Aron shows him the broadcast. One of the technicians is being forced at gunpoint to read this.

The website "Sylvia Imports" shows a list of our demands. President Donovan has three hours to comply with them. If these demands are not met in the next three hours, we will melt down this plant, and Donovan's own subjects will pay for his arrogance.
