"Right, sir I'll get onto that the second I get into the office...okay, I'll be there in half an hour" Will hung up the phone and ran to the station, he couldn't afford to be late, not today, not during the biggest deal the company had ever seen. "come on, come on" Will shouted to himself, today of all days the ticket machines have to be broken, "Ugh, I don't have time for this" Will moaned, he looked quickly to his left and right and hopped the fence and sprinted to his train, the doors were just about to close and Will dived on, making it just by the skin of his teeth, he let out of sigh of relief and scanned around for a seat, as per usual there was none. The train pulled up to Euston station and on bundled the most ridiculous girl Will had ever seen, 2 suitcases in hand and dressed like a clown's mistress, Will let out a little chuckle at her attire which Lou spotted,

"Sorry" Will said, "I didn't mean to offend, it's just... I've never seen anyone dressed like that in London, where are you from?"

Lou turned to face the man who had 10 seconds ago insulted her and saw the polar opposite of herself, her socks had more colour than his entire suit, but she was eager to chat to anyone she could, "Oh, it's a small town in Wales I doubt you've heard of it"

"Try me" Will responded actually being from Wales himself

"A small town in the South of Wales,Pembr..."

"Pembroke" Will interrupted, "That's were my parents live, about 10 minutes from the castle"

"Oh my god" Lou's face lit up having found some contact to her home in this giant city " I don't believe it" Lou got a little too excited and had gathered the attention of half the train, Lou composed herself and continued "My name is Lou Clark, great to meet you"

Will extended his hand to shake hers " I'm Will Traynor, pleasure to meet what brings you to London?"

"I've been accepted into LCAA" Lou boasted

"Oh the arts college, great, congrats" Will said "Oh that's not too far from my wor.."

Will was interrupted by the announcer "Now approaching Chancery Lane"

"Sorry" Lou said "This is my stop, I guess I'll see you around" Will waved goodbye as the rest of the train let out a gasp of relief.

Will arrived at work *(SMALL WORK DESCRIPTION, BUILDING JOB ROLE ETC) without a moment to spare, jumped in the lift and ran to his desk, hoping to god that his boss ***(BOSS DESCRIPTION) didn't spot him. He slumped into his desk and immediately began his work. A yell echoed through the office and collected at Will's desk "Will!, I need those stats on my desk NOW!"

"Yes Sir!" Will replied with a hint of fear, he'd only been on the job for a week and had not quite adjusted to the pace of business life in London, he seemed to be the only one that was ever yelled at, his colleagues ensured him that that's just how he is with the new recruits but this was a time were mistakes could cost placed the files on his desk and scurried back to his desk.

After another tough day at work Will made his way home and collapsed into a heap on his couch, this job was killing him, but he loved every second. Will couldn't help but think of that strange girl he met on the tube and wonder if he ever would get the chance to see her again, she was nothing like the girls he usually associated himself with;girls that were more interested in his family money rather than Will himself. Will then realised that he had no way to contact her ,no way of knowing that he could see her again. All he had was hope.
