Chapter 30
Dean Winchester in his life as a Hunter of the Supernatural had seen many things. Many things that would cause many people to freak right out. But the things that he had recently seen was causing him to freak out. Since he had meet Julian and the Poltergeist joined his every growing family he had been made aware of a world that had been kept hiding from him for all his life. A world that many Hunters would love to have found out about, especially Bobby and his dad. Bobby in finding out new cultures and languages. John Winchester, however would have just seen the new world and the creatures in it as a new target to hunt. To John anything that was not human and not from Earth had to be killed.
Dean snorted at that. His dad like many other older Hunters still had the mind set that all Supernatural creatures all had to be killed. That was a thought that he had himself. True, he and Sam had meet monsters through their lives that were living among normal people and not wanting any problems at all. That was of course until Hunters rolled into town and they would panic. Some wouldn't panic knowing that the Guardians would protect them.
And protect them they did. Dean had not witnessed the Guardians justice but he had heard of Hunters who had taken a Hunt one night and the next night they were removed from the world as if they didn't exist. And that was true Bobby had Ash once look into a Hunters file to fine that their file, their birth certificate and marriage and all other legal documents were gone. That was not the only weirdness that happened after that, men in black uniform and black sunglasses had arrived at The Roadhouse the next day and asked strange questions before they left. That was the last time the Hunters there had seen those men, Julian's men. A pub that was filled with trained Hunters had not known that they were talking to two Shadow Men send by Julian to determine if they were a threat and they weren't. It hurt Dean to think that they were not a threat against the Guardian.
Dean was still getting use to the new world that he found himself and his brother in. A world that was not only filled with Supernatural creatures, monsters and Gods but also aliens from other worlds. It was something that he didn't think he would ever cross paths with. There was that one hunt when he and Sam went against fairies that made it look like aliens were abducting people. Nightshade had told Dean quickly that many alien races don't abduct people as it was against the laws by both the Shadow Proclamation and the Galactic Federation.
Something pumped into his side and he looked to see his brother standing beside him. The feathers on the top of his head were raised high as he titled his reptilian head to the side as he regarded Dean. "Are you alright Dean?" Sam asked Dean.
"Just thinking!" Dean responded to Sam. His elbows were leaning against the rail of the aircraft carrier that they were onboard.
Sam snorted at his response. "Better watch out Dean. Don't want you to hurt yourself with thinking to much!" Sam replied to Dean.
Dean faked laughed as he pushed his brother turned Velociraptor away from him. He was glad that his brother also laughed in response. That was one thing that had not changed in the new world that Dean found himself in his relationship with his brother was still as strong as before. Hunters needed a partner who they can trust. For years Bobby had Rufus and their Dad just had whoever was there on the Hunt as well. "Shut up you before I put a muzzle on you lizard face!" Dean responded to Sam.
"But what are you really thinking about Dean? There is something clearly on your mind and its bothering you so much that you are not laughing at Cas being stuck between the bickering Megatron and Broadside!" Sam stated as he looked closely at his brother.
Dean sighed and ran his hand through his hair. It was a habit that had become a large part of his daily life. It had started after that Voodoo Queen Natasha had turned Sam into a Velociraptor. Not only that they had to face against Gordon Walker again who had allied himself with Natasha and Seth. He had no idea why Gordon would side with Seth when he had made it clear that he hated everything supernatural just like their dad. John Winchester like many others who had died in the Angels and Demons plan to bring about the Apocalypse had been brought back to life by the orders of Nightshade after she had forced the Angels to show their true plans to the Hunters or be destroyed. It seemed that only Nightshade was a non-Angel that could destroy the Angels and that caused them to fear her.
"Its just all of this! What happened to us Sammy? We used to hunt ghosts, vampires and Werewolves! What happened that made us become a part of a bigger world? A world that we are way over our heads in! Tell me Sammy is this something that you had planned will happen when you agreed to come back into Hunting with me when I picked you up from your dream college?!" Dean asked as he looked at his brother. "I mean I could deal with both Angels and Demons but this! I don't think I can deal with it! Don't you ever want to leave with Jess and start a family of human-raptor hybrid babies?" Dean asked his brother with a cunning smile on his face.
Sam pulled a face as he looked back at Dean as the aircraft carrier sailed through the Irish Sea from Scotland towards England. "You had to go there Dean!" Sam grumbled to Dean as he looked back at the sea that was surging about underneath the Autobot Broadside. "You are correct though. I have on many occasions thought of just leaving with Jess. But like you said Hunting is in the family and I see this curse" he said as he looked at his sharp claws on his forelimbs, "as a way to better help in the Hunt! Its the only thing that is keeping me sane!"
Dean hesitantly touched Sam's scaly shoulder. "Your not going Savage?" he asked his brother with a series tone. There had already been a few times already that someone had forced Sam into going Savage and had been used against his family and friends. In all those times Dean had managed to get Sam out of that funk just before things got really bad, but Sam after going Savage always locked himself in his room at Bobby's and would not come out for a good few days.
"No! Like you I am just finding it hard to keep up with everything that has been happening. But we are a part of this and so we need to do our best in making sure that the world keeps spinning like the Avengers are doing!" Sam replied to Dean.
"Maybe we are! But still this is way to much!" Dean told Sam. He was once again getting protective of his little brother. Something that had seemed to get worse with Sam being turned into a raptor and people gunning for him. "Even for us!"
"Mind if I join you?" asked a voice behind them. Both brothers turned around to see Julian standing behind them. He was wearing his usual solider uniform with his ever present rifle slung over his shoulder. Julian looked relaxed but Dean could see that he was ready to allow the Wolf out of its cage at the latest moment.
Dean nodded his head and allowed the ghost Werewolf to stand beside them against the railing of the aircraft carrier that happened to be an Autobot. "We will be arriving in London in ten minutes. So far so good. Unlike what happened with Nightshade and her team!" Julian told Dean and Sam as he looked at the coast that was starting to show a massive city. The capital of Great Britain and the main base for UNIT. Dean had never been to Britain before. He had travelled all across America from Hunt to Hunt with either his Dad or Sam.
"Are they okay?" Sam asked Julian. Concern in his voice as he thought that Seth had managed to take out three heavy hitters that the Avengers had.
Julian smirked as if Sam had just told him a joke, but that was stopped as suddenly as it appeared. "Their fine. They got attacked by a group of Harpies. Assassin hired by Seth to take us out and get the Book of the Dead. Nightshade did say that something has happened and that it is best that we see it when we regroup back at the Tower of London!" Julian explained to the two brothers. He looked over his shoulder and couldn't growl as he saw Megatron stomping by with one of his Decepticons not far away, "Why Deathwalker and Prime trust him after what he has done to their planet!" he growled. His eyes glowed yellow and white fur was appearing on his hands. Taking a deep breathe in he calmed himself down he allowed the Wolf to go back into its Cage willingly.
"What has he done? Come on Julian you and Nightshade have told us squat and we have the right to know!" Dean grumbled to Julian.
"Back on their home planet Megatron dragged Cybertron into a war that destroyed it so much that it can no longer support life!" Julian responded back to Dean. He didn't say anything else as he walked away from the two Hunters. He had to get ready to make it appear that they had the Book of the Dead and get the empty box into the Tower of London through Traitors Gate. They had to play this game the right away to allow the team that actually had the Book of the Dead to get to the Tower with no problem at all. All a part of the plan.
Dean watched Julian walk away. The Guardian had left a lot of things out when he was explaining things. He knew it. It was something that happened to them left, right and centre that he was use to it. He knew that Julian was no different the other people in their life.
Broadside suddenly came to a stop. The sudden stop from the Transformer who had taken the form of an aircraft carrier saw everyone stumble on their feet. It didn't matter if they were seasoned sailors or not they all stumbled.
"What the heck was that?" Dean shouted as he used Sam to keep him balanced. He looked over the deck at all the sailors from UNIT as they regained their footing. He spotted Julian and Cas not far away. Cas trying to help Julian to his feet, but Julian shrugged the Angel off. He heard Megatron sniggering not that far away. Already the large silver Mech was beginning to annoy him, but he could do very little against a metal giant like Megatron.
"I don't know but it didn't feel natural!" Sam said to Dean. He looked at his brother to see that Dean was looking overboard the aircraft carrier. "What is it Dean?" he asked his brother as he walked towards the rail of the carrier again.
Dean was about to say something when a massive snake burst out of the water and snarled down at the gathered heroes on the carrier. "What the heck is that thing?!" Dean shouted as he stepped backwards as he looked up at the massive serpent that toward above them.
The massive Serpent that had lunged out of the English Cannel looked down at the crew and members of the Avengers that were on board Broadside. It let out a loud hiss as Captain Marvel took to the air. Her body glowing golden yellow as she used her power to take to the air above the Autobot that was within the coils of the massive Serpent. Izzy and Tentomon came out from the Bridge of the ship to look up at the massive snake.
"Oh no!" Izzy shouted gaining the attention of both Dean and Sam. The two brothers looked at the teenage DigiDestined and his Digimon. "Its one of the Serpent Sisters!"
"And its about to get worst Izzy!" Tentomon shouted as another giant snake burst out of the water. "Its MegaSeadramon!" The giant red and green scaled Digimon snarled down at them. MegaSeadramon was not as large as the Serpent Sister but it was still large compared to the humans and the Transformer.
"Hey kid you want to explain what the hell that thing is?!" Dean shouted as he pointed at MegaSeadramon that was trying to bite Tentomon who was using his smaller size against the much larger Digimon.
Izzy looked at Dean. "Its a Digimon like Tentomon! But that thing-" he said as he pointed at the large Serpent Sister that was punched in the face by Captain Marvel, "Is one of the Serpent Sisters who is one of Seth's generals!" Izzy responded to Dean before his attention retuned to Tentomon who was still waving in and out of MegaSeadramon's reach. "Tentomon you have got to Digivolve!" he shouted up at his Digimon partner.
Dean and Sam could only watch as the small red insect Digimon was engulfed in a bright light. Everyone that was onboard Broadside and the two large Serpents that were in the Channel looked towards the bright light. The light faded within a second and in place of the small red insect Digimon was a much larger blue insect Digimon.
Kabuterimon then went to attack MegaSeadramon before it could gather its senses after seeing his Digivolve. Captain Marvel done the same with the Serpent Sister that had trapped Broadside in her coils. The head of the massive Serpent Sister was flung backwards from the force of the attack. Captain Marvel shouted as she punched the Sister rapidly in the head until the coils that wrapped around Broadside started to loosen.
Broadside feeling the loosen of the coils began to move forward and away from the two brawling giant Serpents. It didn't take long for the Autobot to begin sailing through the River Thames and towards the Tower of London.
Dean and Sam could only watch the two battles that was happening in the mouth of London's river as they got closer to their destination. Dean had seen many things in his life. Being a Hunter of the Supernatural had meant that he sees things daily that normal people would never have dreamt to see in their lives at all. In fact that was he was still Hunting. It was better for someone who was already in the strange world of Supernatural to keep it away from normal people.
There was many times that he could have just dropped everything and went to stay with Lisa and Ben. That was something that he had thought of doing since the Guardians had helped to stop the Apocalypse from happening, but the solider side of him disagreed with that notion. Since he was four years old John Winchester had seen his son as nothing but a solider in his new fight against the Supernatural as he went after the thing that killed Marry. It was this side of Dean that had kept him fighting the fight.
"We are a step closer to finally bringing Seth down!" Julian grumbled to Dean sides.
Dean looked over at his friend to see that Julian was staring at the Tower that was slowly becoming bigger with every second. "You think it was that easy? Seth was waiting for us! What is there to say that he wasn't waiting for the other teams?" he asked Julian with a series tone in his voice.
Julian sighed as he heard the shouts from the UNIT soldiers from the land as they got Traitors Gate ready for Broadside to come up beside the Tower. "Dean, you have to trust what Nightshade and Captain with their plans! They know what they are doing!" Julian told Dean before he walked away from the Winchesters. He needed to get the crew ready for docking up at the Tower of London.

"Electro Shocker!" Kabuterimon launched his electric attack at MegaSeadramon who took the attack straight to the head. The Champion levelled Digimon watched as the Ultimate Digimon took the full attack without so much of showing pain. That was what happened when a Champion went against an Ultimate. It didn't matter how powerful that Champion was it was still going to have problems against the Ultimate.
Izzy grabbed onto Kabuterimon's horn as he watched MegaSeadramonn snarl up at them. "You have to Digivolve again!" Izzy shouted over the buzzing of Kabuterimon's large wings and the wind. He kept a hold on the large horn as once again a bright light engulfed Kabuterimon. Izzy was use to the bright light that came with Digivolving. Years of being around Tentomon and the other Digimon as they Digivolved had made him use to see the bright light that came with Digivolving.
MegaSeadramon however was not use to the bright light nor was Captain Marvel and the Serpent Sister. All three of them covered their eyes as Kabuterimon Digivolved to MegaKabuterimon. The much larger insect Digimon hovered above the English Channel across from MegaSeadramon.
"You think your little light show will save you DigiDestined?" snarled MegaSeadramon as he glared at MegaKabuterimon. MegaSeadramon's massive body curled into a striking position before he lunged towards MegaKabuterimon and Izzy.
Izzy held onto the horn even more tighter than before as MegaKabuterimon moved out of the way of MegaSeadramon. MegaSeadramon's massive jaws slammed shut where they had been only seconds ago. He watched as MegaSeadramon snarled and looked up towards them. Izzy may not have been much of a fighter like Matt and Tai, but he had his mind. His mind was used to make up plans that was followed out by the other DigiDestineds back in the Digital World and also in the Real World. Izzy was good at making plans on the spot. It was a skill that he had learn quickly as he helped Tai in leading the DigiDestined in their later adventures.
MegaKabuterimon kept moving to avoid MegaSeadramon's attacks that kept on coming. It was with this that Izzy got his plan. "Keep this up until there is an opening and attack with everything you have got!" he shouted once again over the wind.
"Understood!" MegaKabuterimon responded. He kept on dodging the attacks that kept on coming from the evil Digimon. MegaKabuterimon may have been much larger than Kabuterimon but he was still fast and swift. And it was because of that skill that he was able to keep ahead of MegaSeadramon as the evil sea Digimon kept attacking them with no clear planning on his part.
It didn't take long for MegaSeadramon to begin to slow down from his fast and aggressive strikes that he was flinging at MegaKabuterimon. Sinking lower into the English Channel, MegaSeadramon took in large mouthfuls of air as he regained his breathe and thought of what he should do next. MegaKabuterimon had the advantage of the air and also he was much faster than he looked. It was also made worse for MegaSeadramon in that MegaKabuterimon had aid in the form of his human partners. Every Digimon in the Digital World knew that having a Human partner helped them to Digivolve and also be there for them as partners. Many Digimon didn't like the idea of having a human to help them be more powerful and that was why they set out to destroy the DigiDestined and their Digimon.
"Now when he is distracted!" Izzy shouted as MegaSeadramon over thought what his next moves where to be.
"Horn Buster!" the electric charged at the tip of MegaKabuterimon's horn and with no warning it struck MegaSeadramon. MegaSeadramon, who was to tired from his rapid attacks against MegaKabuterimon roared as his broke down into data to return to Primary Village.
"I'm glad that's over!" Izzy said as he leaned more heavily on the horn. It was at that point that a huge explosion exploded on the other side of London. Izzy could only stare at the large fire ball that had appeared on the other side of London.
"Should we go and see what that was about?!" MegaKabuterimon asked Izzy.
Izzy looked over his shoulder to see the Serpent Sister that Captain Marvel was fighting was retreating away from the superpowered human. "Yeah we should! Captain Marvel has everything under control here!" Izzy responded to MegaKabuterimon. He held tighter onto MegaKabuterimon's horn as the large Ultimate Digimon flew towards the fireball that they had seen.
