It was about the 4th quarter of the school year, & ChaCha was excited to see what was up in store. Riiya, & Shiine were too, especially since they were going to be taught something new.
"ChaCha, wait for me!", hollered Shiine.
"C'mon Shiine, use your broom to catch up. Wouldn't that be easier for you, & your feet?", said Riiya who was riding on ChaCha's broom.
"If you say so, then I have no choice.", Shiine responded.
They arrived at the school as quickly as they could before they were late(ChaCha slept for a little longer than usual). They thankfully got to Banana Class just a few seconds before they would be considered late. The school day started out normal, but then at the end of the day, they were informed of a new kind of lesson to be taught.
"Well, what is this kind of lesson, you say?", asked ChaCha.
"Oh, we'll be talking about the human body. Wouldn't that be fun?", Rascal revealed.
"Oh, I was wondering if I will ever be taught that. Nobody I know of ever speaks of the body!", said Shiine.
"Alrighty then, tomorrow will be when we start talking about the human body. Take care, & have a good afternoon!", waved Rascal as the day was over.
From then on, they were taught about the human body. To the students, this was pretty exciting, seeing what all of our body parts do, & why they're important. There were also a few tests to see if they still remember the body parts, their functions, etc.
Then came one day, & that day was when ChaCha was going to realize that "she" wasn't exactly the kind of person "she" was. This part of the lesson was about those areas. You know what those are, do you? If not, then well… you won't get any of this. These 2 areas were described in detail that I obviously won't give off. The 1st area was the one that girls had, & the 2nd one was the one boys had.
ChaCha thought that this was just normal. Then afterwards, a test was given out to the students to see if they remembered the bodies of a male, & a female. She got to the question where she had to bubble in one of the choices that fit in with what a male's body was like. The correct answer was, "flat chest, &..." well, you know. That correct answer was what clicked to ChaCha.
There was something so… off about that answer. It was right, there was no denying that, but what made it off was that ChaCha's body matched that description word by word.
While "she" was still taking the test as usual, inside ChaCha was where "she" was questioning "her" own sanity. There was no way that "she" wasn't a girl.
When ChaCha came home, "she" decided to take a shower that night to try, & take it out of "her" mind. However though, this ended up not being the case.
ChaCha looked to see if "she" really did match the description of a boy's body. To the absolute shock, that was the case. That was when "she" found out that "she" wasn't a girl.
ChaCha was a boy this whole time.
When that moment happened, he felt uncomfortable. To think, he was mistaken as a girl for so long, even by his own parents, just felt so wrong. It was as if they just immediately thought he was a girl so they could get someone to fight Daimarou before the world was ultimately destroyed.
When he went to bed, he started to question that "magical princess" thing. Why did he become Magical Princess Holy-Up everytime he did the transformation sequence with Riiya, & Shiine? Wouldn't have he turned into a magical prince? He even wondered if Joanne was a boy too. I mean, he must've been, right? Joanne had the same 3 weapons ChaCha had when he transformed into Holy-Up, so it was entirely possible that Joanne was also a boy that was mistaken for a girl. This ended up giving him trouble trying to sleep, but eventually he got a good night's rest.
From then on, ChaCha tried to remain as his usual self, & try to not lead his friends into finding out that he was a boy. A mere week afterwards, when the trio were hanging out, Riiya thought of telling stuff that will only be known to the 3 of them. Riiya shared his secret first.
"I once tried to climb a tree as a wolf. I didn't make it far, but I ended up grabbing onto a basket somebody left on a branch. I found a box of fresh sushi inside, & ate it like crazy. Mmmm, mmmm, delicious sushi!".
Shiine then talked about his secret.
"I once had a cassette that contained a bunch of songs. I believe they were in Danish. The radio I had to play it on broke a year later, so I put the cassette somewhere secret of course. I believe it might've been in the deepest depths of the basement."
"How about you ChaCha?", Riiya asked.
"Oh, I would love to hear ChaCha's secret!", Shiine exclaimed.
ChaCha felt very nervous about this. He didn't want to tell them that he was a boy. He thought that if he did reveal that he was a boy, he would've lost respect from everyone. He didn't want that to happen, especially in front of his 2 best friends. He decided that maybe it was best to run away from them.
"Guess ChaCha's a little shy today?", Shiine questioned.
"She probably is. Why else would she run away?", Riiya said.
ChaCha then checked to see if he was far enough from them. He sighed when he found out that he was, & went back home. He knew that he had to do something before it's too late. He thought for a couple of moments, before he decided that he knew what to do.
Chapter 2: The Vanishing of ChaChaIt was the last day of school, & at that point he was well prepared for what he had to do. His voice had already gotten deeper, & more boy-ish at this point(which led him to not speak that much so that none of his friends will start thinking that he might be a boy). Seravy was leaving for a while to go shopping, & asked ChaCha to take care of the house.
To him, this was the perfect opportunity to run away. He first waited until Seravy wasn't around so he wouldn't be noticed. 5 minutes later, he started to put everything he had right into his brooch so that nobody could try to trace him down as he knew a giant bag would cause suspicion amongst his friends. Now, it was about time to go. There was no turning back to him. It was just a run away for the greater good of him.
Meanwhile Riiya, & Shiine went to that house, & realized that ChaCha wasn't there. They wondered where he was, still referring to him as a girl of course.
"She should've been here inviting us in.", said Riiya.
"Maybe she's gone off with Seravy. Perhaps to go shopping. We probably shouldn't disturb them there", said Shiine.
"Oh man, I wonder what they'll get there! Tasty ramen? Lovable hotcakes? Beautiful candy?", Riiya was always out for food like a maniac.
"Oh, we'll just wait, & see Riiya, what, & see.", Shiine said.
They both sat down waiting for ChaCha to open up. They waited for over an hour, but nothing. Riiya went up, & knocked the door. No answer.
"You know what? Maybe you're right, ChaCha is travelling with Seravy now.", said Riiya.
"Heh, thought so.", Shiine responded.
"WHAT DID YOU SAY!?", Yakko angrily replied.
"ChaCha ain't here, so why bother?", asked Shiine.
"Because you said she was with Seravy dumpling boy!", Yakko answered.
"You guys are talking about me, aren't you?", said Seravy in the distance.
"Oh, Seravy-sama, I've been waiting for you to come here. Come on, let us both fly in the sky as the flowers bloom, & the sun smiles among us. Oh we'll be the grea-", Yakko almost exclaimed.
Seravy moved aside, & went to the house to see if ChaCha was ok. He immediately noticed that ChaCha wasn't there.
"ChaCha? Where are you? Show yourself.", Seravy commanded. No response.
Seravy started to look around for ChaCha, & realized that all of his(Seravy of course refers to him as a girl, you know that drill by this point) belongings were gone. He tried to look in every other part of the house, but it ultimately led to nothing. Straight up zero. Then, he thought of a genius idea. Why not use the magic ball to track his location? Well, he tried, & it said, "OUT OF REACH".
Seravy was surprised. He never saw the magic ball do something like that. It was all brand new to him. It's as if ChaCha went way too far to be noticeable by the ball.
"Oh my, ChaCha is gone. That's just… wrong!", said Seravy.
"Ok, we better look around for her. She can be anywhere in this land at this very rate now!", shouted Shiine.
"Alright then, we got absolutely no time to snooze. Let's go!", Riiya was really excited to start searching for ChaCha, no matter how long it'll take, & thus the search began.
Chapter 3: Unknown, Yet FamiliarChaCha was on his broom flying away as fast as he could for about an hour, & a half. At this point, it was all new territory. How far was he from home, he didn't know for sure, but he betted himself that they won't find him around here. After a few more minutes, he decides to settle down, & look around the new territory. There were trees everywhere being the woods after all, there was also a lake nearby, & the flowers were blooming like crazy. Not to mention it was getting hot as summer was just around the corner.
Then, after a couple of minutes, he made it to a city. It was seemingly almost 8:00 PM to him, & there wasn't much traffic going around.
"Well, at least it means not much of a chance of getting run over", ChaCha said as he leaped towards the sidewalk.
Eventually, he made it to a gray house where 2 men were at.
"It's nice to see someone as good looking as you teach that crazy woman a lesson. I ain't her man. I'm your man.", said the man in the green shirt.
"Hehe, yeah I had to talk to her about how she had to accept the truth. She was close enough to have gotten escorted off the area by the security guards when she did a temper tantrum like a 4 year old! That homophobic just couldn't have her way of life really. She can't control what goes on, only her reactions, & boy did she react in a way that made us uncomfortable.", said the man in the yellow shirt.
They both laughed for a bit until they heard knocking on the door. They opened the door to see a little red-hooded boy(that's ChaCha obviously).
"Do you know what city I'm in now? I'm new here.", Asked ChaCha.
"You're in Timbsville, New Jersey.", said the man in the yellow shirt.
"Yeah, this city was given that name after a bunch of high school students fought over who was getting the last french fry. The winner was Jimmy Timbs, & somehow that story managed to give this city that very nickname. Some people don't even know that it was originally called something else, hehe.", said the man in the green shirt.
They greeted him, & revealed their names.
The man in the green shirt, "I'm Henry, & this is my husband, Pat. Say, you look lonely. I guess you're looking for a home?".
"Yes I am.", replied ChaCha.
"Well, come on in little boy. Enjoy the place, feel your new home. Take in, & have your dreams fulfilled.", said Henry.
ChaCha looked around the house, feeling excited for this new life. Then, he noticed a picture that had familiar faces. That picture was on the living room wall above the sofa.
"No way. This can't be.", he said, just looking at that picture. It was near 4 other pictures. Those 4 didn't grab his attention, but somehow that 5th one did. Henry went near ChaCha, & wondered what he was looking at in the picture.
"Maybe you're looking at that guy? That's my brother Samuel right there. To the left of him is his girlfriend Bessie. Pat was behind me with his hands on my shoulders. He was shy back then, & I was one of the few friends he had. I thought that he was a nice guy, & now we're together. We got married about 5 years ago.", Henry explained to him.
"That must be… father? My father is your brother? Does that mean… are you…?", ChaCha was shocked just by hearing what Henry said. It couldn't be a coincidence, right?
After a few seconds of a shocked impression, he began to smile, & hug Henry.
"Uncle Henry, I'm so happy to meet you.", ChaCha happily whispered.
Henry was shook by this. His brother was his father. Samuel, & Bessie having a son was something that was never announced to him. Eventually, he began to smile too, & picked him up.
"I'm happy to see you too sport. I thought they'd end up having a son someday, but I went to New Jersey with Pat before you were born. How old are you now?", Henry said back.
"Why would you want to know that?", ChaCha asked.
"Just so I can know how many years it's been since I left Japan.", Henry replied.
"Oh, I'm 14 now.", He answered.
"Oh, so it's been about 18 years since I left Japan. Well, time really does fly, doesn't it?", Henry pondered.
"You're right on that.", Pat replied.
"So, you're Nathan right? 'Cause that was the name I was suggesting to them.", Henry said to ChaCha.
"Well, that ain't the name they give me, but if you guys call me by that, then that's fine with me, hehe.", ChaCha knew that his parents never called him Nathan ever, & always saw him as their daughter.
"Well, our house has a spare room that we never use. Perhaps you can be there. I already have some supplies for your room that were left from the original owner of this house, & they're already in the room left intact, so…", Pat said.
"Woah, really? Oh yeah!", ChaCha was eager to go in, knowing that he had a new life going on for him.
He didn't know what would be in store for him later on, he didn't know how much there was in that room, & he didn't expect anything else great to happen. There was one single thing he knew though, & that thing was that he wasn't really ChaCha anymore. Now, he is Nathan… just after a haircut to make it shorter, & putting the brooch somewhere that neither his uncle, nor Pat knew of.
The first half of summer ended up being great for him. He had a boatload of Genesis games to play, some of which were protos, & some were demoscene stuff, he got new friends along the way, he even went to a cinema to see Orb Warriors 3: The Omega Factor finally, as the Japan only got the first 2, & the first 8 episodes of the TV series. It was just a wonderful time to be alive for him.
Chapter 4: A Truly Missing FriendRiiya, & Shiine looked all over the places they've been to in order to find ChaCha, but so far it has been no success. Not even his parents knew where he was. He had somehow gone off on his own without telling anyone, & his vanishing act when for far longer than they had hoped for.
"We looked everywhere Shiine-Chan! Can we stop now!?", Riiya shouted.
"You know… maybe we should. I'm getting too sleepy to keep on doing this for any longer.", said Shiine.
"Ah, there you are Shiine-Chan. I've been looking for you for a while now.", said Orin.
"Well, Riiya, & I were looking for ChaCha. We sadly couldn't find her. There wasn't any slew of her belongings either.", Shiine looked a little uneasy knowing that looking for ChaCha would take a long time.
"Oh, that's unfortunate to hear. She was a friend of mine, & so are you. You tend to hang out with her a lot. How did you lose her though?", Orin asked curiously.
"She just disappeared out of the blue for some reason. I never got to meet her after school today. Apparently she was supposed to protect the house, but by the time Seravy came back, she was gone without a trace. He tried using his magic ball to pinpoint her location, but it seemed that ChaCha went too far for the ball to know where her location was. Seravy has been on the lookout for her as well.", Shiine explained to Orin.
"I hope Seravy is able to find her. She is a really nice person after all.", Orin said.
"Yeah, I hope so too.", Shiine replied.
"Anyways, let's go home. I'm getting really tired after searching all around the land for her.", Riiya said.
When Riiya, & Shiine went to see if Seravy had gotten ChaCha, he told them that he couldn't find her anywhere.
"Ah man, I thought you could be smart enough to know where she'd go! What a disappointment!", angered Shiine.
"I'm sorry, but there was no place I could find ChaCha at. (sniffs) I thought I would be able to, but it didn't occur. Never have I felt so betrayed for so long.", saddened Seravy.
"Oh you're going to make me cry too!", said Shiine.
"I think we shall accept the truth, Shiine. She might just be dead.", Seravy teared.
"Not to me. I think she might still be around somewhere. We shall continue our search tomorrow. She's an important part of our lives, she was the one that helped us defeat Daimarou, & most of all, she's our best friend. Without her, I'll start feeling alone. I have no other friends to play with, & my brothers are always mean to me! Oh what a terrible world it'll be for me… without ChaCha.", Riiya saddened.
"You still have me, right?", Shiine reminded him.
"I… I… (sigh), I guess you're right about that.", Riiya realized this, & hugged Shiine dearly.
"Good night Shiine-Chan!", Riiya hollered.
"Good night to you too!", Shiine hollered back.
Chapter 5: ChaCha's New SelfNow with shorter hair, actual boys' clothing, & under the name "Nathan", he surely was different from his earlier self. There were a couple of minor differences, the first 2 being some of them, & they really didn't affect much of his personality. He still had a blurred mind, & he's still afraid of rats, but other aspects have changed to better adapt into his surroundings.
Firstly, he has become more capable of doing things without the use of magic(we'll get to that later), especially getting good at making his own tunes. Secondly, he's been speaking in a more boy-ish manner than beforehand. He allowed himself to explore what being a teenage boy really is like during the summer break.
He wasn't being very hyper all the time like he once was. Now he has gotten himself to calm down a lot so he can be better appreciated amongst others as he knew that being very noisy around others would be annoying to them.
But the most important change that happened was that he decided that he won't be using his magic. He knew that he didn't want to end up causing people to become suspicious of him, & his origins, so his magic would definitely be a sign that he came from somewhere else in the world. The fact that he's now being called Nathan further helped him out with not being given the questioning eye from other people.
This proved to be a very useful tactic for him to live through, & considering he was never questioned about his origins, there wasn't really any point into revealing anything about himself, not even literally.
He also met a new friend along the way. It was a boy named Timothy, who came from Serbia, & moved to New Jersey 5 years before ChaCha did the same. Only difference was that Timothy moved in with his parents, but ChaCha just had his uncle, & Pat.
They first met when he got to the park a few hundred footsteps from home. Timothy was enjoying the swings, even if he was alone. ChaCha, err… Nathan got on the swing next to him, wanting to be his friend.
"Hi there!", ChaCha waved to him before he started swinging.
Timothy stopped swinging for a moment to look at who was there. He saw the yellow-haired boy waving at him.
"Oh hey there. Who are you?", asked Timothy.
"I'm Nathan. And you?", Asked ChaCha.
"I'm Timothy. I'm from Serbia, but I moved here 5 years ago. That place was getting too wild for me, & my parents to stay in, so we moved.", Answered Timothy.
"Oh, that's nice to hear. What are these things you're sitting on? I've never seen these in my life.", Asked ChaCha.
"Oh, these are swings. We swing on them like this. You step yourself back, then you let go forwards, & if you want to go higher, you put your legs high up.", Explained Timothy.
"Ohhhh, I see now. Ok, let me try this.", & tried he did.
He took a few steps back to set off the swing, then let go forwards. As soon as he did so, he let his legs go up in the air. Once he did that, he felt so relieved. He never saw this before, but this experience was incredible. He just managed to get the hang of it in just half a minute, & that truly made him want to thank Timothy for teaching him how to swing.
"You're welcome Nathan.", Timothy welcomed ChaCha after he thanked him.
A few minutes later, they got off, & soon Nathan felt that he could be good friends with him. Well, not really a couple since Riiya was his loyal boyfriend still, but that didn't mean that he could be friends with Timothy, so he did. He probably won't find him anyway, so he might as well end up single.
They had fun together as awesome friends. Video games were always fun for them, & they got around to building sand castles too. They rode on bumper cars, chased falling light bulbs, slid down the heated slides, played pretend, watched movies, etc. It was all so much fun for them to do all these incredible things.
Chapter 6: Riiya is… Moving? It was around July 18th, & school would start around August. They knew that it would be coming. This made them more sad to see that ChaCha wasn't coming back at all.
"She's going to miss all of what we'll be learning. We'll be learning crazier magic than we've used before. (sigh) Is ChaCha just going to end up being that one person who messes up about every magic spell she does?", Shiine panicked, before calming down.
Marin didn't have any obstacle to go through since ChaCha was gone though, so she could get Riiya a little easier, though she was still too stupid to realize that he could transform into a wolf, which was good for him.
"Why must Riiya-kun run away from me all the time!? I thought that he would be my wonderful & handsome boyfriend!", Marin was whimpering.
"Because I'm not your boyfriend for crying out loud! Isn't that enough explanation for you!?", Angered Riiya.
"Oh c'mon now, don't be like that cutie-pie, oh Riiya-kun you are the true fit for me!", Said Marin.
"Well sooner, or later you have to realize that I was never meant to be around you. ChaCha is my girl, & you ain't going to shove her to the ground like you did so many other times.", Riiya noted to her.
"Oh I'll be getting ChaCha instead. You just stay with Marin-Chan. ChaCha doesn't love you!", Said Shiine.
This ticked Riiya off, & they both started to argue towards each other, & then a fist fight. They kept fighting for a couple of minutes until Orin told them to stop. Riiya then went home, & once he went home, he was in for a surprise.
"Erm… Riiya, there is something that I have to tell you.", Riiya's grandpa said.
"Good news, or bad news?", Riiya asked.
"Neither really. It just depends on how you feel.", Riiya's grandpa responded.
"Oh, so what is it?", Riiya was really curious at this point.
"I got a letter from your father saying that you'll be moving with him tomorrow morning to live in New Jersey.", His grandpa spoke.
When those words were uttered out, Riiya was shocked by such news. His father was actually coming to pick him up, & he'll be moving with him. Then, he thought of it more deeply, & realized that this might mean that he won't see ChaCha again. This got him to feel pale. The fact that he would be his father was nice, & all, but… he won't be able to see ChaCha again. His own crush will still be in Japan while Riiya will be in New Jersey. He had no choice however, as he was essentially going to go with his father anyway.
That morning, he calmly said goodbye to everyone he knew of, knowing that he might never see ChaCha again after that, & when he approached Shiine, he had this to say.
"(sigh) Looks like you get ChaCha after all. Once I move to New Jersey, I won't be able to see her again. She's probably waiting somewhere in Japan, but not outside of it surely. I wish you the best of luck on finding her, & hopefully next school year you may end up with her there. I salute you.", Riiya said as he walked to his father.
Shiine was amazed. He never knew that Riiya would say something like that, but it really did happen. Riiya actually gave up on ChaCha, knowing that he would never see her again. This was kind of crazy to see, but hey, if it meant that he would get ChaCha instead of Riiya, then he was okay with it all. Well, as you can see, that ended up not being the case.
Chapter 7: Back To SchoolBefore going back to school, Riiya spent some actual quality time with his father. He wanted to know more about him, especially considering this was the 1st time he had ever met him. His father was a werewolf too, but he rarely ever used it. He only used this ability as a way to hide from humans expecting another hunter around. It was like a sneak attack tactic, except he didn't attack the human itself. Instead, he'd just grab the weapons, & throw them somewhere else.
Outside of that, he also lived as a food worker. He would prepare several Danish recipes for people to enjoy, & usually without fail. Riiya himself got to try some of it, & they were super delicious!
While he was still worried about ChaCha, it became less of a problem as he noticed how friendly the neighborhood was… as long as you avoided whatever the heck was happening in the underground area. NOBODY mentions anything that happens under there.
Meanwhile, ChaCha was still enjoying his summer with Timothy. However, they knew that school will be coming. What school they'll be going to though isn't really certain. Would they be going to a regular school, or will they be lucky, & go to a private school? Who knows?
Eventually, they found out that they were going to different schools. Timothy was going to a regular school just east, but ChaCha was going to a different kind of school. It was an all boys' school!
Now THIS was something he had never heard of before! He knew that all girls' schools existed as they were somewhat common in Japan, but all boys' schools? Now that was something out of the ordinary for him! He decided to accept it, thinking he'd fit rather well.
The 1st day of school just started after he rode the bus there, & he was at the cafeteria where they served breakfast. He was just eating it normally… until he looked closer to someone that looked odd to him. He looked closer, & closer, & then, he was shocked to see that. Silent, as not to give out any puzzling eyes from anyone, but a shocked expression nonetheless. It was Riiya, sitting at one of the tables to the left.
After finishing his meal, he quickly, but slow enough as to not be considered running, left the cafe so as to not get caught by him, thinking that he might end up trying to kill him.
"Phew, that was so close!", He thought to himself as he continued the day as normal.
The 1st semester he had , the algebra 1 teacher, , a computer science teacher, , the world geography teacher, & , a biology teacher. Yup, that was it. No gym to worry about getting sweaty unlike a few unlucky boys, no artistic means of drawing, none of that. It was quite the change of pace for him. Usually, it's just one teacher that teaches things. Now you had 4 of them, each with a different subject. He also noticed that they were shorter days than the ones in Japan. There, they'd leave at about 4:10 PM. Here however, they leave an hour short. This didn't make any of the subjects harder for him though. They still were a little easy for him at first. However, he does get to see how challenging it becomes, & how he overcomes his obstacles without resorting to going out of the rules.
He ended up doing loopholes to get some challenging things done, & even doing the loopholes required some thought. He became smarter than he ever was before. Before then, he didn't have much in mind for responsibility. He was just a kid that mostly did magic. Here however, he started to not use magic to solve problems, but his mind, which is something that Shiine couldn't do much of himself!
He also got to see new friends along the way. Rodney was the one he met with only in 's class. He was this kid who accidentally tripped ChaCha over.
"Oh, sorry about that. Are you okay?", Rodney said to him.
"I'm fine. Name's Nathan. And you?", ChaCha said.
"Oh, I'm Rodney.".
Rodney was the purple-haired boy who would usually start discussions about time itself, & how it gives us meaning. It was an interesting subject for the two to talk about, & they'd sometimes talk about something else like the mysterious things that exist in our world, pyramids, the crazy conspiracy theories, etc.
Then there was Benny, the green-haired tennis-loving kid. Apparently back in Sweden, he, & his father would watch tennis games, & sooner Benny started playing tennis with his friends. He first took ChaCha, err… Nathan with a grain of salt when they first met in 's class, but he soon came to appreciate him as a friend. They would sometimes play tennis together when it was recess time.
Uvine was another kid he met from 's class. He wasn't a sports fanatic, had dark red hair, & wore glasses, but had the hand in being a movie expert, or "movie master" as some other boys called him. He watched all of Back To the Future, all of Jurassic Park, a lot of horror flicks, several B-movies, & even some crazy rare stuff like Big Machines. He even knew a bunch of foreign movies, mainly Greek movies.
's class had James, that onyx colored hair boy who was this madlad who would do just the most insane stuff you could imagine, & even stuff that you won't imagine happening. For example, one time he stood on the school roof doing the microwave noise for 22 minutes until he was told to get down from there. Another crazy moment was when he brought 7 wagons to school, got them all stacked together, & pushed them down the stairs. Some were horrified at such an event, some were mad about this, some simply didn't care. ChaCha however saw this as a sign that James is the kind of kid that will do anything at sure will, & power. He eventually got expelled from that school after the semester, so it wasn't really worth it. Fortunately, ChaCha himself got out of that situation since the principle knew James a little too well.
Finally, there was the one he met in all of the classes, Kianzer, who was the rosy brown-haired friend. He was quiet to him at first, but his befriending led him to start talking to him. He'd only talk to ChaCha, & his friends, feeling that he was comfortable with those guys. He was really afraid of heights, & before befriending ChaCha, thought that he had no purpose in life.
The befriending of ChaCha got him to know that he did have a purpose in life. He didn't know what it was, but he knew he did have one.
Then there was the other boy. Riiya had 2 of the same classes, albeit at different times than ChaCha, but the other 2 weren't. His first class was , the last class ChaCha had, which was on a floor lower than 's, so ChaCha could easily avoid encountering him. was also easy to avoid since it was Riiya's last class.
The 2 different classes were even easier to avoid as ChaCha obviously didn't take them that semester. was his literature teacher, & his , his computer science teacher. He also had his own friends, though only 2. Billy was that alloy orange-colored hair dude who was a very shy boy. He usually didn't talk to anyone, but Riiya was by his side. He already had a boyfriend named Ian, so he didn't go pining on Riiya.
Samuel was his teal-haired friend who had rollerblades. He also had a yoyo that he had along with him during recess. He was brave enough to take on a few people, but didn't have the strength to really do so. Instead, he used brains to take on enemies, knowing that he was a smart kid.
Meanwhile back in Mochi Mochi Mountain in Japan, ChaCha's other friends were at the same school, & nothing really changed. It got harder, but that was all that changed. Same classes, same teachers, same people, it was just the same all around, all except ChaCha wasn't there.
That one friend missing however made it really difficult for Shiine to finish the work. Sure, he still was wildly smart, but he still kept worrying about ChaCha, & that really made him slow down. Some of his other friends tried to get him really happy, especially Orin, but he wouldn't remain happy with them for that long. The fact that Riiya was gone too didn't help. It felt so wrong considering they would usually be there with him always in daylight, but these weren't the days anymore. Now it was Shiine, & Shiine only.
"Why did it have to go like this? She couldn't be detected anywhere around here. I feel like it'll be years until I meet her again", He said to himself.
He was with Barabaraman this time around instead of Rascal, & that didn't help as he would try to hug him even though he was very spiky, being born with plant parts.
"Oh boy, why did I have to be a prickly teacher in such a time like this? It gives me more anxiety than before.", Shiine thought to himself.
Every time he came home after school, he was still in this depressed mood. No matter how many times he was told to "man-up", he couldn't get out of the depression he was in. It really was a bothering point for him. It just didn't feel right at all. He thought that ChaCha would always be there for him. Eventually, he grew to accept the fact that ChaCha just wasn't going to come back, or at least he thought so. There was a surprise waiting for him later on.
Chapter 8: Almost Got Noticed! It was the 2nd semester now, & he had new classes. Well, he still had Mr. Talias, but it was his 3rd class now instead of his 2nd. Now he had , his social studies teacher, , his ELA teacher, & , his new Biology teacher.
Riiya actually had most of the same classes, but he got for 1st class. Their friends ended up following the same paths as they were, well most of them anyway. Uvine was going to 's algebra class instead, & James, who got expelled from the school. ChaCha met Uvine at recess still, talking to each other some days, though not as often as before.
However, was his 2nd class, so it kind of meant that ChaCha had to hide away from Riiya. One day in particular almost got him noticed by him, & that was on March 19th. Riiya was just done with 's class, & was about to have for 2nd class. ChaCha was walking from 's to 's, & things were going smoothly first.
Then 2 other boys start talking to him, thinking that he might be someone they know of. This creeps him out, seeing it as if they knew him. They first thought that he was Kenny, but his hair was green, & not yellow. Then they thought he was Alex Kidd, but his hair was brown. Then, one of them thought he was his 2nd grade friend Billy, but then he realized that he never said no to anything. Riiya heard it a lot, & thought to take a look, but by that time, they were out of his sight.
"Phew!", ChaCha said, knowing that he didn't get caught by Riiya.
He knew that he was safe… for a while that is. Next time, he was never prepared for such a moment.
Chapter 9: Riiya Finds OutIt was the last day of school. All tests, & exams were done before. Every assignment was completed. ChaCha knew that he had passed 9th grade well. He also knew that he was going to split from his friends. After dismissal, he was outside, & he decided to talk to Uvine for a bit.
"You know Nathan, that truly was a great year, wasn't it?", asked Uvine.
"Yeah, it really was. I rocked those classes like fire!", responded ChaCha.
"I know dude. You were one of the best behaved students in the whole school.", noted Uvine.
"Yeah, really. Not that I had many friends.", noted ChaCha.
"Huh?", said Uvine.
"You thought that because I was smart that I had lots of friends, right? Thing is, most people are friends with people who are these misbehaving students who just like to do their own fun stuff. It's a part of school that most teachers don't realize.", explained ChaCha.
"Ohhhhh, I get it now. You really don't have that many friends after all. That really sucks to see.", said Uvine.
Meanwhile Riiya was going east towards the sidewalk when he heard their voices. He peaked in, & saw 2 people. He walked a little closer to see better, & when he did, he saw a familiar face.
"No way, it can't be. I must be dreaming!", he thought to himself.
"That's…", Riiya then had a flashback of when he used to hang out with ChaCha. Memories started to float around him, & eventually he walked towards them slowly.
"The friends I made here are going to be separated from me now, which means I'll only be with one friend. Timothy is that friend.", ChaCha said.
"Is he your crush?", asked Uvine.
"No he isn't. I already had a crush years before I met him.", said ChaCha.
"Really? Who is your crush?", asked Uvine.
"That would be me.", a mysterious voice was heard by both ChaCha, & Uvine. ChaCha faced towards his left, & found someone he never expected.
"That's your crush? This guy? I don't know his name.", said Uvine.
ChaCha didn't say a word. Instead, he had an expression of shock. It couldn't be, it just couldn't. He rubbed his eyes, & opened them. It truly was what he saw. Riiya. He had a smile on his face, the smile he had seen a couple of times before he ran away. It was crazy that he snuck up on him like that. He would never expect him to appear at that time, but he did! He started to blush after seeing Riiya's smile knowing of how embarrassing it was, but feeling like kissing him.
"I thought I'd never see you again. I'm so happy to see that you're alive, & well Nathan, or should I call you… ChaCha.", Riiya hugged ChaCha dearly.
This shocked ChaCha even more for a bit, but he grew a smile too, putting his hands behind Riiya's.
"How did you know who I was that well?", wondered ChaCha.
"I know it when I see such a beautiful face like yours. Your sparkly blonde hair, your rose red eyes, those 2 details were enough to let me know that it was you.", Riiya knew those 2 details so well.
"I'd say, you're more beautiful than any girl I've known of. Heh, remember when you were a crossdresser?", Riiya reminded ChaCha about those times.
"Oh yeah! Those were the fun times dude. It was you, me, & Shiine-Chan, best friends like we always should be.", ChaCha said, remembering those times so well.
"Your name is actually ChaCha?", Uvine wondered.
"Yeah, that's what my parents called me when I was born.", ChaCha told them.
"Woah, really? Never thought of that before.", Uvine said.
"Well ChaCha, even if you aren't in Urizuri Mountain anymore, you're still my magical prince.", Riiya told him.
"I thought that you would reject me because I'm a boy.", said ChaCha.
"No, I'm not that kind of person. I loved you because you were the only person I ever had as a friend. Way before we met Shiine-Chan, we would just hang out together, playing outside, eating delicious food, you get the whole picture. And thanks to that, it meant that I will never forget about you, & now, I think that we're a truly good pair. Thank you ChaCha, for all the wonderful times we had together, & for all the memories that give me the happy feels. I won't be this happy without you.", Riiya was so passionate about him.
They stepped closer to each other, holding hands.
"ChaCha… I love you.", Riiya said.
"I love you too, Riiya.", ChaCha said, & kissed Riiya.
He backed his lips after a few seconds, but Riiya started to lock his lips with ChaCha's. Their lips were locked for a minute, then separated they were. They went home, & they both realized that they lived close together. The house Riiya lived in was just right of where ChaCha lived. They started hanging out together just like they used to. Timothy was also around to play with them, but he was spending time on his dog instead, so they didn't bother him.
The night after the last school day, they were in ChaCha's room. ChaCha decided to put on his good old red hood as a sign of comeback. They leaned in to each other, & kissed deeply. It was a sensational moment for them both, seeing that they were truly in love now. They kissed multiple times for about 22 minutes
"That was the most beautiful 22 minutes of life. Thank you Riiya for those moments. I never thought something like that would ever happen, but you made the dream come true. You truly are an incredible person.", ChaCha said.
"You're very welcome, you handsome little prince.", complemented Riiya.
ChaCha blushed as he was called handsome by his boyfriend Riiya. Riiya went back home as the moon was setting, & ChaCha went to sleep automatically. Riiya was thinking of doing something special. He thought for several minutes about what he could do that would be special. Then, he just got a great idea!
Chapter 10: A Visit To a Special Place!"Hey ChaCha, wake up! We're going to a special place!", Riiya shouted towards him.
"(yawn), a special place? What could that special place be?", asked the confused ChaCha.
"Oh, you'll see!", Riiya told him.
They weren't really staying there. They were just visiting the place, so there was no need to pack things up. ChaCha fell asleep throughout the whole trip being bored by 12 minutes in while Riiya was watching the world shores go by. They were riding on a speedboat as it zoomed along the coast to this special place driven by Henry with his boyfriend Pat, & Riiya's father riding along watching the kids.
Eventually after 5, & a half hours, they made it there. Riiya was holding ChaCha firmly behind his back.
"Hey ChaCha, we made it to the special place.", Riiya said.
"Huh? Really? Jeez, it's been some time, hasn't it?", said ChaCha, just waking up from a long nap.
"Huh? No way… this can't be. Riiya, this is…", ChaCha said.
"It's Urizuri Mountain ChaCha! Don't you remember? You lived here before.", said Riiya.
"I do, but… why? I don't want my other friends to know that I'm a boy!", ChaCha reminded him.
"It'll be fine ChaCha, & if they aren't fine with you, then we'll leave sooner than planned. Is that okay with you?", Riiya told him as they were going towards Dorothy's castle where Shiine was likely in.
They knocked on the door, & Dorothy opened up to see them.
"Oh, I'm sorry, but Shiine is doing chores. He'll meet up with you two later.", Dorothy said.
"Oh, ok then. Say, how about we meet Seravy? I'm pretty sure he'll be so glad to see you again!", eagerly said Riiya.
"Oh, Seravy. Yeah, I don't think he would respect me for that I'm a boy. Seravy said that I was supposed to be the magical princess, so seeing that I'm a boy would make him really furious.", ChaCha thought.
"Well, if that's the case, then I'm not letting him hurt such a handsome prince like you.", Riiya said.
"If that's so, then it's okay. Just be prepared to defend me.", ChaCha reminded him.
They went to Seravy's house, knocking on the door.
"Come in!", Seravy says, & come in they did.
"Hello there Seravy. Remember me? It's been a long time since I left.", ChaCha said to Seravy.
"Oh rea-... what the HECK!?", Seravy jumped out of fear towards what he had just witnessed.
"I know, I know, I'm not actually a girl, but that's okay right, I'm just here to visit for a while before I head back, alright?", ChaCha told Seravy.
Seravy just layed there unconscious which led the duo to just leave.
"How about we go find somebody else? Hopefully there are other friends to find around here.", ChaCha wondered.
"Oh Riiya-kun!", Marin leaped onto Riiya as soon as she saw him.
"Get off of me! I am NOT your boyfriend!", Riiya yelled.
"Please don't Marin-Chan! I don't want you near my boyfriend!", yelled ChaCha.
"Oh come on, you know you're no-", Marin-Chan stood still with a shocked expression seeing that ChaCha was there.
"I can't believe it. ChaCha… you look… different from what I remember. Your hair is shorter than it used to be.", Marin-Chan noticed.
Riiya found this as the perfect time to turn into a wolf, & once seen, got kicked by Marin-Chan really hard.
"Oh man, gotta go find him before he becomes sliced bread on a Saturday morning!", said ChaCha as he starts to fly on his broom.
Riiya was unconscious when he landed onto the ground before getting his conscious back. That was when he was in the forest where nobody was… or were there? It seemed like there was something passing by the trees. Riiya decided to follow those tiny little steps that he managed to get a look at, & he pondered a bit.
Just who, or what could be lurking in the trees? Was it a squirrel hiding away with an acorn? Well, whatever it was, he just had to find out what it was. It then went to the left side of the trees, & Riiya did the same. He swiftly moved around, trying to get a dang good glimpse of this thing. It moved with Riiya trying to copy its every move, & even in faster time. Then, ChaCha swooped in.
"Found you Riiya!", ChaCha said.
"...what?", the thing said.
"Nice to see that you've escaped from the clutches of Marin. She ain't no good to the both of us at all!", Riiya gladly said as he hugged ChaCha.
The thing came out of the tree to see such a crazy event. This led the duo to look back.
"Orin-Chan? Haven't seen you in a year. Quite an unexpected appearance, I know.", ChaCha talked to her.
"What happened to your voice? For a girl, you sound a lot like a boy.", Orin wondered.
"That's because… (sigh) I AM a boy. I was a boy who was mistaken for a girl. I myself couldn't believe it!", ChaCha replied.
"Wha- really!? That's insane! I never thought something like THAT would ever happen!", Orin said with a shocked expression all over her face.
"Yeah, that really was insane. That's why I left since I didn't really want you guys to get concerned about who I really was.", ChaCha explained a bit.
"But, what about the magical princess? You're supposed to be the new princess later on you know! Now that I've found out that you're a boy, I'm just… UGHHHH!", Orin angered.
"C'mon Orin-Chan, it was just my parents not knowing better. They just mistaken me for a girl right when I was born!", ChaCha tried to calm Orin down, only for her to spit in his face.
"Well I'll definitely be telling Yakko-Chan about this, you Seravy-loving pedo!", Orin yelled.
"Riiya, we better get moving before things get really insane.", said ChaCha.
ChaCha spawned his broomstick, & Riiya rode on him as they went back to where they were beforehand.
"I hope they don't appear right at our faces. They're the bane of my existence", ChaCha had hoped obviously.
"You are a boy… who likes Seravy… YOU ARE GOING TO BE DEAD SOON YOU TRICKSTER!", said Yakko in the distance.
"Spoke too soon.", ChaCha said.
"I didn't think it could get any worse, but it did alright! Not only are you a dimwitted, idiotic, abysmally painful to watch, & unfunny, but you're a BOY who has a crush on my darling Seravy! Just, UGH!", Yakko ranted.
"You should seriously be ashamed of yourself for being this savage being who tried to disguise yourself as a girl so you can be better appreciated as the princess! You are a disgusting person that shouldn't be respected like you used to be, you incompetent JERK!", Orin ranted as well.
"But I wasn't a boy by choice. It just happened! My parents only assumed that I was a girl! They just threw me to Seravy, &... (sigh) I just hope Seravy is on my side.", ChaCha tried to redeem himself to them.
"Cease", Seravy said as he had a gun in his hand ready to kill ChaCha.
"No… you can't be serious. You have to be-", ChaCha thought that he was messing around.
"This is serious ChaCha. You are a crime against your royal family, & you must be killed in order to not cause any more damage within your family.", Seravy told her.
Shiine was done with his chores, so he went outside. That was when he discovered this horrifying sight.
"Oh no! ChaCha-san is being threatened by Seravy! I need to stop him!", Shiine thought to himself.
"Guys, guys, this is a HUGE misunderstanding! My parents thought that I was a girl, but I wasn't! I didn't trick them, I myself didn't know I was a boy until last year! That's why I left you guys, I didn't want you guys to start getting suspicious of me.", ChaCha explained to them.
"It's too late, time to die.", Seravy was about to knock him dead with a bullet, & then…
"What the?", Seravy said as the gun suddenly fell off his hand by force.
Shiine just shot out a beam with his own hand to blast away the gun before he had the chance to take away ChaCha's life.
"What's wrong with you Seravy? Treating such an innocent, & handsome young boy like ChaCha with such actions? You're not going to do that under my watch!", Shiine spoke out.
"Oh so you're trying to defe-", Seravy said.
"I know what you're doing is wrong. You really think that you can just do that, but he's an innocent being who was mistaken for a girl. He is my magical prince, & I'll never forget him!", Shiine responded, knowing that ChaCha was doing well.
"How could you?", said Orin.
"(gasp) No… not you too Orin-san. I… I… I don't believe it. That's it, I'm done with you! You aren't getting any of my love anymore!", pestered Shiine.
Seravy tackled Shiine swiftly, but Shiine stood up ready to shoot out a magic beam to defend ChaCha. They waved magic beams towards each other for a while before Seravy's became bigger, & Shiine got blasted away. Seravy decided to use that magic beam to kill ChaCha, but Shiine wasn't done yet.
He returned to go kablam onto him with a giant boulder almost crushing him. Seravy crushed the boulder to pieces just in time though. Shiine threw as many bricks as he could to hit Seravy, but he was a good dodger. Seravy prepared a tornado, & flashed it out. Shiine avoided it, & shot out a string to tie Seravy, & he turned it into a snake… only for the snake to bite him instead of Shiine. Bad timing Seravy, bad timing.
Just as it happened, ChaCha knew that he was safe now.
"You did it Shiine. You had bested Seravy. That was incredible!", Riiya congratulated him for his efforts to topple him over.
"Hey Shiine, thank you for saving my life.", ChaCha thanked him.
"Oh, you're welcome. It's nice to help someone who's in deep danger, especially someone like you. Remember, I hold the ring of hope.", Shiine told him.
"I know, I know, hehe.", ChaCha said.
"It's about time that we get together pretty boy, right?", Shiine glanced towards his face.
"Sorry, but I'm Riiya's boyfriend.", ChaCha told him.
"He's right. He's my boyfriend.", Riiya stated the obvious.
"Really? Well, that was sad for me. I guess I'm not going to be relevant to you guys anymore. I'll just leave right now. So long guys. I guess being prince of the land will be harder for me to appreciate than I thought.", Shiine said.
"C'mon Shiine-Chan, we're still friends, right?", ChaCha told him.
"Yeah, don't be all gloomy. We'll shed some light on you. We're certainly still friends with you.", Riiya said as well.
Shiine suddenly paused, & looked back. He slowly walked towards them, but ChaCha, & Riiya ran towards him. Then, they jump on him, & a hug ensues.
"Once again, thank you for saving us Shiine-Chan. We truly are best friends forever. We are a trio that no matter how separated from each other, we're still together within our hearts.", ChaCha told him.
"Let's have some fun together, shall we?", Shiine said.
"Yeah!", ChaCha, & Riiya hollered.
They had a great time together having fun. They played games together, ate together, & finally, they decided to take a picture.
Shiine set up a camera to take a picture after 8 seconds.
"Cheese!", the trio shouted before the camera popped.
A picture was formed, & by that point…
"Nathan! Riiya! It's time to go home!", their guardians were shouting for them.
"Sorry Shiine-Chan, but I gotta go. I just came here for a visit if you're wondering, & yeah, I became Nathan, complete with my shortened hair. Keep the picture with you. It's a gift for you.", said ChaCha.
"Well then, how about this? I just made a 2nd copy. It's for you to keep. Maybe someday, I might come over to your neighborhood to live in.", Shiine told him as he gave him the 2nd copy.
"Oh, thank you so much. Bye Shiine-Chan, have a nice rest of your day, & I hope to see you in Timbsville, New Jersey!", ChaCha thanked him as he went away.
Shiine waved back, & watched them leave. He felt so happy to see them again, & since he told him of where he lived now, he knew where to go in the future. He went back inside the castle, right into his room, & on the table near his bed he put the picture on a frame.
"Wow, I never saw you this happy in years Shiine-Chan!", said Dorothy.
"ChaCha, & Riiya came for a visit today. Oh you missed out on seeing us. Seravy was about to kill ChaCha, but he ended up getting bitten by a snake before he could do so. After that, we had fun together just like we did before. Ahhhh, what a good time to be alive.", Shiine told Dorothy.
"Oh I saw them this morning. They were just at the door.", She told him.
"Well, at least I got to meet him. That's all that matters here, & perhaps sooner, or later I might get to meet them again. I will grow up myself, & move to where they are. ChaCha is such a pretty boy, I'll never forget about him.", Shiine said before going to sleep.
"...boy? Dang, I surely did miss out on something alright.", said Dorothy.
Chapter 11: The Date, & A New Boy In TownIt's been 3 years since they visited Urizuri Mountain for a while. ChaCha was planning a date with Riiya, & oh boy was he planning it, & for months just to let you know! He wanted this to be an incredible date that will finally have their love for each other secured for the rest of their lives.
"Add this little part right there, this table should be right at the middle, & maybe a candle in the middle of the table. There we go!"
Now he had to wait for Riiya to come there. Being tired after all that building, he went to sleep. It took him until 8:00 AM for Riiya to get out of the house. He went close to Riiya, but not too close for personal spacing reasons, & told him that if they both could spend the night together. Accepting this request, Riiya smiled at him.
Meanwhile there was a boy who had moved into the neighborhood a day ago. ChaCha didn't think much of it, especially since the house the boy lived in was behind Timothy's house. Later on, about a few minutes before Riiya was supposed to come, The new kid came out, & noticed this strange inclusion. He came close to it, & came in.
"What the? Shiine-Chan?", ChaCha was surprised to see that he was there.
"ChaCha… I knew you actually loved me. This is beautiful, so incredible, so majestic!", Shiine said.
"Actually, this is for a date with Riiya.", ChaCha told Shiine.
"Oh yeah, I forgot. Well, see you later.", Shiine waved.
"See ya!", ChaCha waved back.
Just a minute later, Riiya came in. Thankfully, ChaCha had also prepared on what he was about to say… or so he thought.
"Hey there Riiya. Ain't this place so cozy? It's like a fuzzy couch.", ChaCha said.
"Yeah, it sure is cozy. Not really fuzzy though.", said Riiya.
"Oh, alright, eh, how about we have some divine water, shall we? I have 2 straws ready for us to drink together.", ChaCha said, putting the drink in the middle so the two could reach it just by moving their heads.
They both sipped on the water just like any couple would do, slowly, but surely. Meanwhile, Shiine was waiting outside, hopefully for ChaCha to go "psyche!" on Riiya, go outside, & lock lips with the brownie-haired boy. He waited, & waited, & waited.
"Oh boy, when is this going to happen? I can't wait for ChaCha to pull a bait-and-switch", Shiine thought to himself.
Meanwhile ChaCha was doing some awkward talking, trying to appease Riiya as much as he could. He just wasn't prepared for a date in terms of speaking. He tried to make himself sound fancy, but it seemingly comes off as quirky.
"So yeah, let's just say that we'll be in a more flashy situation than before. Something of a miracle, don't you think?", ChaCha said.
"Quit it dude, you've made me laugh so much. I've been in a state of humor for who knows how long now!", Riiya chuckled.
"How about this pleasant little lemon right here. Doesn't it look nice? Does it give you appeal, or is it in the bag yo?", ChaCha once again tried to sound fancy, but I mean… does that really sound fancy?
Of course, Riiya just couldn't help, but laugh at how cheesy it sounded. About as cheesy as your 80s sitcom really. Well, ChaCha realized this, & he wasn't happy with it. He was now saddened by this, seeing that he was trying too hard to be fancy. Slowly walking outside, he went to the field, & stared into the stars with hopelessness in his eyes that he may never fulfill his love for Riiya. Shiine noticed this, & followed his path.
"So ChaCha, how did your date go?", he asked ChaCha.
"Oh boy, it wasn't good. I tried to talk fancy, but Riiya just laughed at me failing to do so. I think I made a fool out of myself right there.", ChaCha teared.
"No, no, I think Riiya was just being a mean person. He liked to make fun of Seravy sometimes, so perhaps he's been making fun of you.", Shiine tried to cheer him up.
ChaCha punched Shiine in the head, knowing that Riiya didn't really mean to. Meanwhile Riiya just found out that ChaCha left. Knowing this, he tried to find him, thinking of how mean he was to him. He found them right where Shiine was too, just lying on the ground. Riiya went closer, hugged ChaCha, & apologized to him for how mean he was.
Then Shiine put out a punch to Riiya's head when it was bending down.
"No, ChaCha is my boyfriend! I won't let you touch him no matter what it takes!", Shiine threatened Riiya.
"Guys, don't fight! We can settle this through.", ChaCha said.
"Oh, so you're trying to challenge me, right Shiine? Well, bring it on!", Riiya hollered before kicking Shiine fearlessly.
They kept fighting for a couple minutes. ChaCha just wasn't feeling good about any of this. He thought of everything to make the night good, but it ended up a disaster. He went back to his room, & went to sleep with a few tears in his eyes. 4 minutes later, Riiya just realized that ChaCha had disappeared.
"Was it something I… said?", Riiya said.
Shiine put his hands behind Riiya's shoulders, being saddened by such a sight. They went into ChaCha's room, with Riiya placing a hand on his head.
"Forgive me for what I had done wrong. I couldn't take Shiine-Chan anymore at that rate.", Riiya said to him.
ChaCha woke up at the sight of the both of them. They both hugged ChaCha deeply, slowly, & dearly. ChaCha looked close into their eyes as they all began to smile.
"It's so great to see you guys get along. I guess all that mattered in the end was the friends I had made.", ChaCha said.
"You didn't need to plan such a date. I already loved you just the way you were, & besides, we're all friends, & nothing can separate us anymore now that we live around the same area.", Riiya told him.
"Riiya, Shiine-Chan… THANK YOU!", ChaCha said as he jumped onto them with a really cuddly hug.
They all had some fun together for a few minutes before falling to sleep on ChaCha's bed, all together like the friends they were. Riiya, & Shiine were sleeping on the left, & right specifically while ChaCha was in the middle. Morning came along as they ate together just like they used to, only in a different place. After breakfast, they went outside onto the fields, watching the clouds go by.
"So, how did you get here Shiine?", ChaCha wondered.
"Dorothy, & Seravy had an argument that ended up with her moving here, & I followed along. Seravy Is probably really lonely there, but why should I care when he was about to kill you?", Shiine said.
"When will he ever learn?", ChaCha asked.
"Never. He's super conservative!", Riiya joked.
They all laughed as the clouds still slowly went by.
"Well, this is going to be an interesting summer. The three of us in a distant land. I'll go show you around.", ChaCha said.
