Hi again folks. I know it has been some time since I had updated this story. I had planned on finishing Digimon: Broken Bonds before getting back to this work but I have reached a writers block with that and wanted to get back to this work. I have many ideas still going on for this work and many of them will start to show in this chapter and the following chapters afterwards.

I want to say that this work is nearly finished but I have a feeling that I have already said something along those lines before. But I want to make it clear that we are entering the endgame of this work now.

Chapter 29

The red and blue Freightliner FL86 roared down the M6. The Freightliner looked like any of the lorries that drove down the M6 as they all headed towards the South of England and London itself. But there was a difference between this lorry and the other lorries around it. On either side of the lorry was a red face that was highlighted with white markings. A symbol that very few people around the world knew about unlike the Avengers symbol that was well known to everyone around the world. The Autobot symbol.

The Freightliners engine roared as it suddenly picked up speed along with the rest of the traffic that was around them. The trailer that was behind it didn't show any restraints or problems with the sudden increase of speed that the lorry had undergone with. The trailer also had the same symbol that the lorry had.

Driving beside the Freightliner was a black Corvette Stingray that moved between the lanes to allow traffic to keep moving as it stayed close to the large red and blue lorry. The Stingray's engine roared and purred as it kept up with the Freightliner. Waving in and out of the lanes and in time with both Freightliner and Stingray was a Harley-Davidson. The driver of the Davidson like the Freightliner looked like a normal diver but it stopped when drivers show the round shield with the star in the middle of it.

Black Panther, the king of Wakanda looked out of the window of the Freightliner window at the British countryside. He had been all around the world with being the King of Wakanda and following his father about as he learned how to delegate with other countries around the world. Not only had he been around the world as King of Wakanda but also as Black Panther he had also been around the world. He had seen exotic countries but one country that he was hardly at was Britain. It was a country that he was allied with through America and the other Avengers with the alliance that was formed with Nightshade and the other Guardians. Now he was seeing the British Countryside racing past him as Optimus Prime drove through the M6 from Scotland to London. He had seen London a few times but never the rest of the country like he was seeing it just now.

"How do you know Nightshade and the other Guardians, Optimus Prime? Nightshade gives a sense that she doesn't like being around people for long with only Edward and Julian being an exception!" Black Panther spoke up to kill the silence that was between him and the leader of the Autobots. They were close to their destination and it wont be long before a UNIT convoy joined them as they entered the city limits.

"She does make it seem like she doesn't want people around doesn't she. It is a trait that I am use to after being around her for a good amount of my life. You have to understand Black Panther a lot of what Nightshade is, is due to her Spark being infused with an Element at her creation!" Optimus began to explain to Black Panther. He had not really explained to the Avenges his relationship with Nightshade and he was sure that Nightshade had not fully explained her past to them. He only knew about Nightshade's past as he had been with her for a good amount of time and the same could be said with Edward and Julian.

Black Panther titled his head to the side as he leaned back in the passenger side chair. "So her Element plays a big part in her personality. Interesting!" he replied as he looked at the screen on the dashboard. The screen had the Autobot symbol that flashed every time the Autobot leader spoke.

"Nightshade's Elemental Spark is very much like mine and other Cybertronian Sparks that reflect our personalities!" Optimus spoke back to Black Panther just as Captain America raced past him on his Harley-Davidson. The Supersolider was now leading the pack with Natasha being either behind or beside Optimus as they got further away from the Mansion and closer towards London and the Tower. The two human members of the Avengers for the past few hours had been swapping between themselves as they either drove in front or behind Optimus Prime as they got the Book of the Dead to its destination.

"To answer your other question Black Panther. I have known Nightshade for most of my life. We were raised together. As you see me and her were orphans and we were raised by Alpha Trion. Before I became the next Prime I worked at the docks on Iacon but Nightshade she couldn't stay on Cybertron after she had completed her training she left Cybertron for the wider universe out there. What happened during her time away is something that she will have to tell you as it is not my place to tell you what she done in her time between leaving Cybertron and now. All I can tell you is that she had made many allies and many more enemies!" he continued to explain to Black Panther.

Black Panther kept looking out of the window as the British countryside kept racing past them. He knew that all of the Avengers had their pasts. Many of them were in the mainstream news but they all shared many more secrets in their past. That was more for the likes of Natasha and Barton along with Nightshade and the other Guardians. "Do you think Nightshade will share her past with us? Or will she just keep herself and live in the present like she has been doing so far?" Black Panther asked himself more than Optimus.

"Nightshade's past is filled with hurt! It will need to be when she is ready to tell will she tell. It wont be before and it wont be after!" Optimus Prime said when they came to a sign that said welcome to London. They were getting closer to their destination.

Black Panther once again leaned back into the chair. "Understandable! Many people prefer to live in the present rather than in the past!"

"You speak wise words your majesty!" Optimus Prime told the King of Wakanda as he and the other two members of their team entered London.
