Three months went by since Lucy had seen Laxus. It was late, and she was tired since she had come home from a job with Natsu. Yawning she walked in when she noticed the door was unlocked. Tensing she summoned Loke. "Lucy…" "Not sure, but the door is unlocked. I want to precede with caution," she said. Nodding they walked into the house. It was dark inside and silent. "Loke check upstairs. I will continue down here." Nodding he walked up the stairs. Lucy was checking her room when she heard a crash upstairs.
Running up the stairs she saw Loke pushed against a wall by Laxus. "What the hell man! Why are you in my house!" shouted Laxus. "Laxus! Release him!" He turned to see Lucy. Glaring at her he dropped Loke. Stalking up to her he towered over her. "Why the hell is he here!" He started growling as he pointed to him and Loke was getting ready to attack when Lucy held up her hand to signal for him to wait. "Calm down I summoned him. While you were gone I discovered that Loke is actually Leo the Lion. He is my spirit, but he is also my friend. When the door was unlocked I became concerned and summoned him to help me search the house. Which brings us to now."
Looking between the two he grinned. "No way! Are you serious? Bickslow was right about him?" he asked. "Uh yeah I guess" said Lucy. He laughed and Loke knew Lucy was safe. Disappearing Laxus directed his attention to her again. "So how much did flame brain destroy?" he asked. "Uhh… I'd rather not say. Anyways I'm tired so I'm going to bed." Turning around she walked back down the stairs. Smiling she couldn't help but remember how she ran upstairs to see the two men there glaring daggers at each other. It made her laugh inside. Just then she remembered how angry she had been finding out about knocking her out for a couple of days. Stomping back up the stairs she saw he was getting back into bed.
"LAXUS!" He turned to look at her raising an eyebrow. Jumping on top of him she straddled him. This caused Laxus to turn red. "What are you…" he began. "How dare you put me to sleep for two whole days and take off like it was nothing!" she shouted. "Well if you would rest like a normal person I wouldn't have to go to such extremes. I heard you talking to Titania, flame brain, and the popsicle that you would go on a mission with them the following day and then you fainted defending me. If that isn't proof enough I don't know what is," He said. Growling she gripped his sheets to hold herself up while hovering over him. "That doesn't give you the right…"
Laxus had enough. Using his weight, he shifted so he was the one straddling and holding her down causing her to yelp in surprise. Smirking he looked at the surprise in her eyes. "It does because if you're my woman I don't want you being reckless," he said. Lucy glared at him. "And another thing do you realize the position you have put yourself in." Realization dawned on her and she blushed profusely. Grinning he leaned forward so their noses almost touched. "So, what should I do to you for disturbing my sleep?" he asked. Scared she tried to move as he held her down with little effort. Leaning down he bit and sucked her neck eliciting a moan. When he was done he looked at the dark mark satisfied with his work. "There now everyone will know who you belong to." Gapping she tried to form words, but they wouldn't come. Feeling himself becoming aroused he knew he had to stop or he may do something he would regret. Releasing her arms, he looked at her before his arm raked lightly over her body causing her to shiver at his touch. "Laxus…" He looked into her beautiful brown eyes to see confusion, fear, and curiosity. This brought him back to reality.
With that he got off and told her he would sleep downstairs. She watched his descending form and felt the tender area where he had just given her a hickey. As mad as she knew she should be she wasn't. Closing her eyes, she let her heart calm down before turning over and going to sleep holding her hand over her neck. The next morning, she stood up and walked down the stairs. Yawning she wasn't paying attention and walked right into the bathroom to see Laxus dripping wet with only a towel lightly tied around his waist. Turning red she ran out the door and out the house.
When she got to the guild she walked past everyone and looked at the job board. Picking one she ran to grab Natsu and happy before running to the station to leave town. "Jeez Luce why are you in such a rush to leave town?" asked Natsu. She turned and glared at him. "Because I am do you have a problem with that?" Both shook their heads and went quiet. She knew she would have to face him eventually, but not today. In fact she chose a job that would take a couple of days to reach.
