Jack Bauer is brought to CTU. Many of the employees here give him dirty looks, he can't blame them. Many of them probably lost friends, coworkers, family, because of Jack and Audrey's plot. Jack is brought to an interrogation room, Mason come to see him.

Mason: I'm not authorized to offer you, or Audrey Raines, any kind of a deal.
Jack: I know, I have no illusions. Maybe I'll get a jury that opposses the death penalty, maybe not. Either way I'll never be free again, never see Audrey again.
Mason: No, you won't. I don't know if you're seeking redemption, I'll leave the judgement of souls to God. But you claim to have intel about the upcoming attack.
Jack: Dubaku is in America.
Mason: Until recently Dubaku has been content to fight his own government.
Jack: Last year, when Deby and Bashir signed the peace treaty, Dubaku branded Bashir a traitor and recruited others who didn't want peace. Sabzi has convinced them that they cannot fight the governments of Sangala, Saudi Arabia, Israel, and so forth one at a time. They need to defeat the protector of those governments, that's America.
Mason: Anything more specific?
Jack: Tony worked with the man, he'd have a better idea where Dubaku might be hiding.
Mason: Agent Doyle is questioning Tony, I'm hoping you can provide something as well.

Camden Yards in Baltimore is preparing to open. The game between the Orioles beging playing the Angels at 1:05pm, the stadium opens to the crowds at 11:30. Gary is one of the security guards. He and the other guards are on alert, none of them are sure if CTU knows something specific, or if the stadium just doesn't want to take chances today. At any rate Gary plans to be vigilant today, to check bags and be ready if anything seems suspicious.

At her house Kimberly is feeding little Jack and watching the news. She's both hoping for and dreading hearing something about her father. Then the phone rings, and she can sense what this is about.

Kim: Hello?
Caller: Kimberly Bauer?
Kim: Yes.
Caller: I'm calling from CTU, you should know that we have your father in custody. You can come and see him if you'd like.

At the pakistani embassy Firash prepares to escort Hekmetyar to Camp David for the peace summit with president Donovan. Firash doesn't like this, he agrees with Sabzi's politics more than Hekmetyar's. But Firash is loyal to the man he swore to protect. If it costs him his life he will protect Hekmetyar no matter what.
