"Lilly, Ian, Mari!" Allison shouts as she hugs her traveling friends. "Allison! I missed you!" Lilly said. "What is happening?" Ash asks. "In two days, there is a trainer's ball," Dawn said. "And they invited trainers who were at the top of their game." "I see!" Ash said. "Ash! You weren't listening to May when she called," Brock said. "May called?" Ash asks. "No! That is no!" Dawn said. "May and Max are coming tomorrow!" Brock said. "Really?" Ash said. "So is Iris, Clemont, and Bonnie!" Dawn said. "What about Misty?" Ash asks. "She is coming the day off. She is trying to convince her sisters not to come!" Brock said. Lilly's younger sister, Cherri, cuts in on the reunion. "I'm bored! You can be nostalgic later!" "Cherri! Fuck off!" Lilly said. "You too, bro!" Dex, Ian's younger brother, said. "Why don't you all get food!" Ian said. "Whatever!" Dex said. "Ash's cousins are in the Marble Lounge. There is an ice cream buffet there," Allison said. "Ice cream! Let's Skiploom!" Cherri said. "Us too, Lombre!" Dex said. They leave. "Thank goodness!" Lilly said. "Ash. Brock and Dawn!" Ian said. "We met at the 'Heroes' Summit'!" "Right! That place!" Ash said. They laugh. Lilly takes this as a chance to ask Allison a question. "Are you and Ash dating?" "What!" Allison asks. "Lilly, why would you ask that?" Mari asks. Mari is Professor Ying Ke Pine's granddaughter. she was a research fellow with Allison. "Becasue, she liked him at the summit!" Lilly said. "Lilly, let me show you around!" Allison said. "Come on! the tour is this way!" She shouts to the others. Before they leave, Odd approaches Dawn, "Here!" "You're singing at the Ivy Lounge tonight?" Dawn asks. "Yes! Please come!" "I don't know! I said I need space!" "I know, but still come!" Odd goes to kiss Dawn, but she stops him. "I said I need space! But I'll think about it!" Odd nods and leaves. "Who was that?" Mari asks. "The conversation seemed tense," Ian said. "It's complicated!" Dawn said. "Onward to the tour!" Allison said to change the subject.
Hiroki and Oshawott work on a spell together. Hiroki makes the fire appear, and Oshawott puts the fire. Then Hiroki stakes the smoke and turns it in a thick fog, which kills a plant. "Good!" A few minutes later, Leya and Lesteria walk in with Dex and Cherri. "This way to the ice cream!" Lesteria said. They walk into the room, and Hiroki and Oshawott are eating ice cream. "Save some for the rest of us!" Leya said. "Who are your friends?" Hiroki asks. "These are Cherri and Dex. They traveled with Allison's traveling friends, who are also their older siblings," Lesteria said. "Cool! Nice to meet you!" Hiroki said. They all eat some ice cream. Cherri notices that the room smells like burnt rubber. "Did something burn?" "No!" Hiroki said. Dex sees a plant that is dead. "What happened to the plant?" "The staff forgot to water the plant," Hiroki said. Lesteria and Leya look at each other.
Odd looks at photos of Dawn on his phone. "Why are we in this mess?" He asks himself. Odd recalls Aelita kissing him and Dawn smacking him. Odd walks around in the snow, and Houndoom follows him. "I broke her heart. Can I fix it?" "Houndoom!" Houndoom rubs his head on Odd's hand. "Thanks!" On the way back, Aelita calls out to Odd. "Odd!" "Yes, Aelita!" "Have you seen Jeremy?" "The last time I saw him, we fought! Hands-on!" "Oh no! I need to see him!" Odd walks away, but Aelita stops him. "Are you okay?" "No! I'm not!" "Is it about Dawn?" "Yes!" "Well, why is she upset. I guess she thinks it was payback, but why is she mad at you. Yumi told me that she is dramatic!" "Yumi told you that!" "Yes!" Odd walks away. "Keep in mind: Ask Dawn how she feels, then listens to that friend of yours!" Odd leaves. Aelita looks at Plusle and shrugs her shoulders. "Oh, wait!" Aelita shouts out. Odd looks back. "Allison told me that I going to finally see my mother!" "Good for you! Just remember what I said, Yumi may not be saying what you need to hear!" Odd walks away and Aelita looks on in confusion. Back inside, Allison looks around the office for some papers to give to the manger. "I know that they're here," she said to herself. Then, someone covers her eyes. "Hi, Ash!" Allison said. "How do you know it's me?" Ash asks. "I love the smell of your cologne," Allison said. Ash uncovers Allison's eyes and kisses her. "I missed you. I can't stand Lilly asking a million questions," Ash said. "I'm sorry! She was so convinced that I had a crush on you at the summit, and she still thinks so now,' Allison said. "Did you?" Ash asks. "What?" Allison blushes. "Did you have a crush on me at the 'Heroes' Summit'?" "Did you?" Allison turns it back to Ash. "Me! Maybe?" Allison couldn't believe what she heard. "I knew that I missed you, and I liked seeing you." Allison blushes. "I don't know what to say," Allison said. "You can answer my question," Ash said. Allison closes the door and kisses Ash. "Changing the subject!" "Maybe!" Allison said. Ash picks her up and kisses her on the desk. The passionate kiss turns into a make-out session. "Allison! Did you find it?" Lilly asks as she walks in on a private moment. "What the fuck!" Lilly shouts. Allison and Ash stop kissing and try to hide their embarrassed facial expression. "I knew it!" "Lilly! Calm the fuck down!" Allison said. "Ian!" Lilly runs off. "You were right! He was going to suck face with her!" "Of, fuck!" Ash said.
That evening, Dawn, Allison, Lilly, and Mari are eating appetizers in the Ivy Lounge. "So, Odd is your boyfriend, and you two got tangled up with your other friends' shit!" Lilly said. "Yep!" Dawn said. "So did you and Jeremy had an entanglement or something?" Mari asks. "No!" Dawn said. "It all a bunch of shit!" "Look! Odd is on stage!" Allison said. Odd walks on stage and looks at Dawn. Dawn looks away.

Odd visualizes that he is in a cold room looking at an x-ray of his heart. The x-ray shows his heart is a block of ice; melting away as his heartbreaks. Odd picks up the picture and rips it up but places his hands over his heart as it hurts in pain.

Odd kisses Dawn on the nose and leaves. Ulrich witness that. "Really? He thinks he can win!" He calls Yumi and tells her what he observes. "I have a plan! Odd is not going screw up things!" Yumi said with a grin. Ulrich is pleased.
