Rick: Dan brought me here, I didn't know why. When he told me, I tried to talk him out of it. When he went in, I tried to take the gun away from him. I didn't mean to kill him.
Officer: You and he were in the Knights of Labor?
Rick: Yeah. Am I in trouble?
Officer: Jamey Farrell is testifying that you saved her life. But if you and the Knights of Labor are planning something else, now would be the time to tell.
Rick: Dan said they were planning to hit a house, with Gary Miller, Kim Bauer, and some arab kid.

A security guard, the same one who kidnapped Tony and Audrey, comes to see Jack Bauer. He shows him a picture, Audrey and Tony in their cell.

Jack: If you hurt them I will kill you.
Guard: I'm expendable to my side, and they'll kill both of them.
Jack: What do you want?
Guard: You, and Chloe Obrien. Bring them to us.
Jack: Maybe you haven't noticed, but I'm in custody.
Guard: You're resourceful, you'll find a way. You have until 9pm.
