As Audrey, Tony, and Chloe are tied up, with Jane and Mahmoud in the next room, Tony begins talking.

.

Tony: I'm sorry I got you dragged into this Chloe.

Chloe: It's okay.

Tony: I think I can convince them to let you go.

Chloe: What about Audrey, and you?

Tony: They still hate Audrey, so do I.

Audrey: You were willing to work with me.

Tony: Because there was more at stake than my vengeance. Unfortunately they don't seem to care. My guess is they'll kill you first to show Jack that they're serious. Jack will still come to save Chloe. Once he's here they'll kill him, unless Jack figures out how to get the drop on them.

Curtis continues to question Behrooz.

.

Curtis: You worked for your father at his store?

Behrooz: Yeah, for three months now. Mostly just sweeping the floor and stocking shelves.

Curtis: Did you ever hear him discuss business?

Behrooz; He had an office for that, was kind of private about it.

Curtis: Did he ever talk to a man named Benson?

Behrooz: I'm not good at remembering names.

Curtis: Here's his picture.

Behrooz: Maybe, I'm not sure.

Burtis: Is there anything else you can think of which might be helpful in our investgation?

Behrooz: No, nothing I can think of.

George Mason summons Jamey Farrell to his office.

.

Mason: Did you by any chance hear Nina Myers asking for access to classified files?

Jamey: Yeah, half the building heard that.

Mason: Do you remember what is said?

Jamey: Some version of "No."

Mason: I looked up what her computer screen is showing, let me show you.

.

To Jamie's suprise, it seemed that Nina was just playing solitaire, and cheating. Jamey also seemed visibly worried at this development.

.

Nina came to me with this idea. I hate to admit it but it worked. She asked, I publicly, loudly, denied her request. We wanted to see if someone tried to access classified files and blame it on her. Milo came to me with his concerns after Nina started acting suspiciously. His computer hasn't tried to access any classified files, you want to guess who's computer did access classified files.

Jamey: I can explain.

Mason: I'm all ears.

Jamey: My son, Kyle. They have him, threatened to kill him unless I cooperated. They released the doctor's child when his wife cooperated.

Mason: That was a three month old baby. Kyle is what, seven, eight?

Jamey: Nine.

Mason: As in old enough to testify. The best thing you can do for Kyle is to cooperate with us. I promise we will do all we can to rescue Kyle.

Jamey: Okay.

Mason: Who were your handlers?

Jamey: I only spoke with two people directly. One was Ira Gaines, I met him at a club last month, we started dating. I honestly had no idea who he was.

Mason: I believe you.

Jamey: Three days ago he informed me he had Kyle, would kill him if I didn't do everything he said. The other man was Navi Araz. Benson was telling the truth, we have been meeting at his appliance store after closing for two days now. Navi let us in and was there during the meeting. Gaines said if Navi called I should do whatever he said. He asked for Courtney Cofell's location, but I hnestly didn't know where he was.

Mason: So he's looking for her, and he seems more connected then her. Maybe we can use that to lure him out.
