Hoag Maximum Security Prison

The guard watched while the black sedan pulled up to the gate and he walked out of the guard station. The window moved down as Sibeal looked at the guard and he gave the guard a small grin.

"G'day, My Son," Sibeal said with a nod.

"What are you doing here?" the guard asked.

"We were contacted by the warden. It appears one of th'Saints need last rites."

"Which one?"

"Th'one called "Romeo","

Smecker had contacted the warden to get them into the prison and the warden agreed to let them see Murphy and Connor.

The guard looked into the car as he looked at what appeared to be three nuns and the nuns looked straight ahead.

"I'll have to check with the warden," the guard said.

"Then go on. Oh, please have a guard bring th'Saints their rosaries," Sibeal said.

"I don't think he'll agree to that. They could use them as a weapon."

"Heavens, Man, one of them is dying! Do you want his soul t'burn in hell?!"

The guard gave him a shocked look as he stood then he quickly headed for the guard station. Sibeal watching him while Smecker adjusted the nun's habit he was wearing and Smecker frowned. Smecker turned to look at the nun sitting next to Eunice, but the nun was sitting forward with her head down and she moved back and forth.

"Who the hell are you?" he thought.

"Is she alright?" Smecker asked.

"Yes, she's fine," Eunice said. Nodding, he turned to face forward and he sighed.

The guard returned to the sedan a few minutes later as he looked at Sibeal and Sibeal waited for him to speak.

"The warden said you can go in and he promised one of the guards will have their rosaries," the guard said.

"Bless you," Sibeal said and the guard returned to the guard station. The gate opened as the sedan moved down the road and the gate closed behind them.

After they had been checked by security and Sibeal confirmed the rosaries belonged to Murphy and Connor, a guard led them to the hospital wing and the guard inside the room opened the door. They walked by the beds as the guard noticed how one of the nuns lingered by the foot of the bed where Romeo was lying and the guard lightly cleared his throat.

"Bless you, Sister," the guard said and she nodded.

Murphy and Connor were sitting up in bed as they looked at Sibeal, Smecker and the nun walking to them and Sibeal smiled.

"Greetings, My Sons," Sibeal said.

"Greetings, Father," Connor said and Murphy nodded.

Smecker walked to Connor when he handed Connor the rosary and Connor arched an eyebrow. Smecker barely shook his head as Connor sighed and Smecker helped him put on the rosary.

Murphy watched the nun walk to the bed, but she didn't look at him and he frowned.

"Aren't you gonna look at me, Sister?" he asked. She shook her head as she placed the rosary in his left hand and he saw the wedding ring on her left ring finger. He kept his face blank as she helped him put on the rosary and he gently placed her left hand against his chest. She felt the rise and fall of his breathing and he softly moved his fingers over the back of her hand. She slightly lifted her head as they locked eyes and he gave her a tiny smile.

"Let us pray," Sibeal said and they closed their eyes. Suddenly, the sound of explosions filled the air and the room shook. The doctor and nurse ran into the room after the alarm from the heart monitor sounded then they headed for the bed and the guard looked out into the hallway.

"What's going on?!" he asked after he stopped another guard.

"How the hell should I know?!" the guard said.

"What should I do about them?!" he asked, looking back in the room.

"Stay and make sure this isn't some sort of attempt to free the Saints!"

The guard nodded as he ran back in the room, but Smecker had followed him and he punched the guard in the face. He shook the pain of his hand while he watched the guard fall to the floor then he went to check the hallway.

"Shit," the nurse said and Smecker gave her a smug look.

"Right, let's get them out of here," Smecker said when he removed the nun's clothes and habit and he was wearing black jeans, black boots and a black sweater. He removed the guns from the holders on his hips while he pointed the guns at the doctor and the nurse and he pointed with the guns for them to go stand on the other side of the room.

"We have a small problem. Murphy can barely walk," Connor said while Eunice helped him out of bed after she removed the nun's habit and clothes. She was also wearing black jeans, black boots and a black sweater.

"I'm fine," Murphy said as he tried to get out of bed, but he nearly collapsed as his left leg went out from under him. The nun helped him stand as she wrapped their fingers together and he nodded.

"Go get those wheelchairs," Smecker said and Sibeal and Eunice went to get the wheelchairs. Eunice and Sibeal helped the twins into the wheelchairs as Smecker walked to the door and he looked outside. Smoke filled the hallway as people ran by and the sounds of more explosions filled the air. "Shit. Whoever these guys are, they aren't playing around."

"They're not a part of your plan?" Eunice asked, pushing the wheelchair with Connor in it.

"No," Smecker said with a shake of his head. He headed out into the hallway as the smoke covered him and Eunice looked at Sibeal and Louisa, who had taken the nun's habit and clothes off and Louisa was wearing black jeans, her black ankle boots and a black sweater.

"Let's go," Sibeal said and Louisa and Eunice pushed the wheelchairs out into the hallway. The smoke was thick as they tried to figure out which way to go and he ran off to the right. Something made Louisa push the wheelchair with Murphy to the left and Eunice followed her. Nurses and interns were taking prisoners out of the other hospital rooms as they moved by, but none of the nurses or interns told them they were going the wrong way.

Connor felt the wheelchair wiggle then move faster as he frowned and they caught up with Louisa and Murphy. They headed for a door with an exit sign over it and the door opened. They had entered a stairwell as Connor looked at Murphy and Murphy shrugged his left shoulder.

Louisa looked at the three people dressed all in black with black masks over their heads and she turned the wheelchair around so Murphy could see them.

"Are you serious!? My brudder can barely stand up or walk an' you want us t'go upstairs?" Connor asked. The female nodded then she looked at Louisa. He felt anger, protectiveness and fear coming from Murphy and Louisa and he glared at the female. "Ah, don't get any ideas."

"Aye, my wife comes with us or you can jus' take us back t'our room," Murphy said, giving them a warning look. Louisa saw the female seemed to be thinking things over when the female nodded and the large men gently lifted Murphy and Connor out of the wheelchairs. Louisa followed the large man carrying Murphy up the stairs while the large man carrying Connor followed them and the female took the rear. A few minutes later, they walked out onto the roof of the prison and the sirens blared around them while smoke rose from the surrounding buildings.

"You gotta be kiddin' me!" Connor said with wide eyes while he looked at the black helicopter sitting on the helipad. They headed for the helicopter as the door opened and the female got into the helicopter. Louisa followed her as they helped get Murphy and Connor inside and the large men were the last to get onboard. One of the large men closed the door while Louisa helped Murphy get comfortable as he laid stretched out on the seat and the female helped Connor get the seatbelt on. A short time later, the helicopter rose into the air and Murphy looked up at Louisa.

"I know you are really angry at me right now, but I hated the idea of the man I love, his brother and their best friend spending the rest of their lives behind bars," she said and Murphy arched an eyebrow.

"I get that, but you still shouldn't have done it," Murphy said.

"I wanted to help."

"This isn't one of Connor's action movies."

"I know that."

"Whose idea was it?"

"I think it was Smecker," Connor interrupted and Murphy looked at him.

"Smecker's dead," Murphy said.

"Then he has a twin sister who's a nun," Connor said and he leaned the back of his head against the seat. "You said this isn't one of those action movies I watch. If it was, this would be th'part where th'main characters have been kidnapped by either th'bad guys or by a rival agency."

"I think you're right," Louisa said. Connor looked at the female as he frowned and he tilted his head to one side.

"So, what are you? FBI, CIA or Homeland Security?" he asked.

The woman didn't speak.

"How about Interpol? MI5? MI6? KGB?"

"Give it a rest, Connor. They're not gonna tell us," Murphy said and Connor nodded. Murphy looked up at Louisa when he saw the tears rolling down her cheeks and he reached for her hand. "What's wrong?"

"We left Romeo behind," she said and she slid his hand into hers.

"Well, th'doctor did say Romeo was in a coma an' he didn't give much hope of him wakin' up," Connor said.

She slightly nodded her head as they became silent and Murphy wrapped their fingers together.

Smecker ran outside as the smoke billowed around him and he coughed. He saw the sedan as he ran for it and he opened the passenger side door. He got into the sedan as he placed his head against the headrest and he coughed. He watched as the door opened while Eunice and Sibeal run outside and they headed for the sedan. They got in the sedan as Sibeal closed the driver side door and Smecker looked at him.

"Where the hell are the Saints?!" Smecker demanded.

"I lost them," Eunice said.

"You lost them!?"

"Don't get pissed off at me! There was so much smoke in there and someone rammed me into a wall! The next thing I knew, they were gone!"

"Shit," he said repeatedly as he slammed his hands against the dashboard then he tucked his hands under his arms. "Well, they still have to be in the prison."

"I don't think so," Sibeal said while he looked out the windshield and they looked at the helicopter moved across the sky.

"How do we know they're in there? That could be the warden."

"Look, I don't care who it is. We have to get out of here," Eunice said as she pointed to the guards heading for the sedan and Sibeal started the engine. He backed up the sedan as the sedan headed down the road and the guards took out their guns, firing at the sedan. "Shit!"

"Don't worry. This thing's bulletproof," Smecker said. They headed for the gate as the gate started to close and he growled. "Floor it!"

Sibeal slammed his foot on the gas as the sedan lurched forward then the sedan sailed by the gate. The guard ran out of the guard station when the guard started firing at the sedan and Eunice ducked down onto the seat.

Boston Logan International Airport

The helicopter landed on the private runway near a black private jet as the doors opened and the large men got out of the helicopter. One of the large men helped Connor out of the helicopter as Connor looked at the private jet and he smiled. The other man carefully carried Murphy out of the helicopter while the female and Louisa followed him and Louisa went to hold onto Murphy's left hand. They headed for the small stairs leading to the private jet and the stewardess opened the door. The large man helped Connor up the stairs while Connor smiled at the stewardess and she sweetly smiled back. They went inside as the stewardess looked at the large man holding Murphy, Louisa and the female then she stood back to allow them to enter the private jet.

"Whoa," Louisa said while she looked around with her eyes and Murphy nodded. The large man was helping Connor onto a stretcher while a doctor stood next to the stretcher and Connor watched while the doctor examined him. She followed the large man carrying Murphy to the other stretcher as the large man carefully placed Murphy onto the stretcher and a doctor walked over. "Be careful with him."

"I will, Miss," the doctor said. The doctor examined Murphy while Murphy smiled at Louisa and she slid her hand into the pocket of the jeans. She removed the other wedding ring as she slid the ring onto Murphy's left ring finger then she took Murphy's hand, kissing his knuckles.

"Ah, there they go," Connor sighed and Louisa stuck her tongue out at him. The doctors finished examining the twins as the female walked closer and she removed the mask she was wearing. Connor felt his heart jump in his chest while he looked at her long red hair and bright green eyes and she crossed her arms over her chest. She had a beautiful oval face with a straight nose and nice lips and he noticed her delicate high cheekbones. She was thin, but muscular and her hair draped over her shoulders. "Christ."

"Lord's name." Murphy warned.

"How are they?" Margaret Stone asked, glancing at the doctors.

"They are in very good condition considering their injuries," one of the doctors said.

"Thank you," she said and the doctors headed for the back of the private jet. She looked from Murphy to Connor to Louisa as Margaret titled her head to one side and she slowly blinked. "Are you really his wife?"

"Aye, she is," Murphy said and Louisa held up her left hand to show her the wedding ring on her left ring finger.

"I bet this is when she's gonna say th'information they have on us doesn't mention you being married," Connor said.

"Well, only a few people know we are."

"How long have you been married?" Margaret asked.

"It's been about five years," Louisa said.

"Why were you at the prison?"

"I wanted to see my husband."

"Dressed as a nun?"

Connor felt the rage coming from Murphy as Connor carefully sat up and he slid off the stretcher.

"How did you know that?" Connor asked while he walked to Margaret and he noticed she was an inch or two shorter then as he was. She saw the anger in his eyes as she stayed silent and he stopped in front of her.

"Damn, he has amazing eyes," Margaret thought, but she kept her face blank.

"We had been watching the prison since you and your brother and your friend were incarcerated," she said and he liked how the light made her eyes sparkle.

"So, instead of findin' a way t'sneak us out of th'prison, you decided t'blow it up?"

"It worked, didn't it?"

"Aye, it did, but that doesn't excuse what you did."

Louisa noticed the amused look on Murphy's face as she leaned closer and her left hand rested on his chest.

"What's so funny?" Louisa whispered.

"They sound like Connor an' me when one of his plans blow up in his face," he whispered and she snickered.

"What's so funny?" Connor and Margaret asked at the same time.

"I was tellin' her you two sound like you and me after one of your plans blow up in your face."

Connor looked at her when he laughed and Margaret frowned.

"He's right," Connor said.

"This is your captain speaking. We are ready for take-off. Please secure all luggage and fasten your seatbelts," the pilot's voice said over the speaker as she helped Connor back onto the stretcher and he watched her strap him onto the stretcher. She walked over to the other stretcher as Louisa helped her strap Murphy onto the stretcher and Louisa leaned down to kiss his lips. Margaret and Louisa walked to the seats when they sat and they placed the seatbelts on. Louisa felt the private jet moving as she held tightly onto the arms of the seat and she felt the private jet rising into the air.

"Don't you like flying?" Margaret asked.

"I do, but take-offs make me feel a little sick," Louisa confessed and Margaret nodded.

"Tell me the truth. You weren't at the prison to visit your husband. You were there to rescue him and his brother and their friend."

Louisa stayed silent as Margaret strummed her fingers on the arm of the chair then she looked at Louisa.

"I would have done the same if it had been my husband," Margaret said.

"You're married?"

"I am married to my job. But I have lost people I care about."

"Oh."

They stopped talking when the pilot announced they could unfasten their seatbelts and Louisa got up, walking to the stretcher with Murphy on top. She watched him sleep while she took his right hand and she looked at the bandages. Connor was watching her when he saw Margaret walking toward her and he cleared his throat to get Margaret's attention. Margaret walked to the stretcher as he looked up at her and she felt herself getting lost in his eyes.

"Would you please stop looking at me like that," she thought.

"Is there something wrong?" Margaret asked.

"I jus' want you t'know summat. She means everythin' t'Murphy. Has been since they were sixteen. Aye, he hadn't thought about her in years, but when she came back into his life… Into our lives… Well, their love for each other was still there. He moved Heaven an' Earth t'make her happy and he was willin' t'let her go because her ma didn't like him. She, in turn, gave up her life t'go into exile with us after we killed Joe Yakavetta. Most importantly, she was th'only thing which kept not only him sane, but me for th'last eight years. Then we were forced t'go back t'Boston an' he had t'leave her behind. But, being who she is, she followed us."

"That was foolish."

"Aye, but she kept us focused an' we were able t'do what we did."

"I understand that, but…"

"No buts. She's our anchor. Our rock. You want us t'cooperate? You better make damn sure nothin' will happen t'her."

"Is that a threat?"

"Consider it fair warnin'."

Margaret heard the honesty in his words as she nodded and he yawned

"What's your name?" he asked.

"My name is Margaret," Margaret said.

"Nice t'meet you, Maggie," he said, closing his eyes and he drifted off to sleep.

"No one calls me that," she whispered while she watched the gentle rise and fall of his chest and she silently admitted she didn't mind him calling her "Maggie".

Costa Rica

The van moved along the winding road while the sun sparkled off the black paint and the clouds drifted lazily across the sky. The van came to a stop near a one-story beach house with a covered deck at the back and stairs led down to the beach. The lawn was well kept and the bushes were shaped into spirals.

The back of the van opened as the two large men got out of the van and they carefully removed the stretchers with Murphy and Connor on top. Margaret and Louisa got out of the van while Louisa pushed the sunglasses up and she quickly went to follow the stretcher with Murphy on top. Margaret closed the doors as she headed for the house and the wind gently moved through her hair. She walked to the front door as she pushed the buttons on the security panel then she opened the door. The large men pushed the stretchers inside as Louisa and Margaret followed them then Margaret closed the door. The large men helped Murphy and Connor off the stretchers while Louisa helped Murphy lie down on the couch and his head rested on her lap after she had sat down. Margaret placed Connor on one of the recliners then she led the large men to the door. She nodded to them after she had opened the door then she closed the door after the large men left.

Margaret walked to the recliner when she leaned her forearms on top of the cushion and she watched Luisa carded the top of Murphy's head. Connor looked at Margaret as their eyes locked and she felt a warm tingle moving through her.

"Damn, how does he do that?" Margaret thought.

"This place is amazin'," Connor said as he looked at Murphy and Louisa. "Don't you agree, Brudder?"

"Aye, as far as prisons go, it's nice," Murphy said.

"This isn't a prison. You can come and go as you please," Margaret said.

"Can my wife still have her career? She's a photographer an' she travels a lot."

"I will have to speak with my superiors, but I don't see why not."

"Can I go with her?"

"No, I don't think so."

"Then this is a prison."

"Is he always this cheery?" she asked Connor and Connor nodded.

"If you don't mind me asking, where are we?" Louisa asked and Margaret stood straighter.

"Welcome to Costa Rica," Margaret said.
