Invasion to Victory

Riku obtained Belle, the last Princess of Heart after regretfully, letting Heartless take over as per Maleficent's orders.

'That's six...so who's lucky number 7?' Beiyue wondered as inside the sleeping chambers, were six princesses.

'That's the problem, we don't know.' said Maleficent. 'The seventh is well-hidden and cannot be detected. We...'

Before she can finish her words, the alarms blared.

'Tch, intruders.' Maleficent frowned. 'I trust you kids can take care of the issue?' she asked the kids.

'Of course.' and the two ran off.

'Jeez, at a time when we're so close!' Beiyue sighed as they ran out in search of intruders.

'It must be Sora.' said Riku. 'Beiyue, can I count on you to summon a lot of Heartless to make it look like we're doing our job while we prioritize Kairi?'

'I can do that, but don't worry about Kairi.' said Beiyue. 'I always keep her in my Space Ring at night as precaution.' this was to Riku's relief. 'For now, we be proper villains until we get what we need!'

'Right!' Beiyue raised her hands and opened a lot of Corridors to call out a lot of Heartless, Mostly Shadows, and Neoshadows swarming about, and in the rooms, are the stronger kinds.

'Now let's see who came to play.' Beiyue conjured green scrying flames Maleficent uses. Two appeared. A...beast, and in another flame was Sora with Aqua, Donald and Goofy.

'That's a lot of people.' Riku remarked.

'Welp, sorry to trouble them, but a job's a job.' Beiyue shrugged. 'Let's watch for now in the comforts of the rooftops while we leave provisions in the rooms to ahem, make up for their little problem.' and they vanished as black smoke.

'Looks like I was right to come along!' Aqua swore as a lot of Heartless appeared. 'As expected of Maleficent!' she knew its Beiyue, but cannot say that aloud. So she's making Maleficent the scapegoat. 'We're in for a tough journey!'

'No kidding! Getting close will be a lot tougher!'

Indeed, their journey to the castle was insane.

So. Many. Heartless!

Quite the nuisances in large numbers in the Rising Falls!

But upon getting to the top, they had to rescue Beast who was about to be done in, by his own exhaustion.

'Are you alright?!' Sora cried, helping him up though Beast was bigger...and heavier...

'I-I'm fine...' Beast insisted as he struggled to get up. 'I won't stop...not until I get Belle back! She's here, I know it!' he swore while staggering from exhaustion.

'Just a bit more until we get to the top, hang on!' Aqua encouraged as they fought their way up to the castle gates...until they saw a treasure chest at the top.

Upon checking it out, they found five Elixirs.

'Elixirs...they'll restore our strength and magical power to top form. This way we're in top shape.' said Aqua, distributing bottles. 'Bottoms up!' and they all drank it.

'...what medicine is this? My fatigue's gone and my strength is back. This is great!' Beast was happy.

'Its a special medicine to heal and restore us.' said Donald. 'Never knew Maleficent's keeping good stuff like this, they're normally crazy-expensive!'

'Let's get moving now that we're feeling better.' said Sora. 'Because that came in handy considering what's ahead!' he pointed ahead of them as not too far, was five large Heartless, the Large Bodies.

'Gawrsh...its like, a nice break before dealing with bosses?' Goofy raised his shield up.

'Seems like it, and one each of us to boot.' said Aqua grumpily. 'Let's do this!' and they went ahead to take one each of them.

'Hey, once they cleared up the whole castle, what do we do?' Beiyue asked Riku.

'Well, two of us will be the semi-bosses I guess.' said Riku. 'Its just what's expected of us and we'll get what we came here for.'

'I never dreamed it'd be anything like that.' said Beiyue in a pained voice.

Riku met Aqua a few days before he kidnapped Belle on orders.

Aqua told him of a Keyblade called Keyblade of Heart. Six out of Seven Princesses are needed to create it, while all seven will create the most powerful Keyblade of all, the X-Blade.

They will have to create it to free Kairi's heart from Sora. Meaning, he has to stab himself with it!

What the hell?!

Is there no other way?!

'No...if even two Masters say so...' Riku croaked out, looking green when he told her. 'Of all dumb things to do, why'd Kairi hide in his body?'

Beats them!

So while they watched...

'You know, his movements are getting better. I could've sworn this was training.' Riku remarked as during the fights, Sora was getting better.

'Well, better movement is better than none at all. Would you rather I chuck him in the dark world like I did you for training?' Beiyue giggled. Riku shuddered at the idea.

'Never again Beiyue, never again!' he sputtered. 'I'm still having nightmares about those!'

Beiyue laughed at that.

And so...on the third to last room...Riku decided he's the mid-level boss as he was aware Beiyue was stronger than him in power, not in combat skill where he exceeded her at.

'Riku!' Sora gasped, 'What are you doing here? Where's the girls?!'

'Ohhh I found them alright.' said Riku, raising his sword, the Soul Eater. 'But if you wanna know where, defeat me first!'

Next room over...Beiyue was watching from her room which she converted into a room reminiscent of a gothic ballroom floor, complete with creepy mannequins in tattered, worn-out discolored clothes to add on the creepy factor.

She herself wore an outfit befitting a kunoichi. A white sleeveless nagajuban under sleeveless black uwagi with a silver waist brocade secured with a red cord. Then a blood-red pleated skirt, and a pair of knee-high black boots on her feet. On her arms were tekko gloves, concealing her wrist accessories and she wore a gray scarf around her neck, before conjuring a cloud of cartoonish bats for her to sit on like a queen as she waited for guests.

Soon, Sora came as Aqua carried Riku.

'Beiyue!' Sora called out. 'Riku told me everything...why won't you join us?' he demanded.

'It's my sister's life.' said Beiyue, getting off her seat. 'And to get it from Maleficent, we have to do our jobs.' she took out her sword. Sora groaned as this was another friend he has to fight and get through! Her and a dozen mannequins!

'You two sure have crazy ideas!' Sora whined, annoyed as the two friends fought.

'...this is a little...messed up.' Beast lampshaded their situation.

'I agree. But they don't have a choice in the matter.' said Aqua sadly as they watched the two kids fight each other. 'Because what they want, is in the enemy's hands. Cooperate or else. They're desperate to save one of their own.'

'...'

Beiyue proved to be a very tricky fighter, utilizing speed and free-running, as well as somersaults and acrobatics. She was a swift fighter to contrast Riku's precise, but tough technique, but Sora...began using moves Aqua was familiar with in order to keep up with Beiyue's speed.

She saw the image of Ventus overlap with his!

'Ven...?'

It took luck to deal severe damage to Beiyue. Beiyue, combined with stress from fighting Riku, brought this out in Sora that his skills got better.

'Beiyue!' Sora caught his defeated friend and held her in his arms. 'Why? Why did you two do this? There's surely other ways!'

'We tried that but there's only this.' said Beiyue weakly. 'You've gotten stronger for what's coming, and that's what matters. Maybe...you can do what we can't do.' she wheezed out weakly. 'Go...and free my sister. Being that we failed, there's no way we can get that key from Maleficent now since in her eyes, we failed to stop you.' she used the last of her strength, given her injuries to heal Sora and his group to recover their strength.

'Right...' and Sora gently laid her on the floor.

'Goofy, take Beiyue with you.' Sora asked of Goofy. 'Aqua's already carrying Riku.'

'Alright!'

In the Grand Hall where the Princesses were kept...Sora, Beast and Donald fought Maleficent, both as a witch and her dragon form while Aqua and Goofy protected Riku and Beiyue who were still injured from the fight.

'This is it.' said Aqua as she now took her turn. 'Beast, I would like to borrow Belle's heart for a little bit, to save Kairi's.' she told Beast. 'Beiyue, where's Kairi?'

'She's with me all the time.' Beiyue summoned Kairi from her ring, appearing on her lap. 'I'm not dumb enough to leave her in hostile territory as Hostage Bargain Chip.' Aqua nodded as she then forged the Keyblade of Heart out of the six princesses...and gave it to Sora.

'I hope this works.' said Sora.

In the past few days, he could NOT believe he has two extra hearts inside of him.

Beiyue suspected he has Kairi's after months of speculating, but her Master saw he has one more that was not his as well. So they need a special Keyblade to free these hearts and he hoped it would help Kairi and whoever this was inside of him. Two of his friends willingly did bad things for this key.

He won't let their efforts be wasted.

"Be free, Kairi, and...one other person!" and he stabbed himself. Aqua had her Keyblade out to stabilize his existence while he lets the two extra hearts out, lest Sora disappears after and she can't let that happen to Riku and Beiyue, watching Sora vanish for another.

Two hearts came out of his body as well as a small bit of Darkness. Beiyue raised her hand to take Sora's darkness and diffused it from ever taking form so he will not become a Heartless as Aqua stabilized him.

One heart went to Kairi as the Keyblade burst into six hearts to return to the Princesses, and the extra heart went elsewhere.

'Mm...'

'Kairi!' Beiyue lit up as Kairi opened her eyes to see where she was.

Her friends, and unfamiliar people...

'Why are you guys hurt? What happened?' she croaked out worriedly.

'Its...a long story.' said Riku weakly. 'But at least, we're all alright.'

So...the final princess is here. a deep man's voice spoke as he appeared, revealing to be a man with dark skin, amber eyes and silver hair. 'The final keyhole is finally completed, you have served your purpose.'

'You...who are you?!' Aqua demanded, her Keyblade out. "I have the children to worry about...!" she swore as she can't fight, not like this.

'Bing!' Beiyue summoned Bing, a miniature size of him, about the size of an eagle, but ensured he has his full powers while concealing how strong he really is. She broke this rule thanks to Yen Sid. Originally, beasts that reduced their size wind up reducing their powers too. 'Help Aqua against that guy! Destroy him!'

'Yes, master!' Beiyue then got the large group out, leaving Donald and Goofy with Aqua. The rest of them retreated to Maleficent's Lab that she uses.

'Whoa!' and they fell on the ground gently on the floor.

'These bottles...they're all potions!' Sora gasped out as he quickly took bottles for his friends. They're all Elixirs! He gave some to the Princesses too and how are they supposed to know Kairi is the seventh?!

Upon receiving the Elixirs, the Princesses regained consciousness.

'Phew...thanks Sora.' said Riku. 'But let's take everything here. We shouldn't leave such useful resources in the hands of Villains anyway.' he said, using Beiyue's Space Ring to take ALL bottles. 'And we have to help Master Aqua too.'

'Beast, we'll leave the Princesses to you, is that OK?' Sora asked Beast.

'Yes, I'll protect all of them.' Beast promised him. 'Thanks for helping me find Belle.'

'What is this, I feel a great darkness nearby.' said Cinderella, standing up.

'The Final Keyhole was opened. That's where it's from.' said Beiyue. 'The enemy got us so we'll help Aqua defeat him after we healed up a bit.'

'I see. We'll do our best to hold it back.' said Snow White.

'Please teach my sister how too. She ended up being the Seventh Princess.' said Beiyue sheepishly. 'Please teach her skills a Princess of Heart must have.' the princesses nodded as Belle took Kairi.

'Can't I come with you?' Kairi protested.

'Sorry Kairi but no. As a Princess of Heart, the darkness will make you sick, just like it did back in the islands before you subconsciously hid your heart in Sora for safety.' Riku told her. 'Leave the fighting to us.' and the trio ran off to help Aqua fight by running back to the Grand Hall.

'...I really should hear what happened these past few days, a lot clearly happened.' Kairi huffed with an armfold.

The Grand Hall...

'Beiyue, we're counting on you.' Riku told her. 'Up ahead is an entrance, right?'

'Yeah, to the Realm of Darkness...if the Final Keyhole is opened, we'll be closest to wherever heck Kingdom Hearts is as the door to Kingdom Hearts is really deep within.' said Beiyue. 'Let's hope we'll access the Door to Light to restore the destroyed worlds.'

'Right, let's do this!' said Sora as they ran inside and its already nerve-wracking...because there's already a huge Behemoth Heartless!

'What a welcoming committee...' Riku grinned nervously.

'Don't show weakness in this world! Or as Light-Residents, you're toast unlike me!' Beiyue warned as they all fought the monster. With difficulty because its a strong Heartless.

'Jeez, what kind of person is this guy in life?' Riku swore as they drank Elixirs before proceeding ahead after tossing the bottles aside. 'His or her Heartless is nasty!'

'Probably some really bad guy.' Sora shuddered. 'Aqua taught me all I need to know about Heartless which she learned from Beiyue. And I'd rather not know!'

But what's ahead, was a bleak, heart-wrenching scenario.

In their hearts they knew, that they're in a place where they see remains of destroyed worlds.

'...welcome...to the End of the World, I guess?' Riku gulped.

'We'll have everything back if we defeat that guy...right?' Sora wondered hopefully.

'We better hurry, if its still like this, Master Aqua hasn't beaten that guy yet.' said Beiyue. 'If she won or lost, we'd know it in a good or bad way. We can't let her lose!' they ran ahead by using their gliding skill. And to go further, they have to go further down, as the Princesses were right behind them in keeping Darkness out of the Realm of Light in a safe distance.

However, when they were close by, some dude in a black cloak attacked them with a light saber. Beiyue was subtly draining away his darkness per attack to help weaken him as well as using magic to heal her friends.

This bastard, is tough!

But she drained enough that the boys were able to land a fatal blow.

'Impressive...' the man staggered, backing away, hand over his right side. 'This will be enjoyable.'

'What're you talking about?!' Sora demanded as they all attacked him at once, but he got by, by zipping past them and appearing behind them. But being from a warrior culture, Beiyue had no qualms fatally stabbing him.

'Guhaaa!' he gasped out.

'We demand you talk.' said Beiyue coldly, as she yanked her sword out roughly.

'Heh...its beyond your comprehension for now.' he said, disappearing.

Until we meet again.

'Tch!'

'He got away...he's really strong.' Riku frowned. 'For a being of darkness, he's almost...'

'Human, even if he can't bleed.' said Beiyue. 'He's not human nor a Heartless, but something more.' she frowned. They consumed Elixirs again before going further.

They then reached the final door.

Sora was about to open it when he froze.

'Sora?' Riku questioned why Sora stopped.

'Don't you guys...hear something?' Sora asked them, making them pause and focus.

Careful, this is the Final Haven you'll find here. a gentle voice spoke. There is no light to protect you. it warned. But don't be afraid...your heart is the mightiest weapon of all. it reassured them. Remember, you are the one who will open the door to Light.

'Shall we?' Sora asked his friends.

'We shall.' and they all opened the door...but what was beyond, was a familiar beach they called home.

'This is bullshit, an illusion!' Beiyue snarled as she destroyed the illusion herself with her sorcery to reveal what's beneath. Darkness, and Aqua, Donald, Goofy and Bing on their last legs. Ansem wasn't worse for wear.

'Aqua! Donald! Goofy!' Sora cried in alarm as Ansem turned to look at them.

'Is it, young lady?' Ansem spoke to them. 'Every world is connected through the hearts of those who lived in them.' he said. 'But also, you are all tied to the darkness...soon to be eclipsed.' he stated. 'There is so very much to learn. You understand so little. A meaningless effort. One who knows nothing, can understand nothing.'

While he was busy monologuing, Beiyue snuck Elixir bottles to Aqua, Donald and Goofy with magic.

'Hah, and you're an expert all of a sudden?' Riku sneered. 'So then genius, how can you claim to be an expert of nature all of a sudden huh? Where's your credentials?'

'Every Light will return to Darkness!' Ansem summoned his Heartless before him...but he didn't expect an attack on two sides!

'Says who, bastard?' Aqua sneered as they struck him in fatal places.

'Urrrgghhh!' he escaped into the chasms below, summoning three Darksides for them to fight.

Once it was over, Beiyue made them all drink Elixirs again before going ahead, but only Sora and Aqua could pass through. They were barred out by a barrier.

'We can't go on...' Beiyue swore.

'Coward...I guess we leave it to them now since that guy barred us out. What a loser.' Riku scowled.

'I guess...we wait.' Donald sighed.

They prayed that Sora and Aqua will win.

Suddenly, the ground shook violently and the barrier disappeared.

They exchanged looks and quickly followed.

There, in a pitch-black darkness was a clear door.

'There! Kingdom Hearts!' Beiyue cried. 'I saw that door before, but I never dared to open it!'

'But why?' Aqua asked her.

'It responds to the wishes of those who open it.' said Beiyue. 'A wild card that can only be utilized by strong hearts with a powerful belief from Keyblade Users. Reckless opening by a non-Keyblade User, all hell will break loose like that idiot has done!' she cried. 'I'll handle this! I'll close the door from the other side! As a darkness resident, the other side can't hurt me!' and she flew towards the door.

'Beiyue wait! I'll come with you! Don't do this alone!' Riku followed her. His words made her heart feel better and gave her further resolve. She won't be alone. She will protect Riku in return for keeping her company. The other side, was literal BILLIONS of Heartless! They can't let them go through!

Beiyue summoned all her darkness powers to push the door shut, causing her skin to go deathly-pale with creepy blue veins creeping up her neck, her lips to become blood-red and her clothes to become an eerie literal flesh-suit, and her hands turning into darkness claws. her eyes became amber and hair turned silver. This got Riku worried for her and placed his hands on her shoulders to reassure her.

'SORA! AQUA! LOCK THE DOOR!' Riku hollered. 'While it's shut!'

'We must do it at the exact same time!' they heard a new voice. It was...an anthropomorphic mouse? And it took out a Keyblade!

'King Mickey!' Beiyue and Riku can hear Aqua, Donald and Goofy exclaim.

'Where there is Light, there is Hope!' King Mickey reassured them. 'There will always be a Door to Light!' and they raised their Keyblades to shut Kingdom Hearts permanently.

'Well...that's that.' said Beiyue. 'Riku, King Mickey, stay close to me.' she said. 'My Darkness is very strong, they see me as Peer. We can navigate without an attack every second. I will protect you with my darkness so you'll smell like one here.'

'Right...'

'Can't you open a Corridor here as usual?' Riku wondered as they began their journey out.

'Nope. Opening one here down in these very pits, where darkness is strong is crazy potent that I look like this now.' she said, looking at her hands with a deadpan stare. 'Dark aura will seep out like a flashflood of turbulent winds, something these guys will exploit.' Beiyue replied. 'We can't let that happen.'

'She's right, so the old fashioned way it is.' Mickey agreed with her. 'But are you going to be alright?' he aksed worriedly.

'I'll be fine. This always happens when I'm near potent darkness. This will disappear when we reach the Dark Margin, the border of the Realm of darkness.' Beiyue reassured him with a smile. 'And I'm veeeeery at home in this morbid place due to my alignment while it will grievely harm residents of light like you guys, you'll need my help to get out here unscathed.'

'Right...it'll be a long journey...'
