*author's note*
Hi guys!
I know it's been 10 long years since I updated ( was not trying to pull a hiatus ala George R R, but rather life REALLY did get in the way.) Fastforward a decade during which I moved back to Sri Lanka, became a journalist, a corporate writer, a choir directress, a radio personality, a comedian, a band member, a mum to two boys and now a teacher (with some of those earlier titles still in play), you can imagine how difficult it was to keep the Twi-hard in me alive and kicking.
But with the pandemic going on, I've started getting back to my creative side with sewing and painting and a recent flurry of reviews that asked me if I was planning on finishing this story and with a re-read of the series, I've got some good news for ya. I'm going to finish this story. I know I promised 25 chapters and it might be a uphill battle with a 4 month old and a 7 year old in tow but I owe it to myself and to you guys, to see this through (unlike my degree... Whoopsie)
So a few things... I've already started fleshing out chapter 17 so that should be up by next week. I'm trying to keep my writing style consistently manic but my apologies if I slip up here and there. And again, a very big apology to everyone I've left hanging. I promise, I won't do that again.
