A/N: Fic of the Month! Made it with one day to spare! WHOOOO! (Falls to the floor and goes into the fetal position), for those who haven't heard my dad recently passed away, so I'm not in the best of moods right now... but I'm a determinator when it comes to fics of the month... speaking of which if you haven't voted in the current poll please do, it's the loser poll. Chapter 33: This is Heavy
Kaya looked at her opponent. Ms. Valentines looked at her back. She had an evil smirk on her face.
She readied her umbrella and took to the air.
"Byakugan!" called out Kaya activating her power.
Ms. Valentines aimed herself at Kaya who thankfully dodged thanks to the Byakugan.
"You won't get away this time." Said Ms. Valentines.
However it was easy to tell where the woman was headed and Kaya dodged this time as well.
"Stop dodging." Muttered Ms. Valentines.
"Seriously?" asked Kaya with a sweat drop.
"I guess I shouldn't expect you to listen." Said Ms. Valentines.
"No…" said Kaya with a sweat drop.
That was when Ms. Valentines once again took to the air.
This time she aimed for a particularly sandy dune.
There was an explosion of dust and sand.
Kaya had to duck due to it.
"Look like that's a trick that could work." Laughed Ms. Valentines.
"Can you keep it u p though?" asked Kaya.
"I think I can." Said Ms. Valentines.
Kaya knew this was going to be harder but didn't back down, easily since she knew she could fight back easily.
"It's your funereal." Mocked Ms. Valentines.
"I'll be fine." Said Kaya.
"Are you sure about that." Said Ms. Valentines.
Ms. Valentes headed towards another dune and crashed into it, causing the dust and sand to go everywhere.
Kaya protected herself from the sand.
"Oh trying to get away from the sand?" asked Ms. Valentines, "It is course, rough and striating… and it gets everywhere."
Don't know why she said that…
However in the cloud Kaya was still able to see where she was going on and dodged.
Ms. Valentines Scowled.
"How are you still able to dodge?" she muttered.
Kaya didn't say anything as it was clear that her opponent didn't understand the full range the Byakugan.
"How am I going to stop her?" thought Kaya.
She watched as she once again took the to the air. She ran away from the closeness dune before it could explode.
"This fight is getting nowhere." Muttered Ms. Valentines, "I guess I have to do that after all."
Kaya's winded.
"Oh no." she said.
The marks appeared all over her and Ms. Valentines began to laugh evilly.
"Oh man… I never even though of that before, it would be a perfect way to kill you!" she said
"What?" asked Kaya.
That was when Ms. Valentines ran towards Kaya and seemed to be gaining speed.
"Uh-oh…" said Kaya with a sweat drip.
Ms. Valentine was able to run quickly towards her.
"How are you able to do that?" asked Kaya.
"As long as I'm light enoguh to not float." Said Ms. Valentines.
She then got close enoguh to Kaya that was when she got close enoguh she deliver a hard punch.
"Oh man… I cant' believe I never thought of that before! It makes so much sense!" said Ms. Valentines.
Kaya managed to get up.
"All right… so I have to hit her before she hits me again." Thought Kaya.
"Oh you're getting up, oh well I guessed I have to try again." Said Ms. Valentines.
She once again ran towards Kaya who tried to run away however, Ms. Valentines was able to close line her.
Kaya laid on the ground, struggling to get up.
"Oh my… looked like I can easily give the killing blow now." Said Ms. Valentines.
She jumped into the air with her umbrella.
She was about to change her weight but thankfully Kaya rolled out of the way in time.
She managed to get up.
"You got lucky." Muttered Ms. Valentines.
Kaya joust looked at her and got into position to attack.
"What finally going on the offense?" asked Ms. Valentines, "You're nothing but weak, I doubt you can hit me… you know what I'm going to give you a free shot."
Kaya blinked.
"Are you sure?" asked Kaya.
"I doubt you can do any serious damage." Said Ms. Valentines.
Kaya ran over and slammed her palmed into Ms. Valentines.
Ms. Valentines fell to the ground, but managed to get up.
"What did you just do?" asked Ms. Valentines.
"I haven't even gotten started yet." Said Kaya.
"Like you can do anything else." Mocked Ms. Valentines.
However Kaya managed to strike her a couple more times.
Ms. Valentines stumbled.
"How… how…" she managed to say, after all this didn't make any sense about how the strikes were working.
"I take it you weren't told much about Gentle Fist." Was all Kaya said.
"The gentle fist?" asked Ms. Valentines.
"I'm not going to explain it to you." Said Kaya.
She continued to slam her palms into Ms. Valentines and soon Ms. Valentines fell to the ground and the cursed seal retreated.
Ms. Valentines was in a daze.
What happened?" she asked.
"You don't remember?" asked Kaya.
"I remember fighting you, but now I can't move." Said Ms. Valentines.
Kaya didn't know how to respond.
"I guess you don't' remember because of the cursed seal." Sighed Kaya.
She began to walk away knowing she won.
As she walked away she heard a voice call out.
"Oh good! You beat her!"
She turned to see it was Ginta.
"Yeah…" said Kaya.
"Doesn't remember anything after she went Fucking Nuts?" asked Ginta.
"Yeah…" said Kaya with a sweat drop.
"I wonder if it's because they're new to it or because of changes to the seal." Said Ginta.
"I don't know… but it is concerning." Said Kaya.
"Come on! We should find out if the others are injured or not." Said Ginta.
Kaya nodded.
Meanwhile with Usopp, Chopper and Akamaru, they looked at Ms. Merry Christmas and Mr. 4.
"I can't believe we have to fight both of them." Sighed Usopp.
Akamaru barked something.
"Hey! I'm not scared! I'm a brave warrior!" yelled Usopp.
"I'm sure it will be fine." Said Chopper.
"I mean come on, one of them is an old lady, it should be fine." Said Usopp.
"You seriously are underestimating us?" asked Ms. Merry Christmas very quickly, "I'll show you why you shouldn't!"
All three of them sweat dropped.
"What did you say?" asked Usopp and Chopper, Akamaru also barked it.
The old woman glared at the three, whole Mr. 4 just stood there.
Soon, third fight would begin!
Next Time: Usopp, Chopper and Akamaru fight Ms. Merry Christmas, Mr. 4 and their dog. Can Usopp and Akamaru put aside their differences and fight together? Find out next time!
