Agent Hunter gives Mandy the details, how her team can infiltrate Camp David and abduct Hekmetyar. But he refuses to help assasinate president Donovan. Mandy then relays the information to senator Allen.

Mandy: We have a problem. Agent Hunter will help Sabzi's team abduct Hekmetyar, but he won't help us assasinate Donovan.
Allen: That doesn't help me become president.
Mandy: We'll figure out another way to assasinate Donovan.
Allen: How?
Mandy: Hodges said he had another operative within Secet Service. Someone who's more wiling to work with us.
Allen: He never mentioned that to me.
Mandy: He needed someone in place in case you, as president, ever turned against him.
Allen: Clever. This operative could assasinate Donovan?
Mandy: Yes, and make sure all of the blame falls on Hunter.
Allen: So our people already had access to Camp David, and Hunter was just a way to protect him or her.
Mandy: Yes.

The paramedics at the warehouse say that Jack Bauer is fit to be transported to prison. Before he can be taken Nina comes with news. The guards agree to give them exactly one minute.

Jack: What is it?
Nina: Its Kim, she's been shot.
Jack: What? How?
Nina: I don't know the details. She's been taken to St Mark's. Chapelle has taken over CTU, George Mason was going to allow you to see her, Chapelle won't.
Jack: Please, I need to be there if...
Nina: I'm on your side, but I can't convince these guards. Good luck.

The guards began taking Jack away in handcuffs. As he's put in the back of the police car Jack quietly begins picking the lock. Jack knows he'll have to act quickly, and catch them by suprise. Jack quickly jumps out of the car and runs away. Jack knows that even if he gets away, they'll find him before long. But that doesn't matter right now, he needs to see his daughter again, before it's too late.
