Aelita is giddy with joy that she is finally going to be reunited with her mother after all of these years. "I can't wait!" Aelita said. "I can tell based on your facial expression! How do you feel?" Jeremy asks. "Excited, scared, nervous, everything!" "Well, trust that everything is going to be okay! Allison told me that her mother gave her pictures. She showed her your performance at the Subdigitial concert and your grades." "Wow! Okay, now I am scared!" "Don't worry!" Jeremy said. Aelita kisses him on the cheek. "Thank you!" Aelita is about to leave when she turns back to grab Jeremy's hand. "Do you want to come with me?" Aelita asks. "You want me to?" Jeremy asks back. "Yes. You were there with me through it all, and I want you here now!" Jeremy smiles. "Let's go!" The pair waits in the Marble lounge until Aelita hears a voice. "Aelita!" Aelita turns around and sees Anthea standing behind her. "Mommy!" Aelita rushes over to her mother and hugs her. "I missed you!" "I missed you too!" Anthea looks up and sees Jeremy. "You must be Jeremy!" "Yes-I-am!" Jeremy said. "I heard that you are very special to my daughter." "He is!" Aelita said. "Good. I'm glad that she has someone that she could trust!" "Thank you," Jeremy said. Then Jeremy looks up and is shocked at who he sees. "No way!" Aelita looks at Jeremy. "What's wrong?" Aelita asks. She looks to her left and is left shaken.
In Marble Lounge, Allison and Ash finish eating breakfast together and begin discussing Aelita's reunion. "I'm happy for Aelita. She is going to have her mother back in her life," Ash said. "Yeah, she is in for a lot of joy in her life," Allison said. "I know that you and your family are Aelita's family, too, but having her mom back is really what she needs." "I agree. A mother is a part of you that no matter who that person is, whether blood-related or not and that bond is strong." "True. I hope Aelita has some sort of closure. She never got to say goodbye to her father. Hopefully, with her mother back, they both can find closure together." Allison drinks her orange juice and looks at Ash. "Allison, why are you not responding?" "No reason. I can see my sister staring at us," Allison said. Sam signals to Allison to come to see her. "I'll be back!" Allison kisses Ash on the nose and leaves. Brock and Cressila meet up with Ash. "Earth to Ash, come back to us!" Cressila said. "Ha-ha! I'm awake!" Ash said. "Where did Allison go?" Brock asks. "Her sister wants to talk to her." "I see!" "That's cute!" Cressila said. "At least Sam has time for her sister. Me? I have four sisters and three brothers. None of them have time for me!" "What about Charlemagne?" Ash asks. "Oh yeah. She only wants to remind me of my failed relationships!" Ash laughs. "Don't worry!" Brock said. "Ash teases me about my many failed relationships!" "You only had one relationship and one fling. I usually bring up all the girls for fall for only to have Misty, Max, or Croagunk snap you out of it!" Ash said. "See!" Brock said. "Yeah. Not everyone can have the romance of the Princess and her Knight!" Cressila said. "Huh?" Ash asks. "Look! Free croissants!" "They're free, and what did you say?" "Not the stuff, everything croissants!" Meanwhile, Sam checks in with Allison. "Hey, Sam!" Allison said. Victini flies on Allison's head. "Hi, Victini!" Then Victini goes to see Raichu. "Rai-Rai-Chu!" Raichu said. "Awe!" Allison said. "Cut to the chase: Did it happen?" Sam asks. Allison blushes. "What do you mean?" "You know what I mean! Did you and Ash (whistle)?" Allison blushes again. "I guess that is a yes. Was it everything you expected?" "It was! Ash was sweet, considerate, and he respected me!" "That's sweet! Also, is the war of lovers over?" "Yes. Everyone kissed and made up!" "Good! Aelita needs her head straight when she meets her mother!" Sam said. "Agree!" Allison said."Speaking of Aelita, she texted me. She wants all of us to meet up so she can tell us about the meeting." "Go on! Give me details later!" "Okay!" The sisters hug each other, and Allison returns to Ash, Brock, and Cressila. "Hey, did you see Aelita's message?" Allison asks. "Yes, but Cressila, you need to answer my question!" Ash said. "Ash, go talk to Aelita. She seems eager to talk to you!" Cressila said. She leaves, and Ash shakes his head. "Maybe she was talking about something from TV," Brock said. "You really think that?" Ash asks. "No! I will figure it out later; let's go to Aelita!"
At a booth in the hotel, the friends wait for Aelita and Jeremy. "I wonder how it went. Aelita seemed excited this morning!" Odd said. "She was! She didn't eat breakfast!" Yumi said. "Well, that's not new! All the times Aelita and Jeremy spent in the factory, not eating breakfast is not new for either of them!" Ulrich said. "So, true," Dawn said. They all laugh until Aelita and Jeremy arrive. "Aelita, how was it?" Ash asks. "It was fine," Aelita said. "Fine! That's it. The moment long in the making, and that was all you have to say!" Dawn said. "Yes! And Allison knows why?" "Really? Now you are blaming me for something!" Allison said. "Well, you know why I am in shock!" Aelita said. "Can somebody help me out? What is going on?" Ash asks. "I don't know! Jeremy, can you shed some light on this?" Ulrich asks. "Sure. Aelita's reunion with her mother was great. however, she saw someone that left her with mixed feelings," Jeremy said. "Professor Tyron?" Odd asks. "Fuck, no! I'm sure Allison would tell us!" "Then, who?" Yumi asks. "Why don't we let Allison tell you." "You mean the girl who procrastinated telling Aelita that they're cousins," Brock said. "Hey, I see where this is going. But I could tell you how it all went down!" Allison said. "Go on," Jeremy said. "It all starts in Switzerland!"
Mystery Inc arrives at Professor Tyron's mansion in Switzerland. "I don't want to go to jail!" Shaggy said. "Me neither!" Scooby said. "We are not going to jail! Anthea mailed Daphne a key to the place," Fred said. "If you say so!" Shaggy said, "Plus, Anthea said that Tyron is not home today!" Velma said. "Okay!" Shaggy said. Fred gathers the gang together. "Alright, gang, remember the plan!" "I still don't want to go to jail!" Shaggy said. "Shaggy! We are going to enter the guest house; we should be fine!" Daphne said. "Sure!" Shaggy said. Once inside, Shaggy and Scooby come across a room where all of Tyron's files are there. "Okay, Scooby. We have to get all the files with the code: A2 and anything relating to PC," Shaggy said. "What's is?" Scooby asks. Shaggy reads it. "How to defeat a Multi-Agent Program?" Scooby finds more files. "Rebuilding PC; How to save the Cortex; How to deal with the pest from Kadic!" Scooby looks at Shaggy. "Concerning!" "I agree; let's deletes these too!" Meanwhile, Fred, Daphne, and Velma sneak around the mansion until they come across a house section. "Living Quarters! This must be the right place," Velma said. "Good. Anthea said that her room is at the end of the section," Daphne said. "That seems weird for a Mater's Bedroom," Fred said. "Well, after Tyron failed to bring Aelita back to her, Anthea started to put the pieces together. He locked her up in a room at the end of the house to ensure that she would not leave!" "Such a caveman!" Fred said. Before the three can move forward, three guards dressed as ninjas appear. Velma hides in a room as Daphne and Fred hide in a closet. "I heard the bossy is coming back tomorrow!" The first guard said. "Yep. I hope the wife lives up to her duties for the boss," the second guard said. "No! She won't, but once we feed her and add the booster, she'll come around!" The third one said. "Are you sure? Anthea knows we drugged the food. She hasn't eaten for a while," the second said. "But hungry makes people do crazy things," the third one said. "Plus, if that bitch is smart. She will do it for her brat's sake!" The first one said. The guards leave. "Disgusting!" Freed said. "I know! We need to more quickly!" Daphne said as she sighs. "If we didn't have that stupid fight-" "Daph, don't think about the past," "But it was so stupid and-" Fred kisses Daphne. "Worry about the future!" Fred said. Daphne smiles and kisses Fred back. Velma opens the door and laughs. "You think after all of these years, I would be surprised!" "Sorry!" Fred said. "Also, while you two were smooching, I found a shortcut. "Sorry, Velms," Daphne said. "That's alright. Beau is coming home in two days so that I will understand then!" Meanwhile, Anthea tries to pick the block to escape. "Come on! It would be easier if I could open this door." Then a guard knocks on the door. Anthea pretends to be asleep. "Anthea! Open the door!" Anthea pretends not to be awake. The guard growl and tries to open the door but gets a message. "Calling all units. Pokemon are eating the wires in section 2!" The guard leaves. "Thank Goodness!" Then Daphne knocks on the door. "Motherfucker! Go away!" "Anthea, it's Daphne!" Anthea does not believe her. "Go away!" "Anthea, it's your sister!" "Fuck off!" Daphne takes a deep breath. She remembers a secret knock that she made up with Anthea. Daphne knocks three times fast, twice slow, and once every four seconds. That takes Anthea off guard. She knocks twice fast, once slow, and six times every four seconds. Daphne knocks twice fast and three times slower. Anthea knocks four times fast. Daphne copies her. Anthea opens the door and hugs her litter sister. "I missed you!" Anthea said. "I missed you too!" Daphne said. "I know you told me that you were bringing the whole gang! So, where are the chickens?" "They are a lot braver than you think," Fred said. "They went to retrieve the files you ask for." "Really?" Anthea said. "It's true. They volunteered!" Velma said. "If you say so!" Anthea said. Then Athea speaks to Daphne. "I'm sorry!" "Me too!" "No, you were right about Project Carthage!" "Worry about the future, not the past," Daphne said. Anthea smiles. After Shaggy and Scooby were finished, they bumped into someone. "Sorry!" Shaggy said. "It's okay!" The man said. Scooby sniffs the man and barks. "What's wrong, Scooby?" Shaggy asks. He looks at the man. "No way! We were told that you're dead!" "Well, I'm alive and well!" The man said. "Wait until Anthea finds out that her husband is alive!
"Franz Hopper is alive!" Ulrich said. "Yep!" Aelita said. "We saw him in the flesh!" Jeremy said. "No way! That's crazy!" Dawn said. "Are you sure?" Odd asks. "Yes. It was confusing but surprising!" Jeremy said. "Hold on, didn't he die like four times?" Ash asks. "Yeah, Allison! Did you know?" Yumi asks. "I'm pretty sure she did!" Brock said. "Hold on! Let me give you the short version. After my mother told me the tale, Franz, or should I say, Waldo, wanted to speak to me. He wanted it to be a secret that he was alive so he can surprise Aelita. Keeping in mind that I was staring at the screen for about 15 minutes. Your father thought the screen was frozen," Allison said. "Ah, a frozen screen, the international image of the year," Odd said. "Okay, that's believable!" Aelita said. "I would love to know how he got here," Jeremy said. "You can ask him. He told me that after Jeremy activated the Multi-Agent Program the first time, he was set free from XANA. He materialized to Earth before we shut off the Supercomputer. He was wandering around her days until Tyron spotted him. Professor Tyron was scouting the area for a new lab when he found Waldo. He didn't want Anthea to know because that would make his marriage to her voided. Once Waldo remembered everything, he was held prisoner in the mansion," Allison said. "The crazy-ass-mad-scientist!" Yumi said. "I wonder how he could live with himself." "I wonder how did he react to his wife escaping," Ash said. "That is the best part of the story," Allison said.
"Anthea! She is here?" Waldo asks. "Yes. Daphne and the others are getting her out as we speak!" Shaggy said. "Good. Let's go!" Waldo said. "What about Aelita?" "She is with her cousin, Daphne's children, and her friends at one of the Blake's ski resorts." "Great!" "Wait, what was his name again? Wally?" Scooby said. "No, I think Walnut!" Shaggy said. "Listen. I let it slide because you were sixteen, but my name is Waldo!" Waldo shouts. "Oh, yes. We called you 'Anthea's European Boyfriend!'" Shaggy said. Then the lights went out, and the alarm goes off. "What is happening?" Shaggy asks. "You thought you could leave!" Professor Tyron shouts. "You thought your sister could save you. Think again, bitch!"

Fred, Daphne, Velma, and Anthea run again but encounter a ninja. The ninja grabs Anthea, but Fred uses a fire extinguisher to smoke out the ninja, and the group runs to another section of the mansion.

Scooby finds a shield and uses it to plow through a group and ninjas as Shaggy and Waldo run. Then the three come across a room of food, which Waldo drags Scooby and Shaggy away from.

Shaggy, Scooby, and Waldo enter a room that turns out to be a control room. Waldo spots Anthea and the others and finds out where to go. Fred, Daphne, Velma, and Anthea come across another ninja. Daphne kicks it where the sun doesn't shine, and Velma ties it up as the group runs.

Anthea trips as she runs. She sees Tyron's reflection on the floor and screams. Fred grabs her, and they meet Daphne and Velma in a room. Waldo finishes with his alteration of the alarm system but worries about getting Anthea out on time. Shaggy ensures Waldo that this is the part of the song that a trap door comes into play.

The three leave and come across a group of ninjas. Shaggy breaks a can, and smoke comes out, knock down the ninjas, and activates the sprinkler system.

A trap door gives out, and Fred, Daphne, Velma, and Anthea fall through. They end up on the ground floor, only to come across some more ninjas. Fred, luckily, found a net that was electrically charged. He throws it at the ninjas and, well, they had it coming.

The two groups meet up. Anthea and Waldo stare at each other and kiss. Then Fred tells them they need to leave before more ninja come. Waldo agrees they should leave before the alarm system causes the mansion to explore. Explode? Shaggy and Scooby were unaware of that part of Waldo's plan.

The gang runs away as a series of explosions take place Once they are far away. Anthea and Waldo kiss again. Daphne smiles as Anetha hugs her as well.
"Wow! That turned like an action movie!" Odd said. "What happened next? How did Tyron react?" Yumi asks. "Well, he told the police that my parents burned down his house, but it was proven to be a fault in the alarm system," Allison said. "Whoa, did anything about Lyoko came up?" Jeremy asks. "I don't think so. My mother told me that Professor Tyron went on about how we ruined his life's work and how we broke into his lab her in France," Allison said. "Well, we had to stop XANA for the greater good," Dawn said. "Plus, he started it when he hacked into Jeremy's computer," Odd said. "Thank goodness the police did not believe him. They said that there is no way a bunch of high school students could be a threat to him." "We were!" Jeremy said with a smile. "What about marriage?" Ulrich asks. "Seeing that Waldo is still alive, I guessing that her parents are still legally married, right?" Dawn asks. "Yep! Also, Tyron went ballistic after hearing that. He is also being investigated for domestic abuse for your mother and wrongful imprisonment for your father, Aelita," Allison said. "Serves him right!" Aelita said. "My parents told me that they want to do a small vow renewal in a few days." "Awe!" Dawn said. "Plus, my mother told me my birthday is today?" "Yep. August 24th is your birthday. Also, you were born in Coolsville like my siblings and me," Allison said. "Great!" Aelita said. "My parents told me that they are pretty tired, so we are going to have an early small dinner together, then they said that I could party all night with my friends." Odd rubs his hands together. "Don't say that you haven't been warned!" Aelita laughs and hugs her friends.
In the lobby, Sam checks in a girl with purple hair. "Here you go and welcome to the resort," Sam said. "Thank you so much!" The girl said. As Sam hands the girl her key card, she stares at her. "You look familiar! Do I know you?" "I get that a lot. It is always a pleasure serving you, Princess!" "What!" Sam said. Before she can ask, Daphne calls. "Hi, mom! Yes, I can have dinner with my Aunt and Uncle!" By the time Sam hangs up, the girl leaves. In her room, the girl looks in the mirror. "Spending time in the Reverse World has done me well. (Fairy Soldiers: Pure Hearts Destiny: Arc 70) But now that Hiroshima is back, I have some business to tend to!" Hiroshima looks at a picture of a woman with burgundy hair and cocoa-Brown skin. "Judgement Day is here!" She tells the picture.
