Chloe has found the neo-nazi safehouse. Based on Mason's intel about the general location Chloe has hacked into local traffic cameras. They show Stasevich and others loading their nuclear dirty bomb, as well as Hekmetyar being forced into this house barely forty minutes ago. There are three guards outside, all known neo-nazies, all armed. They tell Mason where they are and he agrees to come help. Only the three of them, Jack, Tony, and Mason, are properly trained with firearms. Chloe can give them some help from her laptop, but not much in a fight. It is clear that they are planning a broadcast, very soon. They're not even trying to hide at this point, it's clear they have no intention of leaving alive, or letting their hostage leave alive.

Senator Allen waits in her office, watching the news. There is no report of a mushroom cloud, and Chapelle has assured her that the bomb has been secured. That bomb had not been a part of the original plan, had it gone off it would have caused more casualties than expected. Still, if it had, at least it would have caused the president to abandon his foolish peace initiative. Allen knows she will likely never be president now, but her conspiracy has one last plan. This will force Donovan to adopt a more aggressive foreign policy. Senator Allen then recieves a call from Santos, the president's chief-of-staff.

Allen: Yes Matt?
Santos: I'm just giving you a briefing. CTU is planning a raid on a neo-nazi safehouse.
Allen: You think that's where Hekmetyar is being held?
Santos: Yes. He can't have many allies in this country, and the Aryan Brotherhood is the only gang insane enough to ally with Sabzi.

During this conversation Santos let it slip the address of this safehouse. This was ofcourse a false address. Hopefully Allen would panic and call Chapelle. Sure enough, as soon as she hung up on Santos, senator Allen called Chapelle.

Allen: Are you planning a raid on the neo-nazies?
Chapelle: We just got the orders from the White House. I don't know where Donovan got this intel.
Allen: You need to warn Sabzi, make sure he eliminates Hekmetyar before they come.
Chapelle: I have no way of contacting them. Even if I did, I don't exactly have much influence over them.
Allen: Then do something to screw up and make sure they see you coming.
Chapelle: That would bring more suspicion on myself than I'm comfortable with.
Allen: It cannot be helped.

These two conspirators do not realize that president Donovan is listening in on this conversation. This confirms what they already suspected, that Ryan Chapelle and senator Allen are traitors.

George Mason meets up with Jack Bauer and his team. Jack briefs Mason on the plan. It's risky, but it's their best chance to save Hekmetyar and finally bring peace to Afghanistan.
