President Donovan just finished a call with his best arabic translator from the state department. She confirms that Hekmetyar is asking for blood donations. Thus it seems that Hekmetyar is their partner for peace. A reluctant partner, but the best partner they had at the moment.

Gary continues looking outside for intruders. He hears a knock on the door, but Willow's father confirms that it really is the pizza delivery boy. He pays for it and calls his wife, Kim, and Behrooz down for dinner. He also tells them to save a few slices for Willow and her new client. As they begin eating dinner the delivery boy makes a call to a friend, one who prefers to call himself a "Knight of Labor."

Knight: Were they there?
Delivery boy: Kim Bauer, Behrooz Araz, and Gary Miller were. But that bleeding heart lawyer and Adaeze were not.
Knight: Yeah, we heard they're at the hospital. They have to come back here sooner or later. When they do, we'll be ready. If the courts won't administer justice, we will.

Adaeze sits by Kristen's side, hoping that her comatose friend can hear her voice somehow. Then she recieved a call from her former ally, Sabzi.

Sabzi: We need your help.
Adaeze: I'm done with that.
Sabzi: No you're not.
Adaeze: I'm at the hospital with a sick friend.
Sabzi: So I heard. You can help right where you are. If you don't, we will come after you, and your friend. Do I make myself clear?
Adaeze: What do you need?

Haffley: Yes. I tried to invoke the 25th amendment, and failed. I gave Donovan my word I would resign. So congragulations senator Allen, you're now a heartbeat away from the presidency.
