Nina is working with Adaeze, finding out all she knows. Adaeze has been promised immunity, Willow is confirming that the immunity is official, but for now the most they can do is wait for Sabzi to call, and they can lure him into a trap.
.
Curtis and Doyle prepare for their assault on Diana White's penthouse. She seems to be taking a play from Hodges' book, instead of adding security she is dismissing them. Likely she wants to keep up a good poker face. Diana has however called her lawyer over. In any event Diana has one registered gun, it's unlikely CTU will be in for much of a fight.
.
Ricky finds his friend Dan, who prefers to call himself a knight of labor. The Knights of Labor were a labor union in the 1870s and 1880s, they had some good ideas but they were best known for supporting the Chinese Exclusion Act, particularly the "driving out period." They participated in the at least two massacres and countless solo acts of vigilantism. This modern group embraced the same principles but turned their anger against arab-americans and liberals who supported them. Dan was getting others together, ready to murder Willow and her four clients who they suspected of being terrorists. As soon as Willow brought Adaeze home, the Knights of Labor would murder them all.

Curtis makes his way to Diana White's apartment. His team is ready in case their's trouble, but Curtis hopes to make this arrest without trouble. Even if Gaines was telling the truth about Hodges' involvement, they have no proof Diana White was involved. He arrives, and she's talking to her lawyer, Brian.
.
Curtis: I'm Curtis Manning, CTU, I have some questions.
Brian: I'm ms White's attorney. I am aware of what happenned to Jonas Hodges while in CTU custody. Therefore you do not question my client unless I am present.
Curtis: Let's start now. Are you involved with Jonas Hodges?
Diana: He was a client.
Curtis: I mean something else.
Diana: Not romantically, but what he and my employees did was on the clock wasn't my business.
Curtis: We suspect Hodges was involved in the stadium bombings.
Diana: I find that hard to believe. Hodges is a patriot, maybe a hardliner, but he would never betray his country.
Curtis: Ravenwood has billions worth of contracts in Afghanistan, peace would threaten that.
Diana: I didn't get involved in his business, he didn't get involved in mine.
.
President Donovan and Hekmetyar continue to discuss he details of their potential peace deal. They don't realize that an assasination plot is being made against them. One that would make Mackensie Allen president, and eliminate any chance of peace in Afghanistan.
