Jane and Mahmoud tie up Tony, Audrey, and Chloe.

Jane: Where is Jack Bauer?
Audrey: Following a lead.
Jane: Could you be more specific?
Audrey: I could, I don't want to.
Mahmoud: If you don't tell us how to contact him, we'll just eliminate you all and find him ourselves.
Tony: At least let Chloe go, she has nothing to do with this.
Mahmoud: She allied with you.
Audrey: Okay, promise you won't hurt Chloe, and I'll give you Jack's cellphne number.

Jack believes he's found the motel room where Courtney Cofell is hiding with her little brother. Jack figures Courtney is inexperienced, more likely to panic, he has to approach her calmly. Jacl knocks on the door. Courtney grabs her gun and tells Ted to go to the bathroom.

Courtney: Who is it?
Jack: My name is Jack Bauer, I'm here to help. I know that the same people who murdered your father are after you and your brother.
Courtney: How do I know you're not trying to kill us?
Jack: You don't. But you can't last very long on your own. You'll have to trust someone and I give you my word I will protect you and your brother.

Courtney thought about this for a moment. Jack was right, she needed to trust someone. She let Jack inside, but kept her gun on him, so they could talk. Jack doesn't even notice that his cellphone is vibrating.

Jane: Why isn't he answering, if this is really his number?
Tony: He usually sets it to vibrate during an operation. Mainly he worries the ringing could give away his position if it comes down to a firefight.
Mahmoud: You seem to know a lot about how he operates.
Tony: I worked with the man for over a decade, I know how he thinks.
Mahmoud: Sort of makes us wonder where your loyalties really lay.
Jane: Still, we can send him a message, let him know we'll kill all of you if we don't hear from him in an hour.

Dina Araz is showing Curtis Navi's business records. They appear to be clean, then again there's little to suggest the terrorists would use an appliance store for laundering. Anything they needed from the store they could buy legitimately. Behrooz comes to the refrigerator for a snack, Curtis has an idea.

Curtis: Are you Behrooz?
Behrooz: Yes.
Curtis: My name is Curtis Manning, may I ask you some questions?

Behrooz looks over to his mother, she nods. Curtis begins talking to him.

At CTU Milo Pressman goes to George Mason's office.

Milo: Nina's acting suspicious.
Mason: Can you be more specific?
Milo: She's working on her computer, but she's careful not to let anyone else see whatever it is.
Mason: I appreciate you bringing this to my attention Milo. I'll look into it.
