Chapter 31

Nightshade rolled her optics at the sounds that Thor was making. The God of Thunder had declared a battle against Galvatron in order to see what the transformed Mech could do. It was clear by the size of the Predacon that Galvatron was much stronger than his normal Mech self. Heck he was even bigger than Predaking, if not slightly. Nightshade knew from the few times that she meet Predaking that the leader of the Predacons from what the Moonray had dubbed as Primeverse was a Mech that he was no pushover, the same was said for the other Predacons that were under his command.

The Predacons from her dimension was not dragon-like. No instead they were animals and were lead by Razorclaw who transformed into a lion. Razorclaw like Predaking had a god-like mindset. It was with this mindset that had caused many rifts in the Decepticon team. A rift that Megatron always hoped would never be noticed, but it was noticed. Prowl had noticed it. The Second in Command of the Autobots who was known for finding out the weaknesses in everyone on the battlefield had found out Razorclaw's ego and had gotten the Dinobots to always use it to their advantage when they crossed paths in the battlefield.

Grimlock may be a blockhead for a great deal of many things but when it came to dealing with Razorclaw and showing who the real king was of the animal kingdom he showed a side that no one in the Autobots or Decepticons knew was there. Grimlock when that happened was almost like Wheeljack, but it made sense as it was the engineer along with Ratchet and Preceptor. So it was to be believed that some aspects of their personality to bleed through the Dinobots. The only Dinobot who was more like their creator than the others all the time was Swoop, that he was getting trained along with First Aid to be the Autobot Medic when Ratchet finally stepped down from his role of Autobot Medic.

Nightshade groaned when she side stepped to avoid a tree that was ripped out of its roots and landed with a loud crash not far away from where she sat. Having returned to human form, she used the smaller form to stay out of the way of the two brawlers. Running a hand through her silver hair, Nightshade looked at the stream that was now muddy rather than clear what it had been before they got there. She knew that she really should get the two of them to stop fighting and start heading towards London, but she knew it was better to allow Thor to get the fight out of his system.

Galvatron roared as he blasted Thor with red hot fire that shot out of his mouth. Thor jumped out of the way with a bellowing laugh as he too took to the air.

"Not bad friend Galvatron. You have true mastery of this form!" Thor declared with a smile on his face. The God of Thunder and Galvatron burst into hearty laughter once again as they started their fight once more.

Nightshade groaned when Galvatron accepted Thor's challenge. She was just going to wait until they both got tired or something really bad happened. It was at that point her phone began to vibrate in her jacket pocket. Looking away as she reached into her jacket pocket she brought out her phone. She along with Edward and Julian had the latest phones on the market. Both she and Edward preferred Samsung phones over iPhones while Julian preferred iPhone over Samsung. The three of them would have long debates on what was the best phone developer when there was no missions and no training drills that they needed to do.

"Kate what's wrong?" Nightshade asked the head of UNIT. Kate normally didn't call through her phone, that was normally either Osgood or Bonnie who done that. Kate had a direct link to her inter. comm. like the other Guardians and Autobots did so she had no need to use her phone like the other Avengers did until she got them into her coms.

"Nightshade you need to get back to London! Seth had figured out what you and the other Avengers were planning. He attacked Cap's team and got the Book of the Dead. Now there is hell on Earth!" Kate responded back to Nightshade.

Nightshade fell silent and sure enough she could hear in the background people screaming along with the sounds of emergency vehicles. Looking up at the two brawlers she sighed at the sight of them still battling it out. "Alright you two! If you want to stop this love fest that you have gotten yourselves into we need to get to London!" she shouted up at them. She was glad that the two of them stopped in the mock battle that they had with each other that she transformed back into her true form. With a massive burst from her wings she took to the air and joined both Galvatron and Thor.

"What has happened in London Lady Nightshade?" Thor asked her. His helmet was to an angel with bits of dirt and grass stuck in the wings of the helmet. Also his cape was not in the best of conditions with his fight with the Harpies and then the brawl he had with Galvatron.

"Seth has got the Book of the Dead! We need to move now!" she replied with before she glided away from the two other members of the Avengers.

"How did he hit the right team?" Galvatron asked her as he flew beside her. His massive wings hardly moving as he flew beside her.

Nightshade kept her eyes forward. She could already see the outline of London on the horizon and already she was not liking what she was seeing. Orange glows of fires spanned the whole length of the city as the capital of Great Britain was plunged into an all out battle. "I don't know. He may have just gotten lucky when he himself attacked Cap and his team!" she replied as she picked up the speed. Every second they were getting closer to London and the sight was getting grimmer with it.

"Then we shall fight for Asguard and Midguard in getting the Book of the Dead back from him!" Thor bellowed to them.

"We get the Book of the Dead and there is no fooling around. We get the Book to Egypt and to Seth's temple. Once we get him weakened the Book is destroyed!" Nightshade shouted over the roaring winds that were buffering against her audios and no doubt Galvatron's and Thor's. "I don't care if it is a relic from the Ancient World! It is too dangerous for it to remain in one piece!"
