The Witch King says "Soon you will make history in not just the North but all of Middle Earth. Your name will no longer be one to joke of but one to fear of. You may not have magic powers, but their underestimation will only be their downfall. You will be known as Hero and Liberator, and Villain and Oppressor."
The Witch King now lays out the plan " Leader Lartuen is nothing but a puppet of the free peoples. His neutrality is used by the free peoples to keep North Barrow Downs out of Sauron's alliance. He does not realize we have insiders like Dorwen. This is where you come in. You will infiltrate the military. You will find Lartuen and kill him. There the North will have a new leader. Contact me after I will have preparations for the dream of all Barrow Wights. I may have sounded vague at first, for the operation could never be carried out if there were spy amongst you."
Basikov knows what the dream is. It is to conquer South Barrow Downs from the elves and rule all of the Barrow Downs. But he feels confused about one thing.
He asks "If I am in the military, how do I join where it is not obvious?"
The Witch King says "I am glad you asked. I introduce you, your own personal battalion known as the Madaw."
Out came a group Barrow Wights wielding spears, machetes and glaives. The Witch King says "A leader will need his own bodyguards."
Basikov says "Thank you, I will pick my second in command once or if I become the new leader. The Madaw and I will keep security in North Barrow Downs, and eliminate the threats with in."
The Witch King says "Very well, the reason I did not give you a second in command is because as a leader you will need to make wise choices."
Basikov and his bodyguards are now being sent to an entrance in the North that is unguarded.
