"Naruto!"
"Naruto! Get back over here you brat!"
"Hahaha! Oh man, you guys are so slow!"
Naruto, a twelve year old blond boy in a worn down kill-me-orange jumpsuit, was currently being chased by a mob of leaf chunin. To the left of him was the grand Hokage Monument, the carvings of giant heads of all of the leaders who have served the Village Hidden in the Leaves. A variety of colors adorned the monument with insults drawn all over, which is probably the reason why Naruto was being chased in the first place. This was just another one of Naruto's harmless pranks on his fellow villagers, though they sometimes may take it much more seriously than one would expect. Sort of.
"Naruto, this is the last straw!"
"Hahahaha! You guys say that every time-"
"OUCH!"
Naruto, who was having a lot of fun evading the hopelessly slow and mediocre chunin, suddenly had his amusement cut short as he crashed into his favorite academy teacher, Iruka Umino.
--During Sasuke retrieval--
Sasuke looked back. "Make sure you stall him for as long as possible."
"I will make sure that Orochimaru's ambitions are fulfilled. You go on ahead now, lord Sasuke." And with that, Kimimaro dashed toward the blond's location.
"Out of the way dumbass!"
Kimimaro, who was hoping to stall Naruto for as long as possible, and hopefully kill the blond, was suddenly knocked off his feet and blown away by a very large blast of silver wind. After finally coming to a complete stop, he observed the large crater and decimated forest around him. Even after activating the level 2 curse mark and using his bones to protect himself, he was still in pain all over. With his being already succumbing to disease, he decided that his usefulness had taken its toll.
'I hope I stalled him for long enough, lord Orochimaru.' he thought before closing his eyes.
Sasuke, who was hopping through the forest, was trying to get as far away from Naruto as possible, hoping that Kimimaro was enough to stall the blond maelstrom in disguise. If anyone was able to keep Naruto away and help him avenge his clan, it would be Orochimaru. His hopes had quickly dissipated; however, as a flash of orange appeared right in front of him.
Naruto closed his eyes-
"Tenseigan!"
His eyes flew open, the cerulean color replaced with radiant cyan disks; a white flower-like pattern surrounding his pupils.
"Tenseigan chakra cloak!"
A brilliant cloak of glowing cyan enveloped Naruto's form, causing him to shine like a bright blue star. Numerous black orbs surrounded his form.
"Naruto how did y-"
"Silver reincarnation wheel explosion!"
Before Sasuke had any time to react, a humongous beam of thick, silver chakra came zooming towards him, blowing him out of the forest and into the Valley of the End. He flew across the water and smashed into Madara's statue, completely obliterating the marvelous handiwork.
'How did he beat Orochimaru's best in such little time? Where did he get all this power? How is he stronger than me? How can I hope to avenge my clan if I can't beat a loser like him?' thought Sasuke. 'Everything that I've done up to this point, was it all for naught? No… no! NO! I WILL SHOW HIM!"
"Naruto… I don't know how you became this strong, but this ends here." said Sasuke. Black marks started pouring out from his shoulder, covering his body from head to toe. The marks started merging together, causing Sasuke's skin to darken. A black star-shaped tattoo appeared on his face, his hair grew longer and turned blue, and two hand-like wings sprouted from his back. His eyes were black, except for the glowing three-tomoe sharingan that adopted his pupils. 'The power of this curse mark is unbelievable! Yes… this is the power that I need to defeat Naruto… and kill Itachi!'
"Sasuke!" cried Naruto. "You've crossed the line this time. I'll make sure to bring you back to the leaf, even if I have to break every single bone in your body!" 'You're an idiot if you think you can escape me.'
Sasuke smirked. "Don't make me laugh, Naruto. The power that I've been given is more than enough to beat you, even if you have those eyes of yours."
As if on cue, Naruto started flying towards the young avenger, leaving behind a glowing trail of cyan. At the same time, Sasuke leaped off the remains of the statue and flew towards naruto, a black chidori forming in his hand.
"NARUTO!!!"
"SASUKE!!!"
"CHIDORI! / GOLDEN REINCARNATION WHEEL EXPLOSION!"
A blinding flash of golden chakra erupted from Naruto, colliding with the black ball of lightning that was forming in Sasuke's hand. Sasuke, powerless to stop the dense chakra, could only close his eyes as he was flung miles away into the trees. Naruto had effortlessly dismantled him once again. Not even Orochimaru's gift was enough to lessen the large gap between them.

How Naruto received the Tenseigan will be revealed much later in the story, probably around when Minato talks to him.
Also this isn't the beginning, so a lot of things might not make any sense right now. I'll work on this story when I have more time.
