Jack Bauer grags the masked girl at knifepoint, with the other following close behind. He is taking Jack to see Audrey, hoping he will actually let her go when this is over. Meanwhile Tony is talking to his friend, a man he has known as Bashir, but whom Jack called "Dubaku."

Tony: Remind me again why you hate Audrey Raines?
Bashir: She was chief of staff to her father, president Hellar, four years ago when he ordered the drone strike that killed my daughter. The U.S. says they don't target civilians, but they knew my daughter was on that street, selling bread.
Tony; As I recall that strike they were targeting a terrorist who was about to blow himself up in a more crowded area.
Bashir: I was a peaceful man, before you people killed my daughter.
Tony: You blame me too for that incident?
Bashir: Plenty of blame to go around. But what was it that Harry Truman said, "The buck stops here."
Tony: Fair point. But Jack said you were Dubaku, and he seems to think you participated in massacres.
Bashir: He is trying to cause tensions in our ranks, so that we might turn against each other.
Tony: Yeah, maybe you're right.

Tony and "Bashir's" conversation was interrupted by the commotion. They came out, and saw Jack holding this girl hostage.

Jack: Put down your guns.
Tony: Okay Jack, noone else needs to die.
Jack: I'm taking Audrey with me, and Dubaku.
Tony: Whatever his name is, he's one of my team, I'm not turning him over.
Jack: Tony he has killed a lot of innocent people.
Tony: So have you. But let's be honest, his child was killed by an american drone, he deserves a little revenge.
Jack: Against me and Audrey maybe, but he isn't here just for revenge, he works for Sabzi.
Bashir: No, I don't. I have been associated with revolutionary groups, but I do not kill innocents.
Tony: How about this Jack. You can take Audrey and leave. You want to endanger your own escape by alerting CTU, go ahead. We'll be out of here before they arrive.
Jack: Deal.

As Jack was taken to Audrey president Donovan is speaking with George Mason.

Donovan: Can Nina Myers be trusted?
Mason: She can be trusted to act in her own best interests.
Donovan: My understanding is that she blames Sabzi and American for the death of her child. Do you think she wants revenge?
Mason: She wants her freedom and the money more. I'm sorry mr president, but I don't see any other option for breaking her, not in a few hours.
Donovan: Very well, I will pardon her and give her ten million dollars. Make sure she knows it's dependant upon her complete cooperation.

Jack sees Audrey. As much as he wants to run up and hug her, he needs to keep his hostage to get out alive. They are able to make it out. As soon as Jack and Audrey drive off Tony begins evacuating his team from this warehouse.

At Supermax Prison Nina Myers is told that she's been given a full pardon and ten million dollars, in exchange for her full cooperation.

Curtis: Start talking.
Nina: Sabzi told me once that he knows he's a very bad man. He thinks the only way for someone like him to get into paradise is to martyr himself in battle. Which at his age, means he's probably in America right now. Whatever he's planning, he'll want to die himself. He'll live with fewer casualties if it means specific targets.
Curtis: What kind of targets should we look for?
Nina: Gay nightclubs, jewish cultural centers, progressive mosques. Really anyone who challenges his fundamentalist interpretation of Islam. Sabzi also values personal loyalty, if Hekmetyar is really serious about peace with America, he'll view him as a traitor. Sabzi will want to kill Hekmetyar personally.
Curtis: We already know that Hekmetyar is a target, but it's unlikely Sabzi will do it himself.
Nina: It's incredibly likely. Sabzi is full of hatred and is irrational. My guess is he'll order his men to kidnap Hekmetyar and bring him back alive, just so he can personally look him in the eye when he kills him.

Jack and Audrey drive away from Tony's warehouse. They are torn, they know that they should tell CTU that Dubaku has entered the country, probably involved in something bad. But they don't want to endanger their own escape. After a brief hesitation they begin calling CTU, specifically George Mason.
