Hekmetyar finishes his press conference and president Donovan shakes his hand in front of the cameras. He wants the world to know that both parties are still committed to peace. Among those watching are Sabzi from his safehouse. He still isn't sure if he can trust Mandy and her allies, but if it means he has the chance to kill the american president and the traitor/apostate Hekmetyar, Sabzi is willing to take his chances.

Adaeze goes to the ladies room to silently contemplate her situation. She regretted ever letting Dubaku talk her into this, but he was convincing. He convinced her that America needed to be stopped, that it was for the good of her people. And she let herself be fooled, perhaps it was more about revenge than anything political. And now, if she didn't comply with Sabzi's demands, he would target the people she cared about. He wanted her to help his friends steal x-ray equipment from this hospital. He said it was for a medical safehouse for their side, but Adaeze feared he would use the radiation for some evil purpose. Adaeze wondered if she could really go through with this, even to save Kristen.

Curtis Manning and Mike Doyle are preparing to arrest Diana White, when Milo tells them what he's uncovered.

Milo: It seems Diana White made a call to a burner phone. It was hard to trace, but it belongs to a woman named Miranda Stapelton. That's a known alias for a mercenary, also known as Mandy.
Curtis: Could you find out what they were talking about?
Milo: No, it's possible that she is just planning to escape. Or it means that whatever the terrorists are planning, it's not over yet.
Doyle: That doesn't make sense. They've already killed hundreds of americans, they know that we'd be more guarded now, not less.
Milo: You're probably right, Diana is probably just planning to flee the country. I'll continue looking into her records and finances.

Adaeze sneaks through the hospital staff locker room. So many people have been called into work after the bombings that she goes unnoticed. Many of these workers can't afford locks for their lockers, she finds one with an orderly's uniform. Sabzi had told her to find one and await further instructions. But before she can put the uniform on, Nina Myers confronts her. Adaeze isn't bad at tradecraft, but Nina is much better.

Nina: You want to tell me what you're doing here?
Adaeze: I'm sorry, they threatened my family.
Nina: Who, Sabzi?
Adaeze: Yes.
Nina: They will kill you and Kristen to wrap up loose ends. Tell me everything, we can protect you.
Adaeze: They want to steal x-ray equipment, I don't know why.
Nina: Unfortunately I think I do.

Nina called George Mason with this development.

Mason: Do you have something?
Nina: Yeah. Adaeze broke, she says Sabzi coerced her help to steal x-ray equipment.
Mason: Which has radioactive material. How much damage could they do with that?
Nina: Probably less than they'd like, but a lot of innocent people would still die.
Mason: Can Adaeze help stop them?
Nina: I think so.
Mason: Then promise her immunity or anything else she wants, just get her to help.
Nina: No problem.
