Gary and Jack buy some clothes from a local Salvation Army thrift store. Changing their clothes will only buy them some time. Hopefuly the security guards are near the en of their respective shifts, less alert. But either way it will only be a matter of time before they are caught.

At Chloe's house she's hacked into CTU's system. It seems that Chapelle took over and fired both George Mason and Milo Pressman. In the last hour Chapelle had both Ira Gaines and Diana White transferred to a local safehouse. It was unusual for two suspects to be taken to the same safehouse, but between budget cuts and their manpower being spread so thin, it seemed possible. But Audrey couldn't help but wonder, someone was helping the terrorists from the inside. If it was Chapelle, he could be setting them up to be hit, thus eliminating all witnesses. Chloe sent an encrypted text to the gent in charge at the safehouse, warning them to be alert. It was the best they could do.

At Camp David Hunter has given Mandy's team access. They plan to attack within the hour. They'll abduct or kill Hekmetyar, while Hayes will murder president Donovan.

Senator Allen is being briefed on the peace talks at Camp David. These individuals have no idea that she's part of the terrorist conspiracy. Like most politicians she is power hungry, and has deluded herself into thinking that her vision for America was best for everyone. Allen genuinly believes that the taliban needs to be completely defeated, and towards that end she is willing to sabotage the peace talks and murder thousands of innocent civilians. Ofcourse she still needs to make sure that Jack Bauer and the others are eliminated, take no chances that they uncovered anything from her past. But that shoul be handled quickly.

Agent Johnson guards Gaines and White. He still thinks that Chapelle was wrong to keep these two together, they shouldbe split up in case they are hit, but Johnson obeys orders. Then he gets a text, urging him to be careful. Johnson orders one of his men to check the basement, but it's too late. The bomb goes off, killing everyone inside this safehouse.
