When Mila woke up she was tied to a chair and Benson was standing over her. She wanted to scream for help, but Benson put his hands over her mouth. It became clear what he would do if she called for help, he was in charge right now. Benson removed his hand and began interrogating her.
.
Benson: I want to know what your father told you about us.
Mila: I don't know who you are. My father brought us to America to avoid this kind of violence. If he was involved in anything he kept me out of it.
Benson: Somehow I don't believe you. I need to know what he told you, and who else you told.
Mila: Noone. I don't know what there is to tell.
Benson: You will tell me, it's only a question of how much pain you want to endure.
.
George Mason is on the phone with president Donovan.
.
Donovan: You think Sabzi would come to America directly?
Mason: That's what Nina Myers claims. We've been monitoring the extremist websites, they seem to think he's still in Afghanistan. They could be giving us false intel, but then Nina Myers has been out of the game for five years.
Donovan: Out intel suggests that Sabzi is not well physically. If he doesn't have long to live, he might want to strike a final blow against America.
Mason: There's something else, Jack Bauer called us, he claims that Dubaku is also in America.
Donovan: I heard that Bauer was captured by Tony Almeida, who wants revenge.
Mason: Bauer escaped, claimed that Dubaku was working with Tony.
Donovan: Do you believe him?
Mason: Honestly no. Tony wants revenge against Jack and Audrey but he wouldn't work with someone like Dubaku. I think Bauer is trying to get CTU to divert our resources away from him and Audrey.
Donovan: Still, if the terrorists are trying something today, Dubaku might want to be part of it.
Mason: Our intel says that Dubaku is trying to fight against the government of Sangala. He considers himself too valuable to die in America. We will keep a lookout for him and Sabzi, but at the moment we're concentrating on different, better, leads.
Donovan: Fair enough.
.
Jack and Audrey have found a secluded spot where Jack can treat Audrey's wounds. There's only so much Jack can do here, even with his training in battlefield medicine. Still, it doesn't seem like Tony did much permenant damage, he was more concerned with inflicting pain than in actually killing her. Jack and Audrey are torn about whether to help CTU find Dubaku, or try to flee the country.
.
Tony and his team are leaving the warehouse and getting ready to scatter. Tony stays with Bashir.
.
Tony: Jack was pretty clever in using the name Dubaku. From what I hear Dubaku is in charge of Alqueda's operations in Sangala.
Bashir: I have heard the name, but I never met the man. Still, I can't completely judge these people. After your government killed my daughter with a drone strike I flagged down the nearest car I could find, begged them to take us to the hospital. They did, they stayed with me while I waited for news. When the doctors told me, one of these men let me cry on his shoulder. I only found out later that these men were allies of the men targeted by the drone strike. They are not the inhuman monsters your government makes them out to be.
.
Kim sees the news, they're talking about Tony Almeida's broadcast, and speculating on whether Jack Bauer is really alive. Kim wants very much to see her father again, but she also hopes he just runs away.
