"hey Cat, Lilly dropped off a cake for your birthday" says Jade
"that's her version of a white flag, tensions have been tight, I think Lilly noticed it before Miley did and wanted it to end" says Cat as she clutches her stomach in pain
"are you ok, you don't look good" asks Jade nervously
"I'm fine I just shouldn't have had that last can of alcohol, I'm an extreme lightweight and really should have stopped at two drinks" says Cat
"I'm sorry I egged you on, I should have known better, Tori warned me to be careful" says Jade
"it's ok I'll be fine Jadey wadey, I just woke up just give me time" says Cat
"she's never been good with even slightly alcoholic drinks, it's going to be worse because you egged her on to go full force instead of watering it down like she usually does, not to mention her period" says Tori
"that's today oh god that's not good, she's unpredictable as it is when she's on her period, I messed up big time" says Jade as she starts to cry
"you say that again and I will force you to strip naked Jade, you can't mess up what you didn't know, you made Tori realize thew whole Miley mess up wasn't her fault, this wasn't your fault either so stop tearing yourself down like this, stop hating who you are at your core" says Cat
"you know I wouldn't mind walking around naked so that's not much of a threat however I get the point" says Jade as she hugs Cat
"I know you aren't this dark humor person at your core, sure dark humor every now and then is funny but I know the real you, the angry girl everyone knows isn't you" says Cat
"I know it's just my childhood has never been great, I'm not used to being normal soft quiet me, I haven't been since I was little, maybe I was four maybe twelve, I don't know anymore, I don't know if people would take me seriously if I was the soft and quiet me" says Jade as Jackson knocks on the door

"hey sorry to bother but my sister made a serious mistake and she realizes it now, she wants to talk in person" says Jackson
"I'm not talking to her at all, I don't give a frick how sorry she feels, she posed the question and led me on and then when I kissed Lilly on the frickin cheek she suddenly thought I went too far, she was in complete control of the situation and all she did was make me feel like trash, she doesn't just get a pass for that, I used all my money just to buy this house, I'm living in a palace and I'm a broke ass fool who trusted her and she broke that trust, I don't care what the frick she says I'm not talking to her" says Tori
"and I understand trust me, she made a mistake but she hasn't officially come out as being Hannah, it's eating at her, she snapped and ya she needs to own up to it but she's under a lot of pressure" says Jackson
"I can't get a job Jackson, Hollywood has made it near impossible for me, basically spreading lies like that I only care about myself and that I don't care at all about rules, which are both so far from the truth it's not even funny, the truth is they wanted to use my body to sell the film, like full on naked on the cover of the movie, I wasn't ok with that, so I broke the rules and went above them to change that, they had made it clear that I was to be used to sell the movie so I knew talking to them would change nothing" says Tori
"that's rough, what if she admitted you kissing Lilly made her hot" says Jackson
"then maybe I'd be willing to talk to her but at this point I can't trust a word she'd say right now, the wound she caused is no tiny wound, it's a gaping hole in my heart, at this point besides Jade and Cat I don't know who to trust because Hollywood has pull on so many companies, even Siena's modelling agency is being pulled by Hollywood, I applied for a spot for a clothing shoot and got turned down immediately, I need money fast and nothing Miley has done so far has made me even slightly comfortable ever talking to her at all now" says Tori as Jackson leaves
"you know I heard the lawsuit against Hollywood is turning in your favor, I heard talk about a two-billion-dollar settlement" says Jade as David Vega enters
"what I want is for them to admit to the world that they wanted to sexualize me so the world can finally realize I was used as a sex bunny and they failed to exploit me, then and only then will I accept their money" says Tori
"that's good because I told the court exactly that and the movie director said he was willing to do anything to avoid jail time" says David
"dad it's not just him, it's Hollywood as a whole, all the directors sided with him over me, every damn one dad, they all abuse their power, they all need to be put through the justice system, I'm not the only victim, there are about another dozen or so and maybe more girls that were victimized by the directors, four of them underage dad, not even fifteen, some abused sexually, others just physically, all because they were uncomfortable with doing what the script said and instead of negotiating they chose abuse, I looked it up and all had to do with nudity and girls, the boys never had a problem" says Tori
"maybe you should come to the next court day and say that" says David
"nuh uh I'm not going anywhere near him, he's a freaking creep, here are the hospital files to bring up the cases, the lawyer can add their cases to the list or if not start a new trial after mine, I can't even get a job because of that dude, I'm not gonna let him see me because all I'll do is cry" says Tori as she hands the files to her dad
"you obtained these legally right" asks David taking the files from Tori
"I'm your daughter dad, I don't know any other way, so yes of course I asked for the files, I refuse to let them suffer in silence, these girls deserve justice dad, don't you believe that, those directors profited off of their suffering, hell one twelve year old girl had a kid because of what went down" says Tori
"a directors kid" asks David
"yup, this guy named Damian Rockfield, the movie that girl was in after she was raped and forced to play the part according to his rules, he made billions and billions of dollars, don't you believe that girl deserves justice for that" says Tori
"yes, yes I do darling, I don't care about warrants, I'm going to arrest him right fricking now" says David as he bolts it to his cop car
45 minutes later on the news
News coming in waves as Damian Rockfield is arrested on rape charges, what will this mean for the other directors on that list, how many girls were abused under our noses, I can't bear to even contemplate that but I guess we will find out soon as David Vega goes on an arrest spree – LA west news
"well I guess you got your wish, your dad just texted me saying he's getting confessions galore" says Cat
"ya well he better make money part of the deal, honestly those twelve files are only of the girls abused in the last year, I was told that there are hundreds of abused child stars and the majority of them don't trust the justice system will be on their side, especially the teens, they're afraid they'll say the girls were the aggressors and asked for the abuse, that they wanted it" says Tori as she makes a video post
Hey loving fans and friends, just a heads up there are hundreds of girls who were sexually abused by various directors, the sad part is all but near twelve fear the justice system will blame them not the directors, they fear everyone now, I've spoken to a few and they're confirmed PTSD now, how do people expect them to pay their bills when they grow up, that director from the movie I was a part of threatened to rape me and I can't go in to defend myself because I too now have PTSD, ok that was a lie he did rape me, people like him don't care about child stars or people who only star in one movie, they use their position of power to make us follow their orders even if it means ruining our bodies and lives, this isn't an isolated event, it happens all the time and it sickens me to the core
"well that happened, I hope it doesn't affect the courts decision, you kinda introduced new evidence" says Jade
"Ya ya I'm not in it for the money, I'm in it for justice Jadey and if It helps my case and I get that money then so be it but my first priority is those victims, those girls deserve to be heard" says Tori as her phone goes off
"what is it, did they make a ruling" asks Cat as Tori responds to the text
"no they took a recess after my video post, the lawyer wants to know if they can use it in the trial as evidence and I told them that's why I posted it" says Tori
"wait wouldn't it be a prosecutor not a lawyer" asks Cat confused
"no he's a class action lawsuit lawyer, technically my fans took it upon themselves to stand up for me so technically it's a class action lawsuit in my name, the judge only allowed it because my dad said I'd never stand up to someone like a movie director after what I went through, I'm fricking terrified of Fred Brians, he literally could make me waz my pants with his smile" says Tori
"where did he rape you" asks Jade
"mouth and butt, look he'd have taken me but he was convinced I had several STD's, personally I think his wife would have killed him if he raped me there or hell even known about it because I can guarantee the night he was arrested was the first she heard of that, it doesn't matter the details of where or when he raped me Jade, fact is I was helpless to resist he said if I resisted I'd never walk again" says Tori
"so it was either never walk again or let him hurt you, ya I can't say I'd be in a better position to resist either, dudes a perv to the max" says Cat
"ya I mean you don't just walk away from dudes like that Cat, you do and you get hurt, as sad as all the victims that exist are there was no way for them to resist and leave in one piece, I've been lucky and never had a director like that but I've always known they existed" says Jade
"if you knew they existed why not do something Jadey wadey" asks Cat
"because you don't just do that kind of thing Kitty, if I had told the world the stories I'd heard all that would have done is put a target on my head, that director dude is only scared because he knows once you're outed your career is over, Tori's fans did it right, they snuck up behind him and tore the mask off" says Jade
