was a simple design.
The changing room was silent as everyone changed, no doubt it was nerves. Nobody knew what was in store for them today and nobody had any clue what to expect. Gohan kept to himself even noticing people he saw chatting before where silent "well at least everyou seems to be as nervous as me" he thought to himself before seeing the green hair boy who inentvertanly stopped a fight earlier, he was stood alone seemingly shaking with fear, although he didnt notice explsion boy staring daggers at him from the other side of the room.
At that moment Gohan decided to help "hi there my name's Son Gohan'' he said, making the boy jump,literaly, before he seemed to calm himself slightly. "M-my n-n-names Midoriya, Izuku Midoriya" the gave a shacky smile showing just how nerious he was.
Gohan simply smiled back "i dont think you need to be so worried. I mean what's the worst that could happen today?,it's not like they'll exspel you on day 1. You're here so you passed the entrance exam so that means you deserve to be here" Gohan gave him a thumbs up "let's do our best out there okay". Midoriya didn't quite understand why Gohan was saying this to him but understood what he meant, he gave a nod and smiled with confidence, All Might gave him this power for a reason and it was up to him to overcome these challenges.
Gohan haddent noticed but a few others were listening to what he was saying to Midoriya, with alot of them agreeing with his statement and this gave them a little relife as they made their way out onto the Grounds outside the main building.
They quickly assembled into a small group in front of Mr Aizawa waiting just a moment before he started to speak "soft-ball throw, long jump, 50 meter dash, endurance running, side steps, upper-body training, and seated toe touch. You all did these in middle scholl yes?" There was a short pause before Gohan raised his hand.
"Urm Mr Aizawa sir i never went to middel school, i was homeschooled" this statement shocked nearly all of class 1A, Mina already knew from when they talked before the entrance exam. This filled Gohan with a little embarrassment. Whilst he knew he was just as good if not better thean the others it themes of academics he was far behind socially.
Mr Aizawa didn't seem to care "that's fine it won't affect what we're about to do". Gohan gave a knod still filling a few lingering stairs. As expected this revelation shocked videl and Midoriya was looking at him too, but what he didn't expect was the kid with white and red hair to be staring at him. Since they've never talked he had no clue as to why but he gave off a cold arua making Gohan shiver.
Before he could spend too long thinking about it Mr Aizawa continued "this country still insists on prohibiting quirks when calculating the averages of thoses records. It's not rational. The department of education is just procrastinating not letting them test their limits" Gohan could understand what he was saying, UA was expected to turn them into heroes in three years but if people could practice with their quirk in middle school it would make getting them to their best a lot easier.
"Bakugo, how far could you throw in middle school?" Mr Aizawa asked. Gohan turned to see the person he was talking to was explosion boy "so that's his name Bakugo" this was good now he would"t have to keep calling him explosion boy.
Bakugo wasted no time in responding "sixty seven meters" he replied, there teacher then threw a ball at Bakugo "great. Now try it with your quirk, do whatever just don't leave the circle and give it everything you've got". With the ball in hand Bakugo mad his way to the circle, Gohan watched as he stretched his arms before winfind his arm back before laning it forward and yelling "DIE" as he unleashed a massive exsplosion sending the ball flying off into the distance.
Gohan was impressed the power behind the blast was incredible, seems like he's not all talk he actually has some real power. As he looked to his left he could see most of the class where stund buy this extreme display of power. "it's important for us to kow our limits, that's the first rational step to figuring out what kind of heroes youll be'' Aizawa then turned to show them Bakugos distance 2407.5 meters…
Most chould say anything, reduced to looking on in surprise at just how much fire power the blond bomber actually had. Gohan wasnt sure who but somebody finally broke the silence with "we get to use our quirks as much as we won't, that's so awesome". Little did that person know they had just doomed them all.
"Awesome you say?" Gohan shivered and knew a bomb was about to be droped. "You're hoping to become heroes after just three years here… and you think it will be all fun and games? Okay then. The one with the lowest score across all the events will be judged hopeless… and therefore be expelled!". This wasnt good he could see the looks of fear in the rest of his class and especially in Midoriya, damn he said he wouldnt get exspeled day one and now judging by the look on his face he know it might be him. "Your fates are in your hands. Welcome, this is the UA hero course".
Gohan felt conflicted, should he hold back and let others get better scores or should he go all out and secure his place. As they thought the short brown haired girl spoke up "it's only the first day! I mean, even if it weren't that's totally unfair". The desperation in her voice was evident, Gohan wanted to say something but knew it would be pointless.
"Natural disasters... highwaypile ups... rampageing villains calamity is always right around the corner, i'd say the world is full of unfair things. Heroes are the ones who correct all that unfairness. If you were hoping for an easy three years well i'm sorry to tell you but for the next three years UA's gonna put you throught hell. Thats plus ultra. So use all your strength to overcome it all. So bring it". Once he finished he turned to his phone to prepare the other tests, Gohan was begging to understand his motives and after facing guys like Frieza, Broly and Cell he knows just how unfair the world can be.
Test 1: 50 meter dash
The first test was simple in pairs; they would sprint at max speed for a distance of 50 meters, very simple. He'd already seen glasses, how he now new at Tenya Ida, do it in just 3.04 seconds thanks to his engine quirk. This was actually letting him see most of the quirks in his class like a naval laser, a frog mutation, a large tail and acid. After watching the rest of the class he decided only 50% would be necessary for a passing grade.
He stood next to Videl at the start line "try to keep up" she taunted before the buzzer went off and in seconds he reacjhed the finish. The looked over at his time seeing a respecible 3.01 seconds but was surprised when he saw Videls 0.05. What the world is here quirk.
Videl Satan, Quirk: Sonic Speed, with this quirk she can move her body at mach speed with a max of mach 3. She can also fly in short bursts.
Test 2: upper body strength
This test was just as simple; all it really entailed was a grip strength test. Before doing his Gohan noticed another student with multiple arms doing his "he must have a lot of grip with all those hands" he thought before seeing his score of 540kg. Gohan looked down at his and powered up to 50% again and girped pushigh the machine to 642kg
Test 3: standing long jump
This test went the way Gohan expected with people like Bakugo and Videl making some big jumps with their Quirks and whilst Gohan was tempted to fly he thought that might be overkill and just went with a standard jump.
Test 4: soft ball throw
Since Bakugo had already gone he sat this one out. This one was definenly tricky for some with most scoring under 300 with the exceptions of Bakugo, Videl who got 845 meters and a student who somehow made a cannon and got 1467 meters. Now it was his turn cocking his arm back like yamcha the throw it at 50% and got a distance of 932 meters.
Then the girl with short brown hair made her way to the circle, thaking a second to breathe the throw the ball with little effort but much to Gohans surprise it went straight up to space. With a score of infinity there was no doubting this was her test.
Final was Midoriya, Gohan was feeling bad for him since he had come dead last in each test so far and the brown hair girl was gonna be a hard act to follow. He watched as Midoriya stood there for a moment until he suddenly felt a massive amount of power coming from Midoriya "this must be his quirk" he thought to himself wondering why he didnt use it earlier. But just as he was about to throw the power he suddenly disappeared and the ball only traveled 46 meters. Gohan looked on in shock, all that power just seemed to evaporate in a second but as his mind raced to come up with an answer he noticed Mr Aizawa's hair stood on end and in that moment he understood.
"I erased your quirk, that ridiculous exam is completely useless when it allows someone like you to pass" the teacher deadpand, as everyone bar one locked on in shock, Aizawa also saw All Might flinch as he watched from afar. "I saw it… how you can't control your quirk. You'd just be incapacitated again. Were you hoping someone would step in and help afterwards? What goods a hero who needs saving afer using his quirk?" he then sent out his scarf pulling Midoriya in closer and whilst Gohan couldn't hear what he was saying he knew it couldent be good.
He turned to the brown hair girl who seemed to be his friend "hey do you know what Mr Aizawa is talking about". She took a moment to respond "well sorta, i only saw him use his quirk once but when he did he broke his bone" then it made sense as to why he hadn't used it yet, he could output a lot of power but the price was broken bones.
Gohan watched as Mr Aizawa handed him another ball and sent him back to the circle, there wasnt much he could do. Midoriya's situation was dire. He needed a good score to stay but if he did he would break his arm. Now Gohan was begging to understand why he was so nervous going into these tests. However he was pleasantly surprised when as Midoriya went to throw he focused all his power into his finger tip, only breaking his finger and getting a score of 2407.3.
Whilst everyone seemed happy about Midoriya's success, even Mr Aizawa had a slight smile. Gohan noticed the rage on Bakugos face and befor he could move to block him he lunged at Midoriya. Thankfully before he could get close Eraser head used his scarf to hold him in place leaving Gohan unsure as to why he charged in the first place. Mr Aizawa then seemed to calm him down with 'nice' words as Midoriya made his way over to the group.
Unfortunately Gohan didnt get a chance to speak to Midoriya as they went throught the next few events with Gohan placing top 5 in each remaining event. Then afer a short moment the results were presented on the board

Gohan felt terible when he saw the name at the bottom, he was about to go up to midoriya until Mr Aizawa suddenly spoke up "oh yea and i was lying about expelling someone. That was a rational deception to bring out the best in all of you". Gohan literally felt the wave of relife that came to cover most of class 1A but he wasnt to sure but for now he took him at his word.
After sending Midoriya to see the nurse he turns to address the rest of the class. "Right where done for today you'll find your timetable and other essentials waiting for you back at class. Everyone ecsept Son Gohan head back your done for the day" this statement filled Gohan with a little dread, he had no idea why his teacher wanted to talk to him alone. As the rest of the class left, a few whispered about Gohan staying back, both he and Aizawa stood in silence.
Once the class was away Mr Aizawa began "Why werent you going all out?" The question was simple but that didnt stop it throwing Gohan through a loop, how could he tell he wasnt going all out? Befor he could respond Mr Aizawa continued "if you're wondering how i know, i watched your proformance in the entrance exam and i noticed when you held up the zero-pointers foot your hair began to change colour. Now i'm betting that's what happens when you go all out right?"
Gohan was shocked although he should have expected this from UA teachers since they were all pro heroes. Gohan stood there unsure of what to say luckly for him his teacher had little time to waste toady, "look in the end i dont care if you hold back. In the end it's you that loses out but that being said i will not lte you half ass this course. So if you continue to hold back i wont make things harder for you i'll make them harder for you classmates" he then began to walk away finishing with "think about that the next time you get the idea to hold back"
Gohan was left speechless by the whole encounter unsure about what he ment by making it harder for the others, did he mean it? Or was this just another ruse? Gohan wansnt sure if he wanted to test his Homeroom teacher. He turned and made his way back to class unsure of his next step.
As aizawa round the building he was greeted by the larged form of the number 1 hero "Aizawa you big fat liar" the sybole of peace seeming quite upset, but this only confermed the erasure heroes speculation "so you were watching, good to know you dont mind wasting time" he said without a hint of emotion in his voice.
"A 'rational deception' you do know it's not April fools! Last year you expelled a whole class of first years. You dont care about anyone you deam to have no potential, so why go back on your word… could it be that you see potential in the Midoriya boy aswell? All Might asked, however this wasnt what Aizawa exspected.
Aizawa although not expecting that question answered quickly "he doesn't have no chance, if he was hopeless i would have cut him. It would be cruel not to… although I expected you to be asking about Gokus son" the statement about midoriya gave me hope for the boy's future but he had to admit he was interested in the boy as well.
"Well i was going to see how he performed in tomorows battle training first but i can't deny in an interested in how he proformed today" Aziawa had expected that kind of response he knew now hw was only here about Midoriya but decided to play along "he performed well but he could have bone better if he wasnt holding back the whole time" right then an idea came to mind, he turned to face all might "tomorow in battle training i want you to stack the deck against him"
This caught the symbole of peace of guard "what do you mean Aizawa? You want me to make it harder for him" he questions but Aizawa responded almost immediately "yes exactly i need to know his limits sp what i want you to do is…" he then explained his plan and all Might nodded, tomorrow was going to be interesting indeed.
As Gohan arrived back at the class room, now changed back into his normal uniform, he was greeted by Mina and Kirishima "hi Gohan" they both said in unison with Mina continuing "everyone else already left but i wanted to get your number so me and Kirishima decide to wait for you" she smiled making him unsure on how to respond.
Finally able to pull himself together "oh thanks you guys, im sorry but im new at the whole friend thing" Gohan stated plainly as Mina handed him his things. "Well you dont need to worry you were pretty manly out there today and what you said to Midoriya got me pumped" Kirishima replied making Gohan realise others had listened to what he said in the changing room.
Gohan smiled and pulled out his phone giving the two his number and mental congratulated himself for making two firende on day one, "so Gohan do you wanna walk with us to the train" Mina asked after shed finished putting his number in her phone.
"Yea that sound great" he replied walking with them as the exited the classroom, as they walk throught the hall he realized he'd finally started his journey to becoming a hero. Now with his first day behind him and with two new friends he felt like nothing could stop him…
Elsewhere…
On a rooftop somewhere in Tokyo a man sat alone. He was wearing large baggy Green trousers with gery boots, oh his top he wore a brown sleeveless jacket with a red sybol with two R's on it. He also had a pair of brown gloves and a Trucker hat on. He sat there with his long white hair flowing in the wind, the silence being broken when his phone started to ring. He answered hearing the voice of his master on the other end "it's almost time, instructions will be sent tomorrow, remember your role this is about All Might not him" the voice stated but he knew exactly want it ment and wasted not time in responding "don't worry as long as you keep your promise i'll keep mine" he ended the call before looking out over the city "i hope what they say about you is wrong Son Gohan" he said himself outloud knowing nobody could hear him.
It had been years now but finally he was gonna do the thing he was made to do, he could feel his excitement growing this was gonna be fun...

Finally it's done, only took two months but who's counting. Anyway all joking aside i would like to apoligize for the delay, issues at work and health issues didnt help and not to mention the three rewrites the chapter went throught. Hopefully updates will be coming out faster now and i will try to keep to a set amount of time between updates, no more two month waits.
I know you're probably wondering why Bakugo and Midoriya are a lot stronger than normal. Well when it comes to Midoriya ist to with something ive added to one for all, maby you can guess, if you want to just PM just in case you guess correctly id rather avoid spoilers in the reviews. Bakugo is simple, Midoriya gets a power up so does he just to keep the rivalry believable.
