Dubaku drives off, leaving Tony Almeida unconsciouss but alive on the street.

Nina Myers is brought to CTU. The other workers look at her awkwardly. Some think she got a raw deal, others think she should have been executed. Nina is brought to George Mason's office.

Mason: You are aware that your pardon is dependant upon your complete cooperation?
Nina: I'm aware.
Mason: Then let me make very clear how this will work. You will be given your own work station, with very limited access. If I or amyone else has a question regarding your particular expertise, answer truthfully. When this is over you'll be able to just walk out of here. Until then you stay where we can keep an eye on you. You've worked here, so you know we don't have ten million dollars in petty cash. Whether they give it to you or when is between you and the government.
Nina: If you want my help I should probably get started.

Chloe Obrien works with Jack and Audrey, trying to find where Dubaku and Sabzi might be hiding. Chloe's hacking into CTU has shown that they believe Sabzi is also in America, and he's a known ally of Dubaku.

Audrey: One thing I don't get, Dubaku is the head of Alqueda operations in Sangala, Sabzi is the leader of the anti-peace faction of the Taliban. Why would they come to America to personally direct the attacks.
Jack: CTU has done a good job disrupting their efforts, maybe they're shorthanded. But whatever they're up to I fear it's big, something they'll want to oversee personally.
Chloe: Did CTU believe that Dubaku is really in this country?
Jack: I doubt it, they thought I was just trying to divert them. For better or worse it's up tous to find Dubaku.

Navi Araz recieves a call from his superior, Sabzi.

Sabzi: I haven't heard from Benson, and I fear that Mila Luminovic and Courtney Cofell are still alive.
Navi: Do you want me to handle this personally?
Sabzi: Yes.
Navi: I will eliminate them. But first I need to let Behrooz know his role in this.
Sabzi: Are you certain he will be reliable in this?
Navi: I am certain.
Sabzi: Then do it.

Tony Almeida is woken up by a man named Gary. Tony was a little disoriented, but still tried to keep up a good poker face.

Gary: You okay pal?
Tony: Yeah. Someone mugged me knocked me out.
Gary: We should get you to the hospital.
Tony: No. My wife is a registered nurse, I'll call her.

Tony called Jane Saunders, one of his allies from this operation. She was with Mahmoud Ali.

Tony: Jane, sweetheart, it's Tony. Someone mugged me, could you please come get me.
.
At first Jane was confused as to why Tony was calling her "Sweetheart." Then she realized, someone was listening. She and Mahmoud went to find him, make sure he was okay.
