Jack Bauer and his group have found Stasevich. He and the other two terrorists seem to be heading towards CTU. It makes sense that they'd be going after the U.S. intelligence target, but they can't be certain. Still, using this route would allow them the chance to intercept the terrorists first, but they're only going to get one chance at this. Tony and Chloe have stolen a second car, Jack and Audrey remain in the other. In a coordinated strike both cars attack the terrorists. Before the terrorists can react these four shoot all three of them dead. It is successful, the terrorists are dead, the nuclear dirty bomb is secured.

Hekmetyar is too weak to resist, but he tries to take note of his surroundings. The streets are desserted, except for three guards outside. The guards are 20 years old, white. Inside this house he can see nazi swastikas, young neo nazies who seem to be allied with Sabzi. Hekmetyar is brought to the basement, where Sabzi is indeed waiting for him.
