New Crossover with Gate Thus the JSDF Fought There and Battlestar Galactica 2003, this is just a recap of what happened after the end of the First Cylon War 41 Years later.

The Cylons were created by Humanity, there original name was known as the U-87 Robot and sometimes known as Cybernetic Lifeform Node created by Zoe and her father Daniel Graystone, owners of Graystone Industries. The Cylons purpose was to make life easy in the 12 Human Colonies, Aerion, Aquaria, Canceron, Caprica, Germenon, Leonis, Libran, Picon, Sagittaron, Scorpia, Tauron and Virgon. It means the Cylons get to do the chores, construction, containing crisis and wars so Humanity doesn't need to do all the time.
After many years of doing their purpose of what they were created for, the Cylons who develop self-awareness or free will eventually turns on their Masters or Human Creators because they now see their purpose of what they were created for was nothing more than slavery. It's because one Woman who sees herself as a Mother of Church for the Cylons told them that the day of reckoning is coming and they will crush the ones who first gave them life. This marks the start or beginning of the First Cylon War which in turn lasted until 41 Years later since they Cylons seeks to exterminate Humanity out of existences. The Cylons have caused an large amount of damage to the 12 Colonies because they rely on their Nukes that their Cylon War Era Basestars or Type-1 Basestars that are armed with, while their Star Fighters known as Cylon War Era Raiders or Raider Type-2 that have 3 pilots to combats the Colonial Vipers MK 2 and 3.
On the ground their Cylon War Era Centurion or 0005 Centurions Foot Soldiers armed with LMGs, Wrist Blades and M91R SMGs battles the Colonial Marine Corps.
In the end after a long bloody struggle an Armistices was declared, the Cylons and the remainder of their Cylon War Era Basetars have left for another world to call their own home world, thus ending the First Cylon War. After they left Humanity who began rebuilding all of their 12 Colonies that were left in ruined following the start of the First Cylon War.

41 Years After the End of the First Cylon War
The Cylons retreated to a world they named Cylon Prime where they develop and build cities of their own. At the same time they develop Modern Cylon Centurions, new Modern Basestars, even new Modern Raiders that doesn't have a pilot, these new Vehicles and Weapons is to defend their world from threats if some threats like Humanity or some other beings threatens their world. The last thing they invented is a new breed of Cylons who resemble Human beings, they call them Humanoid Cylons. The Humanoid Cylons can also do things that a real Human can do which was something that their mechanical counterparts can never do.
Life is peaceful in Cylon Prime, but the Cylons and their Humanoid Cylons are about to enter a new War when an enemy enters their world. But this enemy isn't the Colonial Military of the 12 Colonies, it's instead another race of Humans who lack any weapons like that Guns and they picked the wrong world to invade.

So in this new Fanfic Crossover, the Cylons are the Protagonist. I only came up with this idea after seeing various stuff from Gate Thus the JSDF Fought There Anime, Manga and from Fanfictions. So what if the Protagonists that the Antagonist of Gate will oppose isn't Human?
My take on this Crossover is the Cylons don't return and devastated the 12 Colonies then hunt down the remainder of Humanity like they did in the actual Series, instead they find a home world of their own like they claimed in the end of the First Cylon War.
I've never watch Caprica before except for Clips, but I like the scene where Zoe Graystone comes out of those pools that looks like the Cylon Resurrection Tanks from the 2003 Battlestar Galactica.
Oh I have my own version of Humanoid Cylons I pick from various Anime.
All this has happened before and will happened again. Again, Again, AGAIN!
