The doctors tell Kim that she can see Jamal now. He's been placed in a coma, the next few hours are going to be critical. Kimberly silently vows that she will make Behrooz pay for this.
.
Marcus calls Adaeze, with CTU monitoring the call and trying to trace her location.
.
Marcus: I have your documents, they'll show that you have been in Sangala for the past three months.
Adaeze; Thank you. I don't have all the money right now, but my friend Kristen is willing to use her motel as collateral. I will pay you the rest from Sangala.
Marcus: That's acceptable. I'll text you the address to meet me.
.
As Adaeze prepared to leave Kristen came with her.
.
Kristen: This man can be dangerous. Which is why I should back you up.
Adaeze: He'll get spooked if someone else shows up.
Kristen: You've told him I'm willing to mortgage my motel, you need me to show it's true.
Adaeze: Are you sure?
Kristen: Ofcourse. You saved my daughter's life, and I know you're innocent.
.
Willow arrives at CTU, demanding to see Gary Miller. Mason is still showing Gary pictures, one of whom is Adaeze.
.
Mason: Have you ever seen her before?
Gary: Maybe. I might have seen her at the game.
Mason: Was she sweating, twitching?
Gary: I don't remember anyone twitching. As for the sweating, it's August, so maybe. I don't know if she was at the game.
.
Mason is informed of Willow's arrival and goes to see her.
.
Willow: I'd like to see my client, Gary Miller.
Mason: Gary is not under arrest, we just have some questions for him.
Willow: Then let me see him, make sure of that.
Mason: He hasn't has asked for a lawyer.
Willow: He'll want to see me, we used to date.
Mason: Are you the same ex-girlfriend who called him a possessive gun nut?
Willow: He convinced me to quit smoking, which was painful. I took it out on him on social media.
Mason: And the gun nut part?
Willow: Gary's not in the NRA or some alt-right militia. He taught me to use a gun, felt I should learn how to defend myself. After we broke up I told him he could keep my gun, as far as I know it's still in his apartment. Anyway, given that some have jumped to the conclusion that Gary was involved in the bombing, I want to make sure he's okay.
Mason: He's not a suspect, we just have some questions.
Willow: Unfortunately not everyone is as cautious as you.
.
Willow then showed Mason some of the things being said about Gary on the internet. Mason himself had been too busy to scan social media lately, but it seemed likely that someone here had leaked that he was here. Mason brought Willow to see Gary, and silently vowed to find out who had endangered their investigation by prematurely leaking this to the press. Gary is suprised and glad to see Willow again, until she shows exactly what brought her here. Gary is legitimately shocked, why would anyone think he had something to do with the bombing?
