CTU has been informed about the attack on Willow's house. Curtis Manning and George Mason disagree about whether to inform Jack Bauer.
.
Mason: The Knights of Labor are not involved with the big terrorists, they're just pathetic racists taking their anger out on innocent people.
Curtis: Sounds like a terrorist group to me.
Mason: But not involved in the stadium bombings. And all those involved in that attack are dead or in police custody. We have to focus on our best lead to stop Sabzi.
Curtis: Whatever Jack Bauer's sins, he deserves to know that his daughter has been shot. We can at least let him be there with his daughter when, I mean if...
Mason: I know. But right now we need him focused. After, I'll pesonally give him a furlough to go be with Kim.

During the car ride to the warehouse Jack and Nina talk.
.
Jack: When I called you, you didn't think I was going to ask you to commit treason. You thought you knew what it was about, didn't you?
Nina: Yeah, I thought I knew what you wanted to talk about it.
Jack: All those years ago, when Teri and I were seperated, you and I had a brief relationship. Then you got pregnant.
Nina: And I told you that you weren't my only sexual partner. Because this was my first pregnancy, my only one as it turned out, they were able to tell from a simple blood test. I told you that you weren't her father.
Jack: And I just took your word for it. Was it true, or was I her father?
Nina: Yes, you were the father. I knew why Teri asked you to leave, you were dealing with PTSD, acting more and more angry.
Jack: I never hit her or Kim, but I did punch a hole in the wall.
Nina: Being a single mother was hard enough, I couldn't deal with your issues as well. Besides people were giving me dirty looks for having a baby outside of marriage, I didn't want to advertise that the father was a married man. I'm sorry, you deserved to know.
Jack: I'm sorry too. I should have done something more, maybe I should have stood by you, believed you when you said you were forced to help Sabzi.
Nina: I forgive you. Can you forgive me?
Jack: You did what you thought was best for your child, there's nothing to forgive. I'm glad you forgave me before I died.
Nina: We both know these guys are planning to kill us all, but we might survive.
Jack: Even if we survive this, I'll be geting the death penalty. Tony will never forgive me for what I did to Michelle, even saving his life can't make up for that. But it's the best I can do.
