A/N – Itachi and Sasuke must settle things following the ancient clan's rules about their wolf natures.

Itachi's sleek black furred body emerged from the shadows of the trees, stepping into the moonlit clearing. Sasuke's Dark grey-ish body waiting by the lake, he had known his brother would show, he would seek to protect Sakura against all odds.
Their growls communicating where words were unable to be voiced. 'You stole her from me Itachi' Sasuke growled, taking his own stance, head lowered aggressively. Itachi merely watched Sasuke's body, intimidating him through alpha status and leaving Sasuke no choice but to lower his head in submission, as was the methods which prevented rash baby wolves from rebelling against higher ranked wolves and lowering their numbers of survival.
'I took nothing from you Sasuke. Sakura was mine from the time she was born, she was never yours. Had you looked into the clan history you would have noticed a betrothal contract for myself and Sakura that was forged before you met her in the academy' Itachi growled back, forcing his brother to back down even more with every step he took towards Sasuke.
Sasuke lunged at Itachi, seeking to sink his teeth into the throat of his brother, however Itachi anticipated his move and merely turned slightly and grabbed his brother's neck and pinning him to the ground in one tangled mess of growls and snarling.
Sakura watched from behind a tree, not trusting Sasuke for a second. She knew when Itachi turned away he would attack, Itachi seemed to have the advantage though. He had a bigger build, larger teeth and all the experience of his lifetime, Sasuke had none of those. A yelp caught her attention when she saw that Sasuke had nipped Itachi's flank, leaving a deep gash on it.
She watched as Sasuke shifted back to his human form and grabbed a Kunai that was close by. His words breaking her heart at how empty he had become. "You are wrong Itachi, she was ALWAYS mine, and with your death she will have no choice in the matter" he raised his hand to finish Itachi when his arm froze.
Itachi's eyes followed Sasuke's to land on Sakura who stood with the same arm encased in Ice. "I won't let you kill him Sasuke. Has no one ever told you the last being you should entangle with...is a witch" she said softly, watching his eyes widen. She allowed the ice to travel along her body, watching as the same ice began forming on Sasuke as well.
"This ice jutsu may take my own life, but I can take you with me and leave Itachi safe." Sasuke began struggling against the jutsu before he felt Itachi's behind him barely able to turn before Itachi's hands grabbed Sasuke and twisted his neck, snapping it and ending him felt her own body slowly fall to the ground as she finally realized it was done. Itachi was okay and Sasuke could not bother them again.
Sakura moved towards Itachi as he shifted back and made her way to the lake, pulling him with her to wash him off. They sat in silence as the gentle splashing of water soothed his conscience. Sakura knew that Itachi needed a wolf mate, and if she was his only mate mayhap he could find a way to turn her. "Do it Itachi" he glanced to his side at her as she moved her hair to the side and exposed her neck.
"I know you need a wolf mate and being just a mortal witch will leave you without a mate after a time, this has to be done" she whispered the last of her sentence. Itachi brused his thumb along her neck as he laid a gentle kiss on her shoulder.
"In time Sakura. For now, you can rest eaisly knowing I will never let anything happen to you." he said, as he stood and walked back to their home where they could be secluded from prying eyes and ears of any shinobi who happened to pass by. She waited by the stairs of their home as he locked everything up and turned off all lights and making their way up the stairs.
Sakura sat on the bed to remove her shoes when she felt his hands pull her backwards, sliding down her body to glide up under her shirt to caress her slender stomach. Moaning softly she reached upwards and pulled Itachi's face down to hers to meld their lips together, she slid her legs apart when his hand slid down inside her shinobi pants and under the elastic of her lingerie to glide along her heated center.
"So hot Sakura" he whispered as his fingers slid deep within her body, making her arch upwards with a gasp. "That's my girl, show me what you want Sakura" he said as his lips trailed to her neck while her hips rode his hand swiftly. He sank his teeth in gently so as not to cause her pain and was relieved when he felt her immediate pleasure flood his body, he slid his teeth from her neck as he made his way around her to press his body between her thighs while he slid his hand from her.
He undid her pants and slid them down her legs along with the pink lingerie she had on underneath and tossing them to the side and nuzzling his way around her throat while he worked the buttons loose on her shirt and shoving it off of her. He peppered kisses along her body before swirling his tongue around each delicately perked nipple while his hand kneaded the breast in gentle rhythm. She threaded her fingers through his hair as her hips moved along his body, seeking friction to bring her closer to peak.
He chuckled softly as her questing fingers found his erection through his pants, "impatient are we? I wonder Sakura...have you ever wondered what it is like to be eaten by a wolf?" he asked, his gaze leveling on her face as sudden shock filled her eyes, he made his way down her body to shackle her hands and feet to the bed, leaving her open for his appreciation.
She watched as he slowly shifted to his wolf form, his tongue licking around his mouth at her predicament. She waited while he made his way to the bed and jumped up on the large bed and lying down between her legs, his gaze watching her lower lips quiver with need as soft whimpers left her lips. Itachi slowly licked the outer lips of her body delicately and all but purring when her body arched off the bed like a rocket went off.
He rested his paws on her legs to keep her body still as his tongue delved into her delicious heat repeatedly, teeth nipping gently at her hardened nub as she cried out uncontrollably. "Itachi!" she cried as he forcefully drove her higher and higher towards her peak. Just as she was about to tumble over the edge, he pulled back and slowly raised his head so she could see him licking his chops before shifting back to his human form and gently resting her legs around his waist after releasing them from their restraints.
He rocked his hardened length along her body, pressing his body to grind his length along her heated center, coating himself in her fluid as she felt her body shake when her release slammed into her, leaving her crying from the sheer force of it. Itachi slowly reached up and unshackled her wrists and rolling them over so she sat perched astride him. "Ride me Sakura"
Sakura lifted her hips and lowered them to impale herself on her mate's length, her body overheating for some strange reason. Itachi froze and moved her off of him just as she shifted into a wolf with fur as white as snow. Itachi immediately shifted into his wolf form and waited while she lowered her body, moving her tail to the side for her mate. Itachi's teeth gripped her neck and held her down while he mounted her, hips thrusting erratically as his mate whimpered below him. Itachi had never felt this free with anyone as her whimpers escalated he picked up the pace and slammed into her body repeatedly, her howling signifying she had hit her peak before she felt his hot seed filling her as his own howl joined hers, merging perfectly. Sakura remained on the ground as her mate sniffed around her to make sure she was unharmed before pulling a blanket off the bed to cover them both with, as come morning they would be naked with no covers otherwise, something he would never share with anyone.
