Hi guys, I'm back to write this story, I don't know why I like it so much, I just do. Hope you like it :3

It's been a week since we defeated the great bull at the Hexagon. After returning Clyde and I became the town's heroes, people eagerly returned to work to the wilderness outside, some days later travelers finally came to visit from afar and the town was saved.
I was mostly unscathed, but Clyde close encounter with the boss had him unable to move for most of the week and that force me to learn to do most of the chores in the house, which, let me tell you, wasn't easy, I don't know how Clyde make it look so simple. But I was happy to be able to help Clyde in the same way he helped me
During this week I been thinking about what to do from now on. I mean, I wish to stay here with Clyde having a simple life, but I need to know what happened to the observatory and the other celestials, if I can help them in anyway… but I'll have to leave him…
"Earth to Dan, are you ok?" Clyde said snapping me from my thoughts
"Oh, yes… I'm fine…" I said, we were walking back home from buying some groceries
"Are you sure? You were doing that face again"
"That face?"
"Yeah, sometimes you stare into nothing and make a worried face"
"Oh, is nothing, don't worry…"
"Mmm… ok… But hey, cheer up, do you know what are we having for dinner today? Meat! Juicy juicy meat"
"Hehe, you really like it"
"Yeah, I could only eat meat during the holidays when the mayor invited me to his house out of pity, but now that I have my vocation, I can finally earn enough money to eat it regularly. I'm so happy"
"I'm glad"
Even if I leave, Clyde should be able to take care of himself. We reach the house and Clyde stop at the door
"Hey, I'm so happy I met you" He said
"Yeah, me too"
"Mmm…You are planning to leave, right?" He said and looked at me
"What? What makes you think that?"
"It's just a feeling…"
"Oh… I don't…" I tried to say
"Has any of your memories come back?"
"Huh? N-No…"
"Mmm" He looks close to me "They have, haven't they? That's why you have been thinking so hard lately"
Oh boy, Clyde is misunderstanding this, I don't want to keep lying to him, but maybe I should go with it
"Yes, a little" I said
"I knew it" Clyde said frustrated
"I'm sorry I didn't tell you"
"It's ok…" He said sadly "What do you remember?"
"S-Some ruins with a giant tree on the top"
"A giant tree?"
"And… and…" I don't want to say it, I don't "And I feel like I should return there"
"Oh…" Clyde said, his face void of emotion
"Clyde, I…" Tears started to spill from my eyes "I don't want to go, I want to stay here with you"
When I was a celestial, I felt empty, I was only one more of the mass-produced angels built obey orders. But here, I feel so whole, everyone is different, they all have different goals, different feelings, even if they feel pain and hunger, they can still keep going for their dreams. I don't want to go back… but… but…
"But I need to go back, that's what I feel" I said
Even if I don't like being a celestial, I still remember all the ones who fell after what happened and the face of the celestial that tried to help me at the end, I can't just abandon them
"I understand…" Clyde said
"I'm sorry"
"And how are you going to get there?"
"Huh?"
"Do you remember how to go back?"
"Ah…"
I don't, every time I wanted to go back to the observatory I just flew there, how am I going to get to a place floating in the air without wings. I don't even know where the observatory is in relation with Angel Falls
"You don't know, right?" Clyde said
"I don't…" I said and Clyde smiled mischievously
"Well, it looks like little old me will have to help you" He said turning around to get inside
"W-Wha… What do you mean?" I said following him
"I'll accompany you. If you leave town, I'll go with you"
"No way, I don't know where to go or how long will take me to get there"
"And you think you can get there without my help?" Clyde boldly stated "Shall I remind you, you haven't progress at all with your reading"
"Gaah… You didn't have to get that far…"
"And besides" Clyde look at me seriously "I want to stay with you too"
"Clyde…"
"I also thought about it too, if you were to leave, I decide I'll go with you. You are all I have, and I don't want to leave you. I know is selfish, but…" Clyde tried to say, but I hugged him before he finished
"Fine… Then don't leave my side" I said
"I promise I won't" Clyde said and he hugged me too
I don't know what's going to happen from now on, I don't even know if I'll be able to reach the observatory at all, but having Clyde with me makes me feel that is going to be ok

That same day we talked to the mayor about leaving, he was the one looking for Clyde after his parents died, so it was fair to tell him
"I see" The mayor said "I felt you would depart sooner or later, young Daniel, but you don't have to take Clyde with you"
"It was my decision, sir" Clyde said
"It could be a dangerous journey and you might not comeback" The mayor said
"I'm aware" Clyde said and hold my hand
"I see. Bring them" The mayor told one of his maids, she left the room and a minute later she came back with too set of clothes and gave them to us
"Are these…?" Clyde tried to say
"Two sets of traveling armor, they'll protect you more than your old armor and is more comfortable for long journeys"
"Are you giving them to us?" Clyde asked
"To keep you two safe" The mayor said and looked at me "Clyde can be reckless and not too smart, I'm counting on you to take care of him"
"Hey!" Clyde yelled
"I will" I said and the mayor smiled.
The mayor looked scary at first, but he loves his people. Clyde armor is red, and it looks puffy, warm and comfy, mine is a blue sleeveless shirt and have a small cape on the back, I don't know how this give us more defense, but our stats are higher so I'm going to ignore it
"One more thing before you go" The mayor said "If you find Eric on your travels, tell him to return to the village"
"Cartman?" Clyde said
The fat kid how bullied Clyde, he left the village?
"Did he leave by himself?" Clyde said
"It appears to be so" The mayor said "After getting his vocation, Eric ego grew tenfold, he only thought how to be bigger, but this little town gave him no opportunities"
"What vocation did he get?" I asked
"Adventurer, just like us" Clyde said "But he got a rare one, way rarer that yours"
"Rarer than Bard?" I asked
"Yep, he got to be a Berserker" Clyde said
"It sounds wild" I said
"Indeed, Berserker has the highest physical stats out of any vocation, and his skills only serve to increase them even further by lowering intelligence and control" The mayor said
"Wow…"
I see, that's why Clyde told me to evade his attack that time we fought, it didn't look like a strong punch, but it might have deal serious damage if it connected
"Oh, but then, why did you send me to the Hexagon if you already had Cartman as an adventurer?" I asked the mayor
"I didn't believe he was capable of dealing with the monsters" The mayor said "And then after founding you and Clyde saved the town, he left without telling anyone"
"He probably was jealous of us, he couldn't resist that we were the heroes of the town instead of him" Clyde said
"That appears to be the case" The mayor said
"I understand" I said "If we find him, we'll relay the message"
"Thank you" The mayor said

"The first city we must visit is Stornway" Clyde said
The day after our talk with the mayor, we leave Angel Falls. Clyde said no one would miss him, but the entire town came to say goodbye to us. And after an emotional departure we were in our way
"We should arrive there in about a day, but first we need to exit the canyon Angel Falls is in and then, Stornway will be directly ahead" Clyde said looking at the map
"Right" I said
"There is a small forest at the end of the canyon, we could camp there for the night" Clyde said getting excited "I had never been so far from town, even the Hexagon was somewhat close"
"I'm happy for you. So, we are reaching Stornway tomorrow morning?"
"Yep"
"I wonder how it is"
"I'm sure it will be bigger than Angel Falls" Clyde said
"The mayor said it had a castle, so I guess" I said
"And if they have a castle, they surely have a king and queen and princesses"
"What are those?" I said and Clyde look at me weirdly
"Those are like vocations"
"Like vocations? What do you mean?"
"Their vocation is called Royalty and they govern over their country"
"Oh, like the mayor" I said
"Well, a mayor only governs over their town, Royalty governs over big masses of land with various town" Clyde explained
"So, the royals are like the mayor boss?"
"Something like that" Clyde said
"And then, what are kings, queens and princesses?" I asked
"A king is a male Royal, queens are females and princes are their sons and princesses are their daughters"
"So, Royals can pass their vocation to their children?"
"Ah, I guess, never though about it" Clyde said
"Ok, I think I understand. Thanks Clyde" I said and Clyde smile proudly
Their children, huh. Celestials don't have parents or can reproduce by themselves… now that I think about it, how are celestial born? We are created from the good will of the people, but… The first thing I remember was waking up in a room with a small green lake in the observatory, after that our leader gave me my clothes and I was ready to do my task, I already had everything I needed to do it, even my name, and we are not allow to return to that room again… What are we celestials?
"DAN!" Clyde yelled at me snapping me of my thoughts again "You are making that face again"
"Ah… I'm sorry"
"Did you remember anything new?"
"Mmm… a small green lake" I said, Clyde would never reach the observatory, so it didn't matter if I tell him
"A small green lake, was the water green or there was a lot of plants around it?" Clyde asked
"The water was green, and it had a faint glow"
"I see, glowing green water, what could it mean?"
"I don't know… It just confuses me more" I said, and Clyde hugged me
"Don't worry, we'll figure it out together"
"I don't know if we could, but thanks Clyde" I said and hugged him back
After that we keep walking for a few more hours, nighttime approached and the monsters started to get more serious, but finally after all that walking we reached the exit of the canyon and the forest Clyde talked about
"Finally!" Clyde yelled "Wow, there is a crack right in the wall of the canyon, is huge!"
"Yeah, is impressive, and behind it there are just trees"
"Let's go!" Clyde said running towards the forest
"Wait Clyde!" I yelled behind him
Even if it was small, the forest was quite dense, and I lose sight of Clyde quickly
"Clyde! Where are you!?" I yelled but there was no response
The forest was very dark, maybe this wasn't the best place to stay the night. I saw in the distance a small shine of light, I walk towards it and it grew stronger, there must be a clearing up ahead. I reach it and as my eyes adjusted to the moonlight I couldn't believe what I was seeing, it was big and golden, it reflected the light of the moon through the entire forest

Hi guys, the fic hasn't going well, but as I said, I'll continue it just because I like it :3
Also, if you are interested, Clyde armor looks like his normal South Park clothes and Danny clothes are the one called "Wayfarer's clothes" from Dragon Quest IX if you want to know how they look
