As Rose was getting ready to leave, she got a weapon she picked. she was saying goodbye to some of the Clones on Kamino, some of them were curious as to how after a battle this girl could be so energetic. But one was confused when Ruby raised a fist to said clone as he tilted his head at this motion he had never seen before, the only time he saw a fist in such a way was when someone was going to punch someone, yet she was not punching him, so what was she doing?
"Ah? What are you doing?" The Clone asked the Huntress in training, as she was making that motion with her hand.
Ruby looked kinda shocked by this. These guys did not know what a fist bump was! "You dont know what a fist bump is?" She asked as the clone still stared at her in confusion. "Well a fist bump is a gesture similar in meaning to a handshake or high five." Ruby explained as the clone still stared at her and she gasped. "You don't even know what those are too!?" Ruby says in shock.
"No not at all, never even done any of those." The Clone trooper says simply.
Ruby may have had to go but decided to show the trooper. "Ok I'm going to show you, raise your hand like this." She said, gesturing and showing him to raise his hand and he did. "This is a high five." Ruby smacked the Clone's hand showing him with her hand giving the Shiney a high five.
"Ok." The Clone said, grasping the concept of a high five.
The Other clones there looked at the scene curiously as Ruby then shows the clone a handshake then and even telling him what the gesture meant as well.
"Ok then, good to know." The Clone Trooper the young Huntress talked to said.
"Good now make a fist and stick it out." Ruby says and the Clone did as she asked, soon Ruby gave him a fist bump as well. The Clone really had to admit the gestures where good and the others were interested as well and Ruby Smiled at this.
But then a strict Trooper was heard it was the Blue Arc trooper. "Ruby, the Jedi are waiting for you." He told the small huntress.
"Man... you're scary." Ruby said to the Arc that was holding his helmet to his side.
Ignoring the huntress in training the Arc looks at the Troopers. "And the rest of you, back to your duties." He ordered.
The Clones Saluted the Kaminoans and Jedi gave the Arc trooper high rank in authority. "Yes sir." With that they did.
"Man, I like talking to them." Ruby Says pouting a little.
"Let's Go." The Arc trooper said in a stern tone and Ruby quickly saluted then...with the Wrong hand.
"Y-Yes sir!" Ruby said.
The Arc trooper Named Alpha 17 smirked and began to lead Ruby through the cloning factory to where the jedi are waiting, as she was leaving Ruby was waving bye to all the clones that they passed by, Some clones returned the hand gesture.
As Ruby was doing this she was wondering how her Team would react to this. Now Ruby began to get depressed now that she thinks of this, she wondered how her team must be reacting to her being absence. Yang was probably freaking out, Weiss would be very worried , and Blake, she was probably blaming herself for her being gone and when her father finds out...she wondered if he would he react like he did when her mother died.
Alpha 17 noticed the now sad look on the Young huntress in training expression he wondered what was going through her, head one moment she was happy and now she's depressed? He decided not to ask unless this gets in the way of the mission, as it was neither his problem nor business.
"Ah, hey." The Young girl began.
The Arc trooper looks at her. "What is it?" The Arc Trooper replies to the little girl.
"So just, uh, asking, have you ever missed someone?" Ruby asked the Arc trooper. She decided to try to talk to someone on this.
So that's what was bothering her, to be honest the Arc Trooper was thinking that the answer was no, he is a clone like the others but he never got close to anyone, plus, he was just released from his stasis pod a few hours ago. "No." He answered to Ruby honestly.
"Really?" Ruby asked. "But what about those others that looked like you even in armor? I heard arcs train tog-"
"Like all clones." Alpha answers while still walking. "Yes, but we were created to serve the republic with our lives, we die serving the republic, as our duty commands." Alpha says as he continues. "We swore an oath to the republic, if we die for it, then so be it." Alpha answered.
Ruby looked at him, most of the clones she talked to where serious but nice along with a little fun as well with how she had to tell them some things. But this one, this one seems to be loyal to the republic but was more stern, Relentless and Cold.
"Oh...ok." Ruby says to the arc Trooper.
Alpha 17 then decided to speak. "Besides that, you seemed to have replaced your weapon with what I read one of those republic Commando weapons, The DC-17m."
Ruby tilted her head at that. "Republic Commandos?" Ruby says wondering about them.
"They are elite Soldiers like Arc Troopers but are different in many ways. "Alpha 17 sayd as he explained on the gun now. "I know how The DC-17m Interchangeable Weapon System works is a configurable combat weapons system used by the clone commandos. It can be reconfigure into either a standard blaster assault rifle, a compact sniper rifle, or an anti-armor grenade launcher, depending upon the needs of the user which is why I assume you picked it?"
Ruby smiled, he had guessed right. "Yap! It may not be as good as my baby but it will do...man I'll miss my baby so much " Ruby says sadly and she doubted she can make another one.
Alpha could not help but smirk finding her amusing at that right now as they got to the Jedi Alpha had a stoic expression. Anakin and Obi-Wan where waiting for her, a gunship awaiting with them. The other Jedi left to return to the temple.
"Ok then here she is, Sir." The Arc trooper says to the Jedi general Obi Wan and Commander Skywalker.
"Ready to go?" Anakin asked arms crossed to Ruby.
"Yap!" Ruby goes to them then she then turns to the Clone. "Bye blue Soldier!"
Alpha looks at her. "It's Alpha 17." He says.
"Oh sorry!" Ruby says.
Soon the three went into the gunship and soon the Pilot lifted off, as they did Ruby was holding onto something as the ship started to leave the atmosphere of Kamino and headed to one of the Venators to leave for hyperspace, Alpha 17 was with them and it seems he will be with them for a while.
As they got out the gunship once its doors opened and landed in the hanger Ruby looked out the rayshieled hanger doors that began to close, she saw the planet of Kamino and space. The world looked so beautiful and space as well this all looked So amazing, really, it did. Soon the sight was gone, once the hanger metal doors finally closed.
"Jumping to hyperspace."
With that said the ship jumped into lightspeed then heading back to Coruscant, the lead planet of the republic, when Ruby sees it she will be surprised what it looks like.
At a separatists outpost Dooku was drinking some tea at his Desk as he talked to two people, one, a massive being while the other is a female much smaller than the full armored one, and she's bold. Very bold.
"You both have a task I need you to do." He says looking at them. "On the planet of Naboo's inhabitant moon, Ohma-D'un" he says.
"You need us to get info out of someone?" The massive one said as a blade came out his wrist. "Just tell me who first they will be begging for their mother and then tell me what you want to know." He says eagerly to Dooku, who did not show much emotion.
"No." Dooku says and the massive commander retracted his blade and crosses his arms. "I need you both to test this on there." He says handing the female a tube full of green like substance. "It is a virus one of our scientists made, so I need to know of it works." He says to the two. "Take as many droid forces as you need." He says to his two high ranked minions in thefaction he leads for his' and Darth Sidious' plans for the galaxy.
Both of them nodded as they left out of the area, the automatic door closing behind them as Dooku continued to drink the tea then pondering on what his next move would be.

also for Why the clones act like they dont understand some things is because im doing the clone like with Ruby Rose still fresh since this is a a little wile after the battle of geonosis and this is Valume 1 Ruby Rose.
