Dawn wakes up and looks at the time. "Wow, it's morning!" She turns her head around and sees Odd next to her in bed! "What the fuck?" Dawn tries to remember what happened last night. Later that night, Dawn lays on her bed and thinks about Odd. "I think it's too hard right now!" Allison is spending the night with her sister, so Dawn has the room all to herself. Odd lays on his bed and thinks about Dawn. He currently is not speaking to Ulrich at the moment. Odd looks at a picture of himself and Dawn on the ski trip. He gets up. He knocks on Dawn's door, and she answers. "Hey, can we talk?" Odd asks. "Sure!" Dawn said. Dawn tries to remember what else happened. "I remember inviting Odd into my room; then we started kissing. Kissing leads to me taking off his shirt and Odd shoving his hand down my pants and squeezing my ass!" Dawn looks at Odd, who is looking at his phone. "Good morning, Odd!" Dawn said. Odd looks at Dawn and blushes. "Good morning!" Odd said. "Nice talk, we had!" Dawn said. Odd blushes again. "I remember taking off Dawn's shirt and kissing her chest. Then I remember picking Dawn up and carrying her to her bed." Odd blushes again. "Yeah, nice talk!" Odd said. Dawn and Odd stare at each other for a while. "Look! I want to give us a chance!" Odd said. "I know! I do too!" Dawn said. "Then, will you go out to dinner with me? I had this whole idea in my head for weeks!" "Sure!" Dawn said. "Until tonight, do you want to go snow tubing? The fresh snow makes all the difference!" "Sure. I heard that we are all going to meet up at the rink," Odd said. "Yes, we can do both!" Dawn said. Odd smiles and kisses Dawn on the nose.
In the evening, Dawn is freaking out. "My hair! Why the night of all nights!" Dawn scrambles to tame her hair. "Help!" Allison rubs Dawn's shoulders and helps her fix her hair. "I think you should curl your hair. It will go with the scenery," Allison said. "How do you know? Did you help Odd plan this?" Dawn asks. "Not really. I helped him booked the place since the beginning of summer. If all of this shit hasn't happened, Odd would have brought you to the place." "I see. Well, I'm glad that Aelita and Jeremy worked things out. I heard that they had a romantic time at the rink earlier in the day before Odd and I arrived at the rink." "They did. It was sweet! But it would help if you focused on Odd. He really went all out for this." Dawn blushes. "I'll bet he did." Dawn picks out a navy blue dress and wears an evening coat to match. She meets Odd downstairs. "You look sharp!" Dawn said. Odd blushes as he fixes his black evening coat. "Thanks. You-look-beautiful!" Odd said. Dawn blushes. "Thank you, Odd. Are we going to one of the dining rooms?" "No, silly! Why would we have on our coats if we were staying inside!" Dawn looks confused. Odd leads Dawn to a gondola. "What is this?" Dawn asks. Odd puts his finger on Dawn's lips. "Shh. Be patient." Piplup, who insisted on coming for Dawn's safety, is worried. Houndoom made sure Piplup stayed out of the way. The pair gets on the boat, and Odd rows them down a path. Dawn notices the lights on the trees, the water lilies in the canal, and the sleeping water Pokemon along the way. When the pair arrives at the venue, Dawn is speechless.
"Wow!" Dawn said. Odd and Dawn walk into the indoor gazebo, decorated with fairy lights, white roses, and tree vines. "I see that you like the place," Odd said. "Wow!" Dawn said. "Just to let you know, I had to request the flowers, and everything else is part of the venue." Dawn smiles and kisses, Odd. "Now, for the basket," Odd said. Odd takes out an orange blanket and lays out all of the food. Dawn looks at the food. "Watermelon slices, a bottle of sparkle juice, two plastic cups, sandwiches, and a small cheesecake, Hey! This is what you brought on our 'fake date'!" (Delta Company: Arc 25). "I know! Why mess with a classic!" Odd said. Dawn giggles. "But I added something else: Meatballs and Couscous!" "You made that! It smells good! Right, Piplup!" Piplup agrees. "I made something for Piplup and Houndoom as well," Odd said. Piplup rejoices. As the evening progresses, Dawn and Odd feel more and more connected to each other. A few moments later, Odd gives Dawn a jewelry box. "What is it?" Dawn asks. "Open it!" Odd said. Dawn opens the box and takes out a necklace with a cat head and ladybug pendant. The pendant sparkles in the moonlight. "Odd! This is amazing!" Dawn said. "Would you like me to put it on you?" Odd asks. "Yes, please!" Odd puts the necklace around Dawn's neck. "Let's take a picture!" Dawn said. Odd and Dawn take a selfie. "Do you want to dance?" Odd asks. "Sure!" Dawn said.

"That was incredible!" Dawn said. "Yeah, you were!" Odd said. Dawn blushes and kisses him. "I love you, Dawn!" Odd said. Dawn is shocked. She did not have any words to say, but she kisses Odd again.
Later on that night, Dawn sist on her bed and thinks about her evening with Odd. "Allison, it was wonderful!" "It seems like it! You are in a daze!" Allison said. Dawn remembers Odd giving her the necklace, which she put back in the box, and Odd telling her that he loves her, which Dawn does not know how to respond to that. Dawn thinks about their time as a couple that the whole shit-show of a summer they were having. "Dawn, I know what you are thinking!" Allison said. "If you want him, then go be with him!" Dawn nods as she grabs the jewelry box. She knocks on a door, and Odd answers. "Dawn!" "I want you, Odd!" Dawn boldly said. She kisses him, and he kisses back. He closes the door and picks him up as he passionately kisses her.
